At my worst time, Bud Clary Subaru was there for me. I had a flat on I5 on my way home from work. I travel over 50 miles to and from, so I knew I wouldn't be able to use the spare for very long. I called Bud Clarly, but unfortunately my tire situation was at the end of most of the tire shops' business day. I talked to Heather at Subaru and she said to call back in the am if I couldn't find anyone. All the other places I talked to wanted to sell me 4 tires to replace the one, mind you I have a brand new car, with very low mileage. I was very frustrated and went to bed. In the morning I just went to Bud Clary to see what they could do. Heather checked and found that they had my tired in stocked. I was able to leave the car there for the full day and they were able to fit me in to fix my one tire. Wonderful service and great crew. This is another reason why I buy my cars here and have them serviced here, never leave disappointed!

This is our second Subaru. This first experience was NOT a good one but we loved the car. This second experience was wonderful. The first contact was Penny. When we went back to look at the car again we worked with Bradley. What a gem! He was sincere, interested in us and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase! We want to give kudos to Rick our finance man. He was awesome! Oh and by the way, Heidi in service is a great asset to Subaru. My visit was good, there were two things that cause my 3 stars instead of more. I contact Bud Clary Subaru a month ago to arrange an appointment for a recall service appointment. They advised the work would require about 4 hrs. Since I was bringing in my car from the Long Beach peninsula - a 2 hr drive, I requested a loaner car. They said that they would reserve one for the date we scheduled. When they contacted me to confirm the appointment I again asked if I was set up for a loaner car and was assured that it was taken care of. Well when I got there at the appointment time, the service person immediately advised me that, due to a mistake on their part, there was no loaner car available. I would need to wait for the repairs to be finished however, she would let the tech know I was waiting so it probably could be quicker. 3 hours later my car was finished. The 2nd issue became clear once I was in the car and headed home. The setting for my clock, the date and the setting for the speed in numbers had all been changed back to different incorrect settings. I figured out how to get the date and time corrected but still cannot figure out how to get the display to show speed instead of gas usage. UGH….I am frustrated!

Haven't dealt with the sales side of things but service is always great. Heidi is amazing and always takes care of us. We've have been due for tires and breaks but weren't expecting it and she delivered the news in a caring and informed way. It is very much appreciated !

I had been searching the internet for several months for my "perfect truck". I found it on the website for Bud Clary Subaru. I immediately contacted the dealership via email and almost instantly had a call from David "DK" Killion. He was very helpful & patient with my questions. Later he kept communication ongoing via email until we could go see the vehicle several days later. He even arranged for a salesperson to be available for us as he had to leave! Congratulations "DK" for your first little one. The salesperson (Long Huynh)was helpful beyond belief and ensured we had a good experience. As a side note: The finance officer has a great disposition and we enjoyed his sense of humor.We ended up getting the Chevy Colorado and will recommend Bud Clary whenever possible. Thank you again everyone at Bud Clary. You are internet awesome!!!

Went into dealership to buy 2017 Outback. Agreed on value of vehicle. Called dealer where vehicle was being sold at to see if still available. Said he would get back to me. Called me back and said vehicle still there but price was now $3100 more than what we had agreed upon. We came back with a counter offer. Said he would get back to us in an hour as he was with a customer. Would have to check with his general manager. Never heard from David Killion or anyone from Bud Clary ever again.

David Killion and the team (including Kevin!!) are super troopers! I drove up to Longview from Vancouver to hopefully purchase an Outback. I wasn't trading in my car (sold it privately) and wasn't planning to purchase the car that day. I made the deal and David went out of his way to come down to Vancouver the next day to get me and take me back up to Longview to pick up the car. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in going over the manual and the car itself. The car I purchased came from another dealer via a dealer trade and the spare keys were not sent with the car and ended up getting lost in the mail. David arranged for Kevin to bring me a loaner car while he took my car back to the dealership to program a new set of spare keys for me. Talk about service!!!!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had buying a car. I just got home with my brand new 2017 WRX and absolutely love it. When I ordered it I had no idea that when it came close for it to come in that my salesman would contact me with updates almost daily. When it came in I got a picture sent to me! Best service ever from my salesman David Killion "DK". I would recommend this dealership and this salesperson to everyone I know. The process was smooth from the sale to the follow up to the smooth financing. Thank you so much Bud Clary team!!!

I purchased my 2013 WRX from this dealership and David Killion was the sales rep that made it happened! He is very informative and patience with all of my questions and needs. He knows a lot about what he is selling and he will be on the top of my go to list for subie's issue. The dealership made sure I was taken care of inside out and I feel 100% satisfied with their service!

My wife and I had been working with another dealership on a particular Subaru Outback when we were told that the vehicle was not actually available and that there was not another one with the same specs .We called Bud Clary and spoke with Ryan and explained our situation. Within twenty minutes Dave Killion called back and said that he had located the exact vehicle that we wanted. We met with Dave and agreed on the particulars. We were told that the Outback would be ready an specific day and when we arrived it was exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the prompt service, preparation of the vehicle and caring attitude of all of the employees that helped to make this a very pleasant experience

I was looking for a new Subaru Forrester, as everyone else hoping for the best deal. They beat out Puyallup Subaru by $2000 and gavae me an excellent trade in on my car. I have specific features I wanted and ended up getting even more than I had hoped for still at a great price. Thanks to all of you at Bud Clary!! You've got my vote always.

My experience with Bud Clary Subaru started with an internet request for prices on a new Subaru Outback. They responded that they would match any printed price. After a few emails' I made an appointment to purchase the car When I showed up the internet sales assistant was not there, the sales manager was not there, The car was not there. Only a sale person who was involved at the beginning of this process. He tried to piece together the deal. They were going to price match the car I sent them the specs for. Come to find out the car they were going to trade for did not have the options I had provided they the comparison cost for. After configuring those option the sales person consulted with the sales manager, over the phone, and told me he could not sell me the car as promised. I left disappointed. I will not do business with Bud Clary again. They can not be trusted.I would not recommend this dealership

We are very pleased with our experience in purchasing a 2015 Subaru Forester. Chris Bjorkman was courteous and informative through the whole process. Also the gentleman, I forget his name, who helped us through the financing application was very nice and helpful. We are sure we got a good price and never felt pressured. We are confident we, and our new vehicle, will be well taken care of in the future by the impressive service department. We will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently visited this dealership because they had a great price on the Outback that I was looking for. I usually don't trust dealerships because I've been burned in the past, but they treated my wife and I great and we didn't feel pressured or mistreated at all.

We were very impressed with Chris and how he handled our purchase. He put no pressure on us, explained our every question, spent as much time as we needed. I would and have already recommended him to others. He was Great! He went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we wanted and I believe we got a great price. This is our 5th new car over the last 30+ years from Bud Clary. We have never been disappointed. We feel like Chris is family. His attitude was fantastic and he has obviously done his homework. We had a very good experience at this Dealership. The staff was very professional, and easy to work with. Negotiating price was without stress. Scott Woodruff had great follow through on the vehicle delivery. He took great care in explaining all of the cars features. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a good experience with Scott Woodruff and with the mechanization of purchasing a new Subaru in February. He has kept in contact and answered any questions I had. I do not like this format of rating, I found it hard to work my way to the rating page and I do not like to add my personal information to another file.I would much prefer a rating form either handed to me at the dealership or mailed to me later. I would be glad to supply the stamp if that 50 cents is a problem for the company
