Jordan was very helpful during the whole purchase process and even stayed back late to make sure we get the car the same day. He went over the car features in depth as well which was super helpful. I recently worked with Jordan Lowe on the purchase of my new Outback. This was the best car buying experience I have had. Jordan was professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, which is important to someone who does not consider themselves to be an expert on cars I never felt hurried or pressured into making a decision. Although I live outside of Burlington, I plan to continue to use Burlington Subaru for service because of Mr. Lowe. He is a great representative for the dealership.

One of the best first impressions I've ever had with a business. Last month I came into this dealership just to browse a few suv type vehicles and did not expect to find a vehicle I would be buying anytime soon. Their front desk greeted me and set me up with an appointment (almost instantly) with Lance, one of the sales consultants. Lance was pleasant, welcoming, patient, and laid back-all great qualities that made me feel like I was at home with this business. He took over 2 and 1/2 hours out of his day to show me different models of cars, let me test drive a 2018 Forester, figure out finances, look at paints on different models, picking out what I want in a car, and looking at various quotes. I ended up leaving that evening with a brand new car on order. Just this past weekend, I came in to pick up my Subaru and spent quite a few hours going over questions I had, paperwork to complete, and learning how the vehicle operates. It was all a bit overwhelming and a big step from first driving a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but Lance, his manager, and Cinder were all very patient, helpful, considerate, and even stayed past their business hours just to help me out with everything and I cannot express how much that all meant to me. Even now they call and email to check up on me and the Subaru and I haven't even had her for a week haha.😂 They never once made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, bad about taking time on some decisions, or dumb because of my lack of experience and knowledge on newer models of cars. So if you're looking for a newer vehicle and absolutely amazing customer service on top of that, then I couldn't recommend a better place to stop on by-and this is coming from someone driving 3 hours one way just to stop at this dealership. I would do it again in a heartbeat!!

As my first experience with buying from any car dealership I was so pleasantly surprised with how easy this was. I didn't feel pressured or manipulated at any point in time. Communication was clear and frequent. After leasing two vehicles from this dealership, I called 1 1/2 years later to check on a particular package I believe I purchased, and what was included. Asking this simple question took just over 2 weeks, with multiple phone calls and voicemails. I spoke to Sales, transferred to Service, transferred back to Sales. Left a voicemail with the receptionist and never heard back. Called again, talked to the receptionist, who had no idea who I was (apparently didn't listen to the voicemail, because I didn't get a callback either) and was transferred this time to the Finance Manager. Left a message once again, waited, no callback. Finally I had to call upset, and demand to stay on the line for a manager in order to get anywhere. You would think it would be much easier to have a simple question answered, especially if you are trying to win my business back when I turn my two leases in. If you want to get anywhere any time quick, show up in person, or stay on the line demanding a manager.

We moved here and needed a car. First was a new Forester and we lucked into getting Crystal to help us. Great person, low pressure, super knowledgeable of product variations between models and years.Went back to Crystal to look for an Outback - weighed new vs. CPO and went with a CPO. Again, no real pressure but she went to work to look for one for us and found it within a week (they hadn't even "prepped" it yet and she called. Good eye - we bought it.Thanks for the help Crystal and Burlington Subaru.

I viewed your inventory online and found a couple potential cars however you did not have a price rating on all of them. I filled out your "Get your Eprice" on your website and asked very simply what is the current price of the particular vehicle, what does the body look like, and if there could be any potential issues with it. I was given none of those after asking three times through E-mails and was called another name. I wanted general questions answered before I spent an afternoon browsing other selections and got ignored. Very unprofessional on your part, would not recommend.

