Recently purchased an Aston Martin from Bul, couldn't be happier. The car was in perfect condition, priced right, and the overall experience with Val and his staff was awesome. Quick and easy the way it should be. No games, no hassles. I got a different vehicle serviced there a month ago, and it was nice to have a local shop that can work on exotics. Also, there new facility is state of the art, and their shop is very clean and extremely impressive!

I recently purchased my first car from Bul and it was an easy transaction from start to finish. The price of the purchased car was up front and fair and I received what I wanted for my trade in. I settled the deal one day and drove off the lot the very next day. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they handle every detail with great attention. The new showroom is spacious, well designed and comfortable. The car I purchased was checked for any mechanical issues right on site in the dealership's well-equipped shop and was delivered nicely detailed with a full tank of gas. I would recommend Bul Auto Sales to anyone looking for a car, whether high end or more modest, as they have quite a selection from which to choose. Overall a great car buying experience.

I've purchased several cars from Bul Auto. From a BMW to a Audi to a Range Rover. The service from Val and his team is truly amazing. They took care of every aspect of my transaction from start to finish. Their service goes much deeper than just a car purchase. When my car was in a unfortunate fender bender at 11 p.m. at night. Val and Nadia took my call and helped me out when I had no clue what I was going to do. Their service team took care of my car and made it better than new! They truly go above and beyond! I purchased a BMW from BUL this past week. I was coming from out of State, about 140 miles. The things I noted were that: a) This is really a "car guy" type of dealer. Val is into cars, good cars, great cars. I don't believe he would knowingly buy and resell a problem b) He knows his business, both the cars and the paperwork c) While it has only been a few days, the car I purchased was "as advertised" d) He is not likely to be the lowest price for a similar car, but at the same time, one buying a car from a used car dealer, trust is about the only thing they have to sell, and BLU scored high with me. Still, be aware of small stuff that doesn't break the deal, or make it bad, but check things like floor mats, 2 keyfobs, etc. I didn't get either, but he sort of disclosed (long story) the keyfob and did make some allowance for it. Mats were MIA and I didn't realize it, nor was it disclosed, but you can't expect a dealer to check off every item. I should have looked more carefully myself. Not being local, I do not and probably will not have any "after the sale" experiences. But I would not hesitate to buy another car from BLU, especially when you consider the other used car dealers out there. I didn't leave his dealership until around 9 PM on a Friday night and as with all new cars, especially the high tech ones like BMW, i was pleasnatly surprised when I got a call from Val about an hour and half into my drive just to see if I had any en route questions. Nice touch; it was late in the day for him too and he took the time to check on me.

Bought very impressive 50th Anniversary McLaren 12C from dealer. Dealer did a great job before and after sale. They were very easy to work with, and they went out of their way to find a great shipper for me and even negotiated a great rate with the shipper for me! I would use them again to find my next car. Really down-to-earth, genuinely nice people! Buy from them with confidence! I traveled out to Buls from Wisconsin to see this car, and it was exactly as described online.

Most people's experience are very negative when dealing with the car industry. If you want a mint condition used car go see Val at Bul auto. Val gave us top dollar for our trade and spent an hour showing my son every feature of the car. there were multiple vehicles on the lot all of which were in mint condition. Bul Auto and his family are one of a kind!!! My wife had a late night tire failure and Val responded with arranging a tow truck which he did not have to do for us. The truck arrived within 30 minutes. The vehicle was then serviced and we had taken advantage of his 15 percent discount that he offered for the month of March. Unbelievable customer service!!!! We picked the vehicle up and their new showroom is outstanding. It is immaculate. We suggest anyone to just go there and see his new location!!!! We will always go back because the attention to each customer he gives. Awesome job Val!!!!

I was searching everywhere for a specifically equipped BMW, when I found it at Bul Auto. I had wanted to buy one from an actual BMW dealer, fearing the 'corner lot' car dealer. But I can say that the folks at Bul Auto are anything but that. They were very knowledgeable about the car itself, and actually knew the former owner, who is a repeat customer of theirs. It's a great place to shop from, and their new location is first class. I absolutely love my car. It performs and looks just like it should. A quality vehicle at a no hassle, reasonable price!

