I recently purchased my first brand new car and wasn't looking forward to the process, which has always been the stereotypical jerky salesman and Finance guys that offer you the bare minimum of what your car is worth and try to convince you otherwise. This was not at all the case with the guys at Burlington Hyundai. Branden greeted me as I walked into the showroom, answered all of my questions both during and in the following days after the sale. He explained everything and made recommendations on what products I might find helpful. I never once felt pressured or pushed into accepting something I didn't want. Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will gladly return to Burlington Hyundai.

I have only purchased 5 new vehicles in my life. Burlington Hyundai was by far the best experience, they took time to explain everything and acted truly proffesional. The last Hyundai I purchased at Grappone Hyundai was a much different experience! They never explained or showed me any of the cars features, I didn't know I had some add-ons until Burlington Hyundai told me!

He wasn't pushy, answered all our questions, worked with his manager to match a price we had in writing from another dealer. I had a great experience working with Rick Brennan. He was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and also had a sense of humor. I traded in my 2013 Elantra in hopes to get a 2016/2017 Santa Fe Sport. I drove out with a 2016 Sonata Sport and I am COMPLETELY happy with my decision. He helped me find a car that would be in my price range and have everything I needed but not too much. I test drove 3 cars and was very happy that Rick was not "pushy" and was patient. The only part of my buying experience that I would note was my inspection was due two months after I leased the car. I spoke with Rick and he said the inspection would be free of charge since I just purchased the vehicle.

Buying a car was something I wanted to do but didn't want to go through the steps to get there as it usually seems long and drawn out. This wasn't the case at all with my experience here. They had the car I was buying ready for me when I got out of work and after about an hour of discussing and doing paperwork I was walking out the door, keys in hand! I worked with Branden to lease my first new vehicle and he was great to work with. He was both friendly and professional. He was able to get me the deal I was looking for. My main feedback actually has to do with the lack of accurate photos and details on the website. It made it difficult to shop. I'm glad I ended up at Burlington Hyundai but nothing about the website led me to think they are as thoughtful as they are. I really wanted a Hyundai so I gave them a shot but had I been undecided on brand, other local sites offered a better user experience. Until they upload real pictures it is worth giving a quick call to get more info on a potential item.

My husband and I stopped in to look at a new vehicle. We have had 2 Santa Fe's prior to this. We were met in the parking lot by Branden. He was excellent and knew everything about the vehicles. My fiance and I walked in on a Sat and were greeted by Rick soon after. We already knew what we wanted and were to the point. Rick was awesome he got the car we test drove. Sat down at his desk had a great conversation while we waited for the paper work. Ricked helped us go over all the features of the car and setup my fiance's phone with it. This was our first ever Hyundai purchase and we went all-in for the Genesis. Richard, Mike and Konrad all stayed way past the regular Saturday closing time of 6 pm to get everything finalized so we could take our new car home that night. First time buying a Certified vehicle through Burlington Hyundai. Branden was the first salesman I've dealt with that actually made buying a car enjoyable. Great to deal with and did not apply the high pressure sales techniques that so many other dealership did during several months of searching for a new car. Got a fair trade-in value for my 10yr old Subaru and great deal on a used 2015 Subaru Outback. Terry Light got a rate that beat all other offers I'd been given by 0.7% and I've been to a lot of dealerships over the last few months. Final comment on after sales service: I noticed a crack in my windscreen two days after I picked up the car. I called Branden and he organized a time to stop by so that Mark Nolan could take a look at it. They actually have a windscreen repair person that sweeps through the lot twice a week and it turned out on closer inspection the crack had already been drilled and repaired. So great after sales support and a good example of how they take care of the Certified vehicles. In a nut shell it was a great experience buying a car through Branden Visser at Burlington Hyundai.

