We recently bought a 2012 Infiniti GX25 and a 2012 Nissan Murano, so 2 used vehicles about 4 months apart. We had told the manager what we wanted and he kept his eye on the inventory and let us know whenever something that might fit the bill came on the lot. We received great attention and great follow up, even when there was an issue with tire rotation on one car about a week after purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

After my first contact I felt every expectation was met. Follow up phone call were timely and not high pressure. The process was simple and streamlined. Both sales rep and management are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Buckeye toyota bent over backward to try to help me find the truck I wanted. Even though I have not purchased one yet. They get my vote for being the most attentive and really listening to what I wanted. They get a big thumbs up for trying to please!

I Just Stoped In To See If Any Rav4,s Were On The Lot For Sale And The Staff Was So Frendly And The Selection Was Good That I Bought My Rav4 The Same Day. They Worked With Me And Gave Me The Deal That I Wanted. Great Place To Buy A Car.

Just purchased my second new vehicle from River Valley. Even though I had a new salesman for the latest purchase, he worked very hard to find the vehicle I wanted with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I feel I got a fair price for my trade-in and a great price on the new RAV4. I have been bringing my car to River Valley for service for 7 years and love their work. Their Friends and Family discount also is a nice benefit of buying a car at this dealership.

Bought a new camry. The salesman and everyone else was very friendly and knowlegible about the car. The whole process went smoothly and I got a great deal on a very nice car. Will definatly consider them for future purchaces.

HAD VERY GOOD SALESMAN,I AM VERY MUCH INFLUENCED BY THE SALESMAN, IF I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY TALK TO ME AND TREAT ME, I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP, AND GOOD PRICE, WAS INTRODUCED TO EVERYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP, SO IF I WOULD EVER HAVE TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR ANY REASON... EVERY ONE THERE WAS VERY NICE, AND HELPFUL..TO ANY QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT THE CAR.

We bought our first brand new car last year from River Valley Toyota. Our salesman, Jeff Hartsaugh was excellent. We recently had an issue with a burn in the drivers seat, we also purchased Polysteel when we bought the car, so we have been in contact with them for that, Jeff has been very kind and helpful. I recommend him to all my friends looking to buy a Toyota.

Although I have not yet decided to trade my present vehicle, I do want to mention somewhat concerning my wife's and my recent visit to this dealership. We were really surprised by the friendliness and manner of presentation by this sales person. Straight forward answers on features, pricing, and comparison of selected vehicles in inventory. There was no high pressure sales pitch nor a feeling of compulsion to "get out of there". Wife and I were quite comfortable during our visit. We are presenting this review because the atmosphere at this dealership is very pleasing when compared to other dealers. I know because in the past I was a sales person at a local Chrysler dealership where various means of high pressure sales were exhibited and demanded. I didn't last long. Gribble's River Valley Motors, in our opinion, and impression, is highly worthy of anyones consideration when looking for a new or used vehicle to purchase. Jerry & Karen Detillian Chillicothe,Oh
