This is the most pleasant auto dealership that I’ve been to. Kane and Neil are very knowledgeable with the vehicle we were looking at. They answered all our questions and they tried very hard to please us. The team here were not pushy at all and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I will definitely refer my family and friends here. Thank you guys for the great service. My wife and I will definitely be back when we need to purchase another vehicle.

The service team here is spectacular. The staff is thorough, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to do business with. Kudos to both Ethan and Jeff for being knowledgeable and honest. Kudos too to the management team for their skillful hiring and retention of quality talent. They’re doing things right over there. Hope it continues well into the future.

Philip the sales manager made my vehicle buying experience such a breeze. Quite literally the least painful experience I’ve ever had when dealing with sales folks. I left feeling like I got the best deal I could possibly get and he put me in my dream vehicle. When I had to bring my truck in for servicing Levi went above and beyond to make me feel like I was being taken care. His service and attention was second to none. When I had particular interests in upgrading aspects of my truck he made sure I was getting the best solution (both financially and functionally). I’ll be coming back here for my next vehicle purchase and/or servicing for sure!!

I wanted to take a moment to write a review on my experience with Bud Clary CJDR. This review is with my interactions with Phillip Olson and Ronnie. I reached out 2 days before Christmas in hopes to find the perfect black dodge charger for my daughter. I had been to other dealers close to my home who put really cheap prices online but when I showed up the price jumped several thousand dollars for what seemed like no reason. When Phillip got on the phone I explained what I was looking for and what was happening and the amount of compassion and care blew me away! He and Ronnie took the time to find me the perfect car that was several miles away at another dealership! They bought it and drove it to their store not even knowing if I could afford it or if I would even buy it. They communicated with me so much I felt like I was apart of the team. When I arrived at the dealership the day before Christmas Ronnie and the entire team greeted my and made me feel so welcome! They made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and got me through the process so quick! I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and have never experienced this type of care and professionalism. I will never look again elsewhere. If you are shopping for a vehicle or need service Check them out. You will not regret it! Thank you very much to your team for making my daughters Christmas as special as we hoped.

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! We were not going to stop just drive through and see what they had, we ended up asking a couple of questions to Xavier and staying. His personality and willingness to listen to my needs is what made me stay. Working with Xavier and Freddy was great! I’ve never laughed so much in the process of buying a car. Everyone including the finance manger was down to earth and friendly to be around. Thank you Auburn Bud Clary I love my new ride!