I've had to continue to bring my car to this service center because I have a Hyundai warranty, otherwise I would stay clear. I've had an issue at every visit. From them not being able to diagnose the problem after many attempts, to actually forgetting to bring my car in to the shop for my last scheduled appointment. This service center has cost me time and money. I will not buy another Hyundai because I don't want to have to deal with the service center.

Mark is a great guy and I can't say enough nice things about him. The problem is, I don't get positive vibes from the service department and feel like they're putting in the absolute bare minimum to try to resolve my issues on my new car and get me out of the door. This has resulted in multiple visits for the same issue and denials that an issue even exists on initial visits. I understand there is some guess and check involved in auto repair but it's been a painful process. Ultimately I'm left with the impression Burlington Hyundai has Hyundai's back and not mine.

TJ's knowledge of the vehicle and low pressure approach was comforting and made me confident in my purchase. My 8 year old had accompanied me to the dealership and TJ took the time to show her all of the features in the back seat (window shades and heated seats being her favorite). Coming from an 8 year old she thought the whole experience was "a lot of fun!". I received a bill three weeks later after I turned in my previously leased vehicle for excessive wear and tear. No one at the dealership documented these issues or had me to sign verifying that the car I turned in had excessive wear and tear. They are stating that the car had dents and scratches. The car had minor scratches but not excessive wear and tear and no dents. I would have paid the car insurance deductible to get the car fixed if it was excessive.

As a first-time buyer, I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the whole process. I've seen the "typical cars salesman" in movies and on TV where you have to haggle down every last cent to get a good deal and then have hidden fees all over the place. This is not anything like that. I had the pleasure of working with TJ for my first lease. He was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I wanted and helping me compare my options. He was totally transparent in the specifics of the specials and what I qualified for. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and services I was looking at. I didn't feel pressured for one second while I was in there. When it came time for paperwork, Konrad came out and was very kind and helpful explaining every single little detail of the lease and answered every question I had so I fully understood everything. what a great experience, i saw the holiday deal that hyundai was advertising online and on tv so i thought what the heck i'll check it out. Well it was a good thing i did. I was contacted by liz costandi at burlington hyundai and i explained the importants of our budget(wife and i) and what i was looking for a payment and she started looking and found what i was looking for a veloster that i could afford:-) we sat down on sat(dec 20th) she said why don't you think about it for the weekend and come back on monday(the 22nd) so we did and decided it would fit in the budget and that it was a great deal.so with that Liz went to work and she talked to her manager and came back and told us we would have the car by the 24th:-) (oh forgot to mention that because of what i wanted there where only 3 in the new england area) but no problem for Liz & co at burlington hyundai. My first car was scary it was my first time financing but he made me comfortable about my choice and over 2 years later I still love my car and have never had a problem. 3 months ago my fiance and myself got him a car for work that didn't work out as well as he had thought it would so we went back to Mike who truly helped us out and got us in a much better car for what we do. To say Mike is a good guy to work with is an understatement, the poor guy hurt himself badly but still came in to work to help us with our car buying experience. First of all, she always asked us to let her know when we would be coming by to test drive the vehicle or to talk with her so that she could be sure that both she and the vehicle would be available for us. Secondly, she contacted us when there was a need but never pestered us with needless "just checking in" calls. When we needed information she was able to get it quickly. I purchased my first Hyundai from Burlington Hyundai six years ago (to the day). Over this past weekend I took this car in for the routine 60k mile maintenance. Due to unforeseen circumstances this winter/spring, my husband and I found ourselves with only one vehicle. Since it was early and we were already there, we thought that we would end up pricing out their pre-owned vehicles (all of which looked amazing, by the way). In speaking with Mike Salvaty we learned more about the vehicle we would prefer and the costs involved. Instead of the loaner vehicle we had reserved for the time our car was being serviced we ended up driving off the lot that day with a brand new car! I can without a doubt say that this was the best experience that I've ever had when purchasing a car. Since the purchase on Saturday I have already been in touch with Mike as a follow-up. We may just be 'another customer', but we've been made to feel far more important than that. I sense that this is where our next vehicle will be purchased as well!