Bul Auto advertised in their ad on Cars.com that they were fair, attentive to quality, concerned with good value for their customers and hassle free. I found them to be all of those. They had a great car at a fair price that was in beautiful shape, they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and were very conscientious about the little details of making sure the car I purchased was in excellent condition. Bought my used 2013 BMW x1 form Bul. Their are no "salesmen" there just honest, straight forward people with cars to sell. No "bull". I went there 3 times to be sure this was the car for me and each time they just let me drive, look or inquire without any pressure to buy. I picked up my car and it was detailed like new. It was missing a cargo shade which val is finding for me. He also gave me brand new all weather mats and a bmw plate holder (Cali car so it never had one) I didn't even ask for . Bul auto is a family run business. I want to thank Val his adorable wife Nadia and his father for making this easy for me. They handled the financing and got me a lower % than my husband got (with the same rating) at a big new car dealer. Go there you wont be disappointed.

My son recently purchased a 2011 BMW from Val and Nadia. After spending the day visiting what seemed like every dealer on Central Avenue, we went to Bul Auto. Val and Nadia were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their cars and associated performance features. They first listened to what my son was looking for and what his budget was. I dealt with Val for a little over a month as he looked for a vehicle that suited my (particular and continually changing) needs. He is extremely knowledgable and I ended up with a low mileage example at a great price and most importantly, one I am happy with. It was a pleasure to deal with Val and his staff on my recent purchase of a 2007 Aston Martin DB9. Val was extremely knowledgeable on the car and it's features. I was allowed and encouraged to take several test drives until I was comfortable with the car and my decision to purchase. There was never any pressure from Val or his staff. After having the car for a month I went back for a small cosmetic issue and Val took care of it immediately at no charge and even let me drive a Ferrari 360 while he worked on my car. Now that is my kind of dealer!!! BUL Auto will be moving into a larger facility in the very near future and it is needed as his lack of parking space, service bays and ability to properly show his cars are the only drawbacks. In short you will not go wrong in going to BUL Auto.. Their prices are fair, the dealing honest and hassle free and never pressure to buy. As I stated before, a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to dealing with BUL Auto on my next purchase.

I have purchased different cars over the years from BMW's to Maserati's and by far this is the best experience my wife and I have ever had. The knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. I found his site from a Facebook reference and could not be more pleased on how easy the transaction went. It felt like I was talking to an old friend and his wife. I was shopping on Cars.com for a used BMW and I am very particular for what I wanted. I found a great looking X5 at Bul auto, so I gave them a call. I explained that I was coming from about an hour and a half away, so I would like some details before I made the trip. The gentleman was very accommodating and so I made the trip out there. Val is the type of person I prefer to deal with, strait to the point, and upfront. When we discovered an error on CarFax involving my trade in vehicle, he was essential in the process of getting it straitened out, and I really appreciate the time he took to help with it. We spoke almost every day for a week while getting everything in order, and then I was finally able to pick up my car. They had installed new brakes, new (top of the line) tires and serviced the car with an oil change. I am very happy with my overall experience. The only negative I can say is that the dealership is small, and gets cramped with limited parking and office space. However, Val did mention that they are looking to move to a much bigger facility, so Im sure this will work out in his favor and I wish the whole team there much success.

Went to Bul because he has always treated me with honesty, respect,and the cold hard truth. I went inside and told him exactly what i needed to do. I was given a fair price for trade, and sold a beautiful European import for about 4 grand cheaper than i could find anywhere else. Owners are class acts;perfect examples of chasing insurmountable goals in order to provide the area with exotic cars, and a perfect model for hard work and achieving those goals while still being humbled and understanding all people. I have purchased two BMW's from Val in the past year. The first one a was a 2011 328 X Drive with little to no miles on it. Great car great value. I needed new from mats and Val ordered the new mats and called as soon as they came in no question at all. The car has been fantastic and has performed perfectly. The second car I bought for my wife was a 2005 X5 when Val was preparing it for delivery he had to perform more work on the vehicle than planned on and did not ask for me to reimburse him for his unexpected work. He also provided a complete list of all work performed for my records.Then just two weeks after I took delivery the check brake light kept coming on. I called Val he said drop it off and when I dropped it off late one night he stayed after hours and fixed the issue on the spot while I waited and also ordered a new part just in case the issue arises again. I did not have to leave the vehicle and be inconvenienced the next day. Thanks Val always great customer service and great vehicles.

I just purchased a 2011 Kia Optima SX from these guys and the service went beyond my expectations. Although these guys are have a small lot don't be fooled. They provide better service than most big name dealers in the area. These guys don't rush or pressure you during the car buying process and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Val was knowledgeable about the car and even put new tires, checked the fluids and even detailed the car for me. Nadia was really quick with the paper work and explained everything very thoroughly. My husband purchased a Ferrari 355 which needed new mats. Val worked with me to order a set of custom mats that I could give to my husband as a gift. Val reached out to one of his contacts and worked with him, with the result being a beautiful set of mats of the perfect color, incredibly embroidered with the Ferrari logo and model name. My husband was thrilled with his gift, which fit perfectly and look great. This isnt the first time that we have worked with Val and we have a great respect for his professionalism, passion and knowledge.