My initial experience with the Subaru dealership on Shelburne road was not great. I had filled out some information online and Crystal the internet saleswoman had reached out I made an appointment with her. I have never bought a car from a dealership or gone through this process at all. I usually buy a used vehicle from another person from craigslist or friends. So this is experience was my first in a dealership with a car salesperson and it was very disappointing. Upon arrival to the dealership with my boyfriend crystal met us in a rush and the next hour seemed to go by awkwardly as she handed us keys to different vehicles to test drive, she didn't seem to have time to explain or chat with us, which at the time was fine as we were told she would be busy. Once other people she was dealing with had left and it was just us we had test drove 3 vehicles and were ready to get some information and ask some questions. We sat in Crystal's office and felt very awkward, as I explained above we did not know how this all worked, and our questions remained unanswered or answered in language that was foreign to us. It felt as though she was trying so hard to not be a pushy salesperson that she ended up telling us "I don't care if you like the employees or our cars they sell themselves, you should go look at other dealerships and if you want come back." That was it for us, we got up and left and I went over to heritage where I knew 15 sales people personally and had a line of people wanting to help me with purchasing a vehicle and ACTUALLY answering my questions. I was so close to purchasing a Rav4 (not the car I wanted) just because the salespeople over there felt like a family, and I had a bad taste in my mouth from Crystal. I was telling this story of what had happened with family and my brother mentioned that our mutual friend Collin's mom worked over at Subaru and before purchasing a car from heritage I should go see her. I did just that. Before even meeting Theresa she took the time out of her day for about a week asking me questions about my budget what car I wanted etc. When I finally met Theresa I already felt 200% better about being back in this dealership. She felt like family right away, she was so honest and dedicated to truly helping me get into the car I wanted with my budget. I bought the car of my dreams all with her help and I never would have been in this car without her. I am so happy I met Theresa and she is the only reason I decided to stick with the Subaru family. I will always come back to Theresa for future cars as will my family and friends because this story has been repeated many times since I purchased this car last weekend and it will continue to be heard. I am so satisfied with my experience of purchasing a car and getting to know Theresa! Thank you Theresa we need more saleswomen like you! Thank you for making me feel important and valued! Also, I love my new car every time I see it I smile a grin from ear to ear.

I was in two minds whether to buy a subaru or a honda, but the second visit to this dealership cleared everything. Yes, we opted for the Honda! Because the sales rep never seemed interested in selling the car, it was more like we wanted to buy the car from them but they werent interested in selling the same. Sales rep never tried to find a middle ground or even tried to talk us into committing to buy the car. Extremely dissatisfied!

This is the second time that I have leased a car through Crystal, and once again it was a fantastic experience! I generally find car dealerships uncomfortable, but I honestly look forward to the experience knowing that Crystal will be there. On this most recent occasion I wasn't even planning to take care of my lease which was ending shortly. I made an appointment over a week in advanced for my 5,000 mile service and a recall. I arrived at 7:30am and was told my car would be finished by no later than 9:00am so I was fine with waiting. I waited over TWO HOURS. I did not arrive to work until almost 10:00am. When my service was finished I was not told where my vehicle was parked. I asked and was told "It's somewhere over there. Just use your panic button and listen for it." Really? I have never been to a service facility that made you play hide-and-go-seek with your car. Also, it wasn't even parked in the general direction I was told to go in. After wandering aimlessly for a few minutes I walked all the way around to the front of the dealership where I found my car. I get into my car to find an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice gesture, but if you're going to provide bad service you better make it chocolate chip.

Crystal went above and beyond with helping me buy my new Crosstrek. She worked quickly to find me exactly the car I wanted. When the dealership didn't have it in stock, she promptly offered the option of ordering one. I drove away with the exact car I wanted. Never once were any extras pushed up on me. Stopped in as my wife's 2015 Forester has a loud noise coming from the left front. I was told either a bearing or spindle. I went to Burlington Subaru for the repair..it is warranty work. I was offered an appointment 10 days out. I explained it was my wife's car and was concerned about the safety of driving it. Could you at least check it. No!! Matt Luce offered..drop it off...and we will try to get to it by the 21st..!! Really..!!! He could just care less about customer safety. I said that's not the kind of service I'm looking for. I left...and came back in 10 seconds later. He and Ashley were laughing. Obviously at me from the looks on their faces. I will never return and never recommend them again. Family members have bought several cars here..the last a new Imprezza...and I mean the LAST!!!!.

I had purchased a used Forester from Subaru Exeter and had many expensive, unhappy surprises for the short year and a half that I owned it. I was discouraged and jaded from car salespeople, feeling as though I was taken advantage of when purchasing in Exeter, NH. I came into Burlington Subaru on a Monday morning, curious about what my options were for a trade in to either purchase or lease. Phil took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and originally we decided that leasing would be the best idea to avoid any maintenance problems that I encountered with my Forester. After spending quite a bit of time evaluating my financial options, we determined that leasing was not a tangible option for me. We discussed why I felt so jaded about purchasing a car vs. leasing. Phil then found me my dream car. He found me a 2013 Impreza that met my needs for a vehicle, and was well maintained and barely driven. We took it for a test drive and I was sold. Once I knew it was the perfect car for me, we continued to spend a good amount of time crunching the numbers to find a reasonable finance option. Phil and Konrad (the finance manager) both worked with me to make it all happen. NOT ONCE did I feel pressured, judged, misguided, or taken advantage of. They both really took the time to sit down and help me understand all the terms of my new car loan and what I needed to make it work. I 100% recommend Phil at Burlington Subaru for anyone's next car! This was my first experience purchasing a car all by myself, and I felt confident and well taken care of with this excellent team of people. He's fun, down to earth, easy to talk to, and all about making what you need become a reality. My next vehicle will most definitely be purchased here, and hopefully through Phil. :)