My husband and I had a scheduled maintenance on the car that we already had. The service and staff are so friendly that we still use the dealership for our maintenance needs. Since we were down to one vehicle we thought that we would simple 'price out some pre-owned cars' and that we were 'absolutely, positively not leaving with a new car' that day. Well, after speaking with Mike, we realized that we would be foolish if we left without the car that *we* wanted, not one that we felt like we were pressured to buy. The transaction was smooth and Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. Between that and the maintenance we feel as if we left with two new cars that day. I would certainly recommend to anyone that they do business here.

I just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, it was a certified used car. I was able to get the full warranty, a big plus. The price was right an the purchase was made with very little haggling. This is my fourth purchase at this dealership, with the previous three being new vehicles and I have yet to be dissatisfied with the Service Department and/or the Sales Department. This will be my 2nd sonata, I still have the first with over 100,000 miles and it still looks good an runs great. I have made all my puchases through salesperson Rick Brennan an have found him to be very knowledgeable of all the Hyundai products. He is very professional, courteous, exceptionally friendly and just an all around great person to deal with.

I was in no position financially to even think of such a thing but had to do it. Liz worked with me to figure something out based on my situation through every step of the process. My experience with Burlington Hyundai was great. I really liked my sales rep Ryan Bessery-he was outstanding. As a busy, single mother, my time is limited. I felt that the process was thorough and quick, which I really appreciate! A lot of the negotiating and communication was done via email-this was especially helpful, as I was able to work out the details of my lease while at work. Not a lot of others have offered this, and it sets Burlington Hyundai apart from the rest. Ryan was great in that he was eager, yet not "pushy." I did not feel like I was getting pushed around or given the run-around-his approach and business sense was a perfect fit for me. Bill was also outstanding, and very friendly and approachable. I had an absolute terrible experience with Burlington Hyundai. At first, everything seemed great - Beth was extremely friendly and semi helpful. We test drove a car that I fell in love with but knew was out of my price range - after an hour of back and forth with numbers they very generously made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Everything was great and exciting - I was even on the computer switching my car insurance. Then Beth came over and very nonchalantly told me she made a mistake with the vehicle price and couldn't offer me what they just had 5 minutes earlier. I was about to purchase my dream car for a price I could absolutely afford and all I got was an "I'm so sorry". They didn't even offer to work with me further since they made the mistake. I walked out carless and will never do business with them in the future - nor will any of my friends and family members.

The experience was great. I called on Friday and we met with Richard on Saturday. The car looks great, has low mileage and would fill our needs.We had owned an Elantra in the past and we very comfortable with purchasing a used one. We had planned on picking up the car after work on Monday, Richard called to let us know that someone else was interested and was going to be there at 3pm. We made arrangements and got there before the other people and got the car that we wanted. Richard went over everything in the car with us and made sure that we did not have any questions before we left. I see us coming back and doing business with Richard again. The person in the business department that secured our loan was also amazing. There have been some financial problems in the last few years and he was able to get us a loan in the price range that we wanted that included gap insurance. I found my overall experience with Burlington Hyundai was very good. Elizabeth Grady was a very good sales person and I would recommend her to anyone. She was very helpful in making the sales happen and was very friendly also. She certainly knew all about the car, which made it very easy to make a decision.

This was my second car that I have bought from Burlington Hyundai. This car purchase went well. The color I wanted was not on the lot so they found one in a different state. They added things to the car that made the car purchase a very good one. I am very pleased with the free inspections as long as I own the car and a loaner was offered to me if I cannot wait while being serviced at the dealers. Bill M. and Bill K. were looking out for my interest in a new car. We love our 2011 Sonata. So much fun to drive.

Friendly people, great service and they really helped my wife and myself out after a long a drawn out loss of our previous car (also a hyundai - had a tucson for 3 months). We were just "looking" for a new car. Joel took the time to explain all sorts of options including leasing. what had been a 20 minute stop at other dealers in the area to look turned into a one hour discussion and a purchase. It was nice to have someone take an interest in us and not treat us like a $ walking through the door. And that's why this rating.