You dont find many car dealers who are willing to take delivery of a vehicle purchased from an out of state dealer, let alone take care, custody and control of it, and work on the buyers behalf to address an equipment issue. Val represented my interests, using his extensive experience with exotic cars, to determine what the problem was and how it should be repaired and acquired the needed parts. When you buy from Bul you deal directly with the owner not some salesman who tries to sell you all these extras. I usually do not take the time to write reviews and most of the ones I read I question if they are real or not, however, this time it's different. Just purchased an exotic car at Bul Auto Sales & Service and was totally impressed by the entire experience. Apprehensive about buying cars advertised on the internet, Val was spot on with his description of the car as well as the previous history with the prior owners. We scheduled an appointment to check out the car, vehicle was on site, in pristine condition and the meeting took place on time. Despite having several other customers stop by to ask questions about other cars he had on the lot Val stayed with me the entire time I was at the dealership. A test drive sealed the deal but the outstanding service did not end there. Val had noticed a minor issue with the car and made arrangements to have the car serviced at a factory dealership out of town and had the vehicle transported in an enclosed hauler at his expense. We stayed in touch throughout this process, the car was serviced and Val made arrangements to have the car delivered to my house. He even gave tips on how to properly drive the car and maintain the battery charge. I will definitely go back to Val when it's time for my next exotic car. Thanks Val!

Dont let the small office fool you---Val and Nadia are the REAL DEAL!! They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair. After months of research we bought a BMW X5 from Bul Auto and had an amazingly positive experience. The car was in excellent condition, and even though the tires would have passed inspection, Val had all four replaced--AFTER the deal was signed! He is terrific guy, who walks you through every bit of the paperwork and makes it as straightforward as possible. Even though we were buying from out of state, Val and Nadia knew all of our state laws and requirements and helped make the process easy and efficient. I cant thank them enough and would encourage anyone looking to buy an excellent used car to stop by their dealership!

I bought my first car from Bul Automotive 2 years ago, a BMW 135i Convertible. The best car I have ever owned. So when came time for my wife to buy a car we went right back. One test drive and a handshake and the C300 was hers. The car was prepped to perfection and although the tires would have passed inspection they felt they weren't good enough and had all four replaced. On piece of advice - if you see what you want, buy it it won't be there for long.

If they don't have it they will find it!! We were looking for a Benz E350 and Val came up with a 2012 with 6,300 miles!! Beautiful car like new and half the price of new!!!

My wife and I have been car searching for a few months, we had a 2010 Mercedes GLK350 which we decided was too small for our needs. We had been to several dealerships test driving and pricing out something larger. We could not find anything that fit our budget and our needs together. I searched for Mercedes near Albany and came across Bul Auto. We saw a few vehicles on their website that peeked our interest. We took a ride out on a Sunday and fell in love with a 2012 Mercedes ML350. The car was immaculate!!! The next day I got ahold of Val (owner) and made an appt. for a test drive. We went in and met with Val and his wonderful family and took the car for a ride. That was it, we wanted it. We came to an agreement on the price and made an appt. for a delivery date. A few days later when we went to pick up the car, Val had it completely detailed, new tires, brakes, serviced and even went so far as to have all the tiny dings removed. Let me remind you, this was all after we had already made the deal!!! What other dealer do you know that would put this kind of time and money into a vehicle which he already sold? I'll tell you, none!! I was completely satisfied with my transaction and I would highly recommend Bul Auto to anybody looking for a pristine used vehicle!!!

I have to say, I am not one to normally write a review and I never thought I would write one for buying a car. After my experience working with Val and his wife, I felt the need to share some of my thoughts. I spent my entire weekend in several dealerships sitting and waiting while they played their game of going back and forth to the sales manager. These other dealerships were actually trying to hold the keys to my trade-in vehicle as hostage until I bought something, even though they didnt even have what I was looking for. It drove me crazy!! I stopped by BUL Auto Sales on Monday afternoon and within 20 minutes, we had made a deal that I felt was very fair! No haggling at all, Val made a very fair offer up front and we were done. What made it such a great experience was Vals knowledge of cars and that he was genuinely trying to educate me rather than to just sell me a car. When I picked up my car the next day, I was even more impressed with all the details and the effort taken to ensure a great experience for my daughter and her first newer car. Vals dad even went out of his way to make my daughters "bling" license plate frame fit even though it was too big for the bracket! Val is a true Car Guy and BUL is a great family business. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase!!