I needed a car! My Audi was dead! And I didn't want to dump money into it. My credit was....lousy. I chatted on line in the middle of the night and explained my situation. I was told that a sales rep would be in contact with me. Sure enough, Crystal contacted me the same day. She was very honest and told me my credit was lousy! This review will summarize the 2 years I've worked with the dealership. The Purchase: I bought my ISM '14 WRX Hatch through Jen Gazzola who worked with me to get a great deal on the car, after coming close to purchasing a car through a NJ dealership (I thought I got a great deal there). I live in the area so I figured it was worth a shot to see if they could match the price. They matched it even with some tacked on extras coming in under invoice. New cars from Burlington also come with free loaner cars during service and state inspections. Since I planned on staying in the area this was a big plus.The Service: For better or worse, the service department knows me on a first name basis. My WRX has been less than stellar in the reliability department, but between this service team and Subaru of America, they have eased the pain. The free loaner car turned out to be huge for me as my car has spent weeks in the shop at times. I've come to them humbly with issues - large and small - and they always do their best to get it taken care of. They've made mistakes on a few things, but I've also had to accept constructive criticism from them on my operation of the vehicle. Ultimately I want to prevent the issues from reoccurring, as do they, so our communication is open and effective for the most part. They probably hate me for how many issues I bring up about the car, but I try to keep my vehicles in tip-top shape. I think they recognize how aware I am with the car and they respect that. Some of the suggestions I made to fix the car or things I caught early on prevented more damage from occurring. I also do my own maintenance and they don't have a problem with it as long as I keep the receipts. This paid off when my engine required a rebuild, Subaru honored the warranty because I followed their oil recommendations along with severe duty change intervals.The recommendations: While at the dealership waiting for a service, I test drove another WRX for the heck of it. I actually went so far as to recommend it to a friend. He ended up buying it (after considering a WRX for years). Many would run from my car as it makes a strong lemon case, but I'm starting to push past the teething issues and actually enjoy it, the best part of owning a new car. A performance one at that.Burlington Subaru has gone above and beyond for me and to the best of my knowledge has been honest throughout. I do try my best not to be a jerk when I'm not happy with something - which I'm sure they appreciate!

I've had terrible experiences every time I've interacted Burlington Subaru. In purchasing, a few years ago they tried to sell me the same car - at the same price with a higher monthly payment over a longer period. Same terrible experience with the service dept, my local mechanic performed and identified a known issue with Subaru vehicles and I contacted 1 person who initially scheduled my appointment a month out because he was too overwhelmed with changing tires. Then when I brought it in, they doubted everything I said and told me that unless it's registering a check engine light that the BROKEN part that is under warranty, will just be a nuisance because they wouldn't do anything about it.

I live in Syracuse NY and was desperate to get a 2015 Outback. None was available in the Syracuse area, and I sent out inquiries over cars.com. Brought a 3 year old vehicle in for an inspection. They failed it for wear parts that I had recently replaced myself. I brought the vehicle to another garage in the area. Not just a mom and pop shop. They passed it no problem. They are just trying to get a fast buck. I will never recommend this dealership. It's a shame because I love Subarus. I will go out of my way to not do business with these con artists. They give mechanics a bad name. I figured I would be nice and email the dealer before posting on sites like this. They then started the groveling and asking to reinspect the car. Why would I do this? You already proved you have no idea what you are talking about. Do it right the first time and you don't have to worry about repairing your reputation. The counter people were at least nice.