I was not initially looking at a Hyuandi vehicle, but saw a Sonata on the road, read up on it, and decided that while it was't a hybrid it's fuel economy + looks made it a viable option for us.I intially contacted the dealer via the web, and was impressed that Bill the sales manager was monitoring web traffic and got back in touch with me right away.He was my intial contact the first time I came in to look at the car, and as it was a long process and I came back a few times I began to work with Joel.To be honest the professionalism, tone, and follow-through of those two individuals was one of the reason I ended up with a Hyuandi. They kept in touch the right amount - not too pushy but interested - and clearly demonsrated high standards of cusomter service. In particular I appreciated how Joel updates his voice mail every day - it's a small thing, but you know what to expect and that he and this dealership are always looking out for the customer.When we finalized the deal and it happened to be the same busy week as the start of school and the start of a new job, they went so far as to deliver the vehicle to our driveway. They were GREAT to work with every step of the way - and that's why I rated them so highly!

My sales person was Elizabeth Grady, she was so kind and helpful, being a single mom with three kids I went in to Burlington Hyundai on a budget in mind and she bent over backwards to make that happen so I could get a new reliable car for my children and I. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I will recommend this dealer to anyone that asks me. Great friendly service that goes above and beyond for their customers.

I wanted a Hyundai due to their excellent reviews in Consumer Reports and had researched used cars quite a bit before shopping. I was so pleased to have someone as professional and friendly work with me on the purchase of my beautiful used Hyundai Santa Fe as Joel Gelinas. I love the car and it is such fun to drive. Joel was considerate of my strained financial situation and offered me the best deal he could. However, when the payment came in higher than I thought I could afford, Sales Manager Bill Kapernik completed the deal with such care and finesse -- I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommed this dealership due to their cooperative, friendly and professional attitudes. There was not any pressure and no hassling me to make a deal. I believe they truly wanted me to be comfortable in the car I chose which is a pleasure these days. This is a friendly, no hassle dealership with great vehicles. I had to get a different car due to an accident.I looked at Honda Accord, and Toyota Camry and the 2011 Sonata. After visiting all three stores i went with the Sonata because it was the best value and the dealership seemed to make it alot less stressful.I worked with Joel Gelinas. He listed to what i needed and made it happen.I will be back when my daughter needs to upgrade her Suzuki SX4. I wish my dentist was as easy to deal with.I trust the service dept. will be much the same. I will report back after my first oil change. T.M. Burl.

Ryan was helpful and friendly in showing us the vehicles and answering our questions. I know he's relatively new and working on the Hyundai side, but one way to improve would be for him to continue to learn the ins and outs of the Subaru models, if you're going to split the preowned sales. The price negotiation process by fairly smooth, though I did feel that the tone of that conversation could have been a little more respectful of where we were coming from as consumers. I understand the desire to sell and to sell at a certain price. Reference to the state of the vehicle the customer drove to the dealership, as tempting as it is from a negotiation standpoint, should be avoided. Also, when presenting the warranty options, it would be good to be more clear about the warranty still left on the vehicle, if that is the case. Thanks to everyone for being so patient with our vocal one year old!

Very friendly and helpful. They do great work!! Very patient and understanding about people's finacial situations. Willing to work with customers to fit what they needed, and not push them for more than what they wanted or needed. This salesman was fantastic, he has sold cars to many of the people I know and they all highly reccommended him.

Third new Hyundai from this dealership. Always pleased with the cars - Hyundai makes excellent, reliable cars at a tremendous value. Still feel like the rest of the world hasn't caught on yet!!!I stopped using Service dept at this location in 2002, but Sales Dept. is A-OK. It's possible that the Service has improved, but I'm happy to let others detemine that and keep my own mechanic close.