I visited the local BMW dealers and not feeling very satisfied with what they had to offer in used BMW's or their inflated prices I decided to give Val at Bul Auto a try. After reading his many positive reviews and speaking to him on the phone I decided to make the hour drive to see what he had to offer. He showed me some very nice low mileage BMW's but not the one I was looking for, but I told him to keep a lookout for what I wanted. He was very well versed on BMW's and taught me a few things about them that impressed me about them even more. After less than a week he called me with what I was looking for. I was able to see him the following Monday at my first chance to get out there and purchased the vehicle right then and there...it was exactly what i was looking for at a price that put a smile on my face. It needed a few minor interior parts that had been stained by strong cleaning products from the previous owner, Val ordered and installed the parts at no charge to me as he promised. I am extremely happy with Val and his integrity and honesty. He is fair with trade in values (of course I wanted more for my trade in but who doesn't...lol) but his prices cannot be beat in this area. He offers full service and will go above and beyond to make his customers happy...I will definitely buy from him again. On another note I love my 2011 535xi. awesome car, very impressed with her after trying Audi's, Mercedes and Infiti's...nothing drives like this fine sport sedan.

I stopped by Buls to look at an SUV they had for sale. I spoke with Val for a few minutes before realizing the car was more than I was looking to spend for a "winter car". Val explained he had a couple of BMW X5's in my money range. I took a test drive, spoke with Val, agreed on a number, when asked when I wanted to close the deal I told him I would be there at 10:00am the next morning. Val said no problem. The SUV was serviced and detailed when I showed up the next morning with my plates on it. Everything was smooth and comfortable which is important to me when I'm make a large purpose. I highly recommend checking out Val's cars before making a purchase somewhere else.

Last week, I picked up a used car from Val and Nadia at Bul Auto Sales. My previous used car was also purchased from them in 2004. Both of these experiences, last week and ten years ago, took me back to my youth and experiences I'd had with my Dad. When I was ten years old, back in 1959, I went with my Dad to pick up a used car from his good friend and hunting buddy, also the owner of Schrefflers Pontiac-Buick-Cadillac in Sunbury PA. Schrefflers prided themselves on honesty, integrity exceptional quality and impeccable service. My Dad bought many cars from Schrefflers in the 1940s, 1950s and on through the 1970s, and he always took me along to pick up our 'new' used car. Id long ago thought that buying a used car from anyone with that value system was unlikely in my lifetime. I was wrong. Val and Nadia of Bul Auto have the same 1950s value system that the Schrefflers dealership did way back then in my youth. Val and Nadia are first rate folks to deal with, and their customers return to them again and again over the years. All of the fine cars and trucks are handpicked by Val, who is in the business of wholesaling vehicles for auction; Val keeps the best of the best for his Bul Auto business. If the vehicle is on the lot at Bul Auto, you can buy it with no worries about its history or condition. If Val doesnt have it, he will find whatever you need. I bought an Aston Martin Vantage from Bul Auto a few years ago and the whole process was fair, honest, clear and Val (the owner) was very helpful. There was no pressure. Val was really knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to explain the nuances and intricacies. I highly recommended him to others at the time and took my own advice by buying from him again just now, a Maserati. Again, the price was fair, these was no pressure, & there was lots of help. The car was for my wife, but there was no talking down to her, or assuming she wouldn't understand xy or z. She was very pleased with the whole process. The actual purchase/insurance/plates/cash transfer etc can be a pain at some other places, but here it goes very smoothly. I rate Bul Auto very highly indeed. If you live locally I'd also strongly recommend them for servicing vehicles. The same qualities apply.

I just recently purchased a 2009 Aston Martin DBS from Val at BUL. The car was exactly as he described it. He had mentioned the one blemish on the car before I drove up to test drive it and that was all that I found. A small scratch near the gas tank. The car was ready for the test drive as promised and Val was very knowledgeable about the car and Aston Martin in general. No pressure, no gimmicks. Just a mint condition car. We negotiated a fair price and the purchase process was easy. I didn't finance but he was ready to do so if I needed to. He even flat bedded the car to an AM deal to get a Safety Recall taken care of. The AM dealer did not reimburse Val for the transport but he never asked me to cover the cost. But here is the biggest reason why I will buy another car from Val (even though he is a 3 hour car ride away). When I brought the car home for inspection, there was a small amount of tire rot on the inside. The car could have rode a couple more thousand miles but I wanted to get new tires. I let Val know about it and UNSOLICITED sent me a check for the new tires. You do not find that kind of service and commitment very often. If you go to BUL, don't be offset by the lot; its small. May not have the "curb appeal". But the quality of cars and the fact that you can trust this family and their word is invaluable. Happy shopping. And thank you Val and family for getting me into my dream car.