Year old Subaru Outback Wagon needs a new transmission. Dropped off the car and the woman in service very pleasant. While the repairs were covered under warranty, the car now has a brand new dent/scratch in the passenger's door. Immediate reaction from the dealer, not our problem, read the sign that says not responsible for damage if the car is in the parking lot. Not even an apology. Not the first time the service department has been rude or unaccommodating. Find another dealer to go to!Update: Today the dealer buffed out the scratches, but the door still has a dent. My car buying experience was like no other. I was sent to get quotes for a car because work comp was buying me a car. I didn't have a budget or any idea when the purchase would be made. Chris Tetreault was very patient and helpful. I had to test drive cars several times and he was always accommodating and very informative about the special features. Of the three Vermont Subaru dealerships that sell Subaru, Burlington is by far the best one. they had the car i wanted at a great price. No running around, got in, drove the car (it was awesome) got down to business, got a reasonable rate on my loan and they worked with me having very little down due to some previous car complications. I was out of there in only a few hours for everything, the test drive, the financing, the details and the bells and whistles. the car is great and people made things really easy. i'll be getting my service done there and will definitely shop there first when replacing this vehicle.

I appreciated the balance between honesty and trying to do her job well. I felt she was on my side in the process. I was the one who said I wanted to buy (maybe I gave the impression I wasn't going to buy that day). Well, I did, and I'm glad that I felt I was making my own decisions in the process. I just drove away from Burlington Subaru with my new 2015 XV Crosstrek, and was much more happy with my car-buying experience than I expected to be. I only buy a car about once every 15 years, so I am inclined to be suspicious of the process, but Crystal was great to work with: no pressure, showed me (and later my husband and me) the Crosstrek in detail; and helped us compare it with the Outback and Forester. She spent all the time we needed across 3 evenings to answer our questions and do all the paperwork to complete our trade-in and sale. I researched the final price of the Crosstrek with others, and I feel like we got a decent price.Why only 4 stars? Not because of Crystal; but perfection is hard to come by, and I think Burlington Subaru might have given us a bit more for our trade-in; and the dealership is getting cramped in its present location.

We had purchased three Subarus starting in 1997 so when we decided to trade in our 2005 Forester we went to Burlington Subaru first.. Our 05 was a $28,000.00 car when new (turbo) and was well treated.....Burlington Subaru offered us $1,500.00 for it ..... Said too much mileage, turbo too hard to sell, .....totally did not care....gave us a sob story about how hard used cars were to get rid of.Now there is a big new campaign out on TV saying how long you can drive Subarus and how well they retain value.....that may be true other places but don't try it at Burlington Subaru.

Although I believe a lower price for the vehicle could have been offered, the dealership and salesperson were willing to negotiate. Frankly, though, the car I previously owned, I purchased off the showroom floor less than a week after she had arrived in country. It has been fifteen years since that purchase; I loved that car and the ride she gave. This time, decided on make and model for its history of longevity -- having several close friends who have owned these cars. My decision was also based on lower cost. I did look at these cars at several dealerships, deciding that buying closer to where I live was a good idea.

I just went to Burlington Subaru last week to get my car looked at, and they were very unfriendly, and were very rude to my fiance on the phone. When he called to speak with them they hung up on him after answering. They also told me that I needed to replace my head gaskets on my Subaru impreza with only 95,000 miles on it! I went to three other garages for other opinions and they ALL told me that they did not need to be replaced at all! Burlington Subaru quoted me almost $3,000 dollars to get what I needed fixed and told me I would not be able to sell my car in the condition it is in for a very high price. They also told me I needed a new timing belt, rear wheel barring and sway bar links and I didn't need any of those things either. My total for repairs at a reliable garage in my area was $75! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They are simply trying to suck money out of their customers and are very unreliable! I will NOT be returning ever again! Terrible experience!

I drove all the way from PA to buy the exact used Nissan Frontier I had been looking for at Burlington Subaru for a fantastic price. Even though I wasn't buying a Subaru from them Crystal Careau was awesome. I found the truck online, contacted her by email, and bought the truck within 24 hours. She sent me additional pictures and a video to assure me of the truck's condition before making the trip. When I got there everything was done smoothly. No hidden costs or add-ons. My last car was an '02 Subaru Outback that I bought from a family member, and, while I loved it, when I learned it had a major engine failure after owning it for only a year, it was time to upgrade. I had heard good things about Burlington Subaru, so I went there first. I knew I wanted either an XV Crosstrek or another Outback. Michael K. was patient and knowledgeable and helped me decide which car would be better for my lifestyle--on a budget with two dogs. He helped me build a lease plan that worked, and it was an awesome decision. Very happy with all of the service I received, and all of the people I met. "Grr" will be going in for her 5,000-mile checkup soon, and we look forward to a long partnership with Burlington Subaru.