We were looking for what we thought was a a fairly easy car to find - it wasn't - until we ran across Bul Auto. Made the drive from eastern Mass to look at 3 BMW convertibles with manual transmissions. Each car was great and well worth consideration. We ended up with a low mileage clean 135i and Val kept the purchase process moving so we could pick up the car the following weekend. The vehicle I was interested in was aggressively priced and in fantastic condition. After visiting, I was pleased to find the vehicle just as pictured. The process of trading in was painless, and a fair price was established immediately. Having already arranged financing, I did not expect to make use of the opportunity with Bul. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their agent offered a much better rate. Prior to delivery, all details were meticulously covered and accounted for. Wife and I purchased an 11 BMW 5 series. Val made it quite simple and pleasant. The car was delivered detailed and very clean in and out. The process was easy with no "oh, by the ways" or other surprises. I strongly urge you to consider BUL when shopping for a quality high end car. I'm already thinking of my next purchase from Val. While I gave a "fair" rating of the facilities, it had absolutely no impact on buying, or doing business with BUL. They seem to be growing quickly, and would think a new facility is in the works !

Val was absolutely amazing and did not even sound like a used car salesman. He was very professional and did everything that he said that he would do, I had the car inspected by a MB Dealership in the Alabany New York area and when they came back with items that needed to be corrected, Val jumped all over it and not only did he fix those items, but found other minor stuff while reinspecting the car and fixed those as well. I live in Texas and had never bought a car without first looking and driving it. Val made feel very comfortable and during the transaction phase, I called and texted him several timesI and each time he responded within the hour even taking the time to take pictures of certain areas of the car that I wanted to see and sent them to me. I would strongly recommned that anyone looking for a good used car should check out his inventory as he is a "Man of his Word" I received the car (2008 Mercedes Benz Sl 55 AMG) this morning and was surprised and happy to find that it was exactly as Val described it. Kudos to Val and Bul Auto Sales for their excellent customer service durning and after the sale.

We bought a 2011 BMWx3 in March 2014 for a very good price, received a good price for our trade in an 09 RAV4. The BMW had had all maintenance up to date and the BMW warrantee was still good as Bul Auto had said up to 50k or 4 yrs. A BMW dealership confirmed this when they did a service (free up to 50k). The purchase process was easy and when I failed to get proof of payoff on the RAV from my financial institution they zipped me to a nearby branch on Wolf road during Albany rush hour to get to get one. We arrived as the door was being locked at closing. How's that for service! They also had detailed the car and had placed paper mats over the carpeting. When I removed them on arriving home I found that the drivers mat was missing. I called Bul and told them and when they could not find it they ordered a new set. We are very happy with the car and when we are looking for a new one we will for sure see what Bul has. .

I enjoyed Val and his family as a truly hard working American business success story. His inventory is top notch and he will do no more than explain the features, encourage a test drive, and it's up to you from there! I bought an '09 BMW Z4 with only 16K+ miles and in impeccable shape in May of '13. It is a great vehicle and everything Val promised it would be. As a small operation, if anyone is out for vacation or other reason, they do get a bit stretched, so the paperwork was a little slow, but hey, it's about the quality of the car! That's an easily forgiven "complaint" if it rises to one. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to go back.

My wife and I are highly critical of car dealers and are meticulous in how we look at vehicles (and what we are willing to accept). We have used independent dealers in the past and were not always satisfied with our experience. The 2001 Turbo was exactly what we were looking for and BUL was close enough to visit in person. I am always skeptical and this visit was no exception - I took a chance based upon BUL's reviews. I am very glad that I did! The dealership is family owned and operated. They responded to every question and request, both before and after the sale in a very timely manner. And the car? Well, as far as I am concerned, the 996 is Porsche's best all time design and the Turbo, it doesn't get any better! Do I recommend them? YES. Will I revisit them? As the need arises, YES.

I just purchased my first dream car from Val and his delightful family, a pristine 2012 BMW 535xi, with pretty much the works. From the get go, Val was straight up and informed me that it was a dealer buyback, so it was available at a great price given its low mileage and many options. The transaction went smoothly and the paperwork mostly was processed via e-mail and fax. They were able to receive documents from my insurance company and credit union, so all that was left was for me to drive-up there in my older BMW (the Black Beauty), and trade her in for my new love, aka Bella. Val loves beautiful, fun cars as much as anyone else, and it shows as he knows how to operate most every option, and can give you the approximate mileage on every vehicle that he has in his inventory. I bought a 2013 BMW X3 for a great price exporting in to Massachusetts. It is not easy to buy from Boston, since you have to drive up and down to Pittsfield at 50mins, since it has a AAA (for insurance) and an RMV (for the title and plates). Recently purchased a 2010 BMW 328i from Bul. Everything about the experience was perfect. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The car was at or below all other pricing found online in the area for a comparably equipped vehicle. Their overhead is low and clearly the savings are reflected in the car prices. If you are impressed by fancy show rooms and glitter, this isn't your place, but if you are like me and know that is all being paid for in the markup of the vehicles for sale, make this a must stop for a late model used luxury or sport vehicle.

No pressure, honest, friendly and proffessional, most importantly- NO bull! we were given the vehicle for the same price quoted, we were given our trade at same price quoted, no hidden fees or charges. Very straight forward. Val, his dad ,and Robster are extremely knowledgable. Nadia makes the paperwork a breeze. Parking is an issue,and the office is very small. We will definetly purchase from them again and have refered all of our friends and family.

I found a Porsche 911 on Cars.com that was for sale by BUL Auto Sales. Val followed-up on my request for information quickly and arranged an immediate test drive for my brother who happened to live in the area. Val provided me with answers to all of my questions and was open and honest about the price and condition of the car. I eventually purchased the car and Val made the process very simple. It's not often that you wire a large sum of money to someone you've never met but Val made me feel comfortable. He arranged shipment of the car to my out of town address at a reasonable price. He managed the delivery date and time to meet my schedule and followed=up with a call after delivery. Everything was exactly as described. A low stress purchase.

After see the 2009 Mini Cooper S on the internet, then taking it for a drive, it was everything the dealer had stated. They have A1 cars on the lot, with great pricing and look as if they just came of the production line. I purchase my Mini at below book value, I can't believe, also my friend are jellish. I would highly recommend Bul Auto Sales to anyone. They have an office, no showroom, but that keeps their overhead down, so the car deals are great. THANKS AGAIN...

I recently purchased a 2003 BMW M3 from Bul Auto. I am form Ontario, Canada, and this was my first out of country vehicle importation. Boy am I glad I Bul Auto to help! Not only was the car a fantastic deal, these guys got everything ready for me, making the border crossing a piece of cake (it literally took 20 min). If you are in international buyer, you simply cannot go wrong with doing business with these guys. Very trustworthy, and they know the whole process very well.

I brought my car to Bul Auto after it had been vandalized in a parking lot. There were several deep scratches on the hood of the car. As soon as I got to Bul Auto, they gave me an honest survey of the damage, as to what could and could not be buffed out. Because my car would be at the shop for several days, Val offered to set me up with a rental car so I would not be inconvenienced. Around that same time I also needed other services done to my car, such as an oil change and an inspection. While my car was at Bul Auto, the staff also took care of those services, so it would not be a bother to me when my car was returned. Throughout the few days my car was at Bul Auto, I received several phone calls updating me on the progress. I would also receive calls with questions to make sure the work they did not only met but also exceeded my expectations. I really felt like the staff cared and wanted me to be completely satisfied with the finished product. I also think that the staff at Bul Auto was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Val at Bul Auto made importing my BMW 328i convertible into Canada easy. The car was as described "A Black Beauty" and like new. He managed all paperwork an ensured that the exporting documents were at US customs in good order. Val runs a smaller shop and as the owner, he's able to provide his customers with the personal touch that gives comfort and personal service. Sometimes missing at the bigger dealerships. When buying a car form out of country, it's reassuring that the seller is concerned and willing to make you feel like a neighbor. Good job Val!

This is our second car purchased from BUL. We traded in our first purchased 2008 BMW 5 Series sedan for this gorgeous and loaded X5. Val knows BMW's and is totally up front and honest and spends whatever time needed to make sure you are totally satisfied with the vehicle and the entire process of purchasing from him. The process was effortless and even gave us guidance on financing after our Credit Union process became overly cumbersome. We will definitely be back when we are ready to replace a second car.