My first time purchasing a new vehicle was a great experience. I was referred to Mike by one of my coworkers. I had originally gone to Freedom Nissan and did not have an overall successful experience. The sales staff was only concerned about the sale, rather than customer service. I thought I had my heart set on a Nissan Rogue, until I test drove the 2015 Subaru Crosstrek, which in the end, I ended up purchasing. My coworker told me that I wouldn't regret going to see Mike Dykstra at Subaru - I was promised a great experience whether I ended up buying the car or not and to my surprise, this was the case. As soon as I met with Mike and told him what I was looking for, I knew he was more concerned about the customer service, rather than the sale. He was not pushy like your "normal" car salesman and was very responsive whenever I had a question. Once I decided the color and style I wanted, Mike went out of his way to get me the exact car I was looking for. When it came time to purchasing the car, Mike came to pick me up at my place of employment and drove me to the dealership to get the car. All in all, if someone tells me they are looking for a car, you better believe I will be telling them to go see Mike. I appreciate everything that he did for me and look forward to the next time I buy a car - you bet I'll be going to see Mike!

My 2015 CRosstrek XV is 4 days old so I cannot comment on repairs or facilities. However, I can recommend the Crystal Careau as a salesperson. Since I did not know which model of Subaru I wanted it was necessary to drlive a number of them. She showed great patience and knowledge as we test drove various cars. There was never "car sales pressure" from her. When I made my decision we worked on the availability and price. The car came in earlier than promised and I could not take immedite possession but Crystal made sure that was not a problem. Then when I did call to complete the buying process, she created a convenient time even though it was short notice. I am heading there tomorrow for Crystal to explain the many features on the car. If you are looking for a Subaru, I suggest you seek her out for a professional and positive experience.

We were in need of safer, more reliable transportation. We had been searching local dealer's online inventory for a while when we came across a 2011 Chevy Impala. The year, mileage, and price were great, making this deal hard to beat. We set up an appointment online to come in and test drive the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership we met Beth Grady. She sat down with us and informed us tha our options were limited. Our credit scores could have been alot better, that's for sure. Even though there were some hoops we had to jump through, she was able to get us into our Impala. Thank you Beth and the finance team for making it happen. We would also like to thank the sales manager and service department. We had a noise that started coming from the rear of the car.within the first month of ownership. We called Beth who set up an appointment for us with the Service department. Tech diagnosed vehicle, and found a minor issue (bad swaybar link). They replaced it at no charge and made me even more happy with them. Not many dealerships left that are this willing to keep customers happy. The Burlington Subaru Team Rocks! I take my vehicle, which I purchased from this dealership, in for my free oil change (part of my warranty) and always leave with something else wrong and having to spend extra for repairs. Everytime I made a visit here one of my vehicle's lights was suddenly not working and they would attempt to charge me $60-70 to change a light bulb on a vehicle they know inside and out. Unless you blindly accept what they say, they will treat you well but, if you question them, they become appolgetic and dismissive. I had another incident where they were charging me to "tighten" my loose heat shields and my local mechanic told me the sound was my timing belt about to tear. I have exhausted my patience and I no longer go to this dealership for a free oil change because it is cheaper to pay for one from my honest, local mechanic.

I live in NY and stopped in out of the blue to take a look at the new Crosstrek. I had attempted to trade my Forester in at another dealer but they just couldn't make the numbers work. Crystal took my daughter and I for a test drive in a model available on the lot and I was still sold on replacing my Forester with this model. We got down to the nitty gritty numbers until we made them work and we found the color Tangerine I wanted in transit. I put down the deposit to hold my beautifully bright orange Crosstrek and patiently awaited the call that it was on the lot and ready for me to come in and pick up. Crystal even came in on her day off to close the deal as it was the only day I was free to come over to Vermont and she didn't want me to have to wait any longer for the vehicle. A little time and pen action and I was driving away in my shiny new car! Thanks Crystal and Burlington Subaru for showing me how easy can really be.

Michael Dykstra was great to work with. He helped me to find what I was looking for, and I was able to stick to the monthly payment I went in there planning to pay. He didn't pressure me, but he was right there when I had questions. Michael was straightforward and he helped me stay realistic when it came to what I could afford. I actually felt like he was invested in helping me stay at/under the payment I was aiming for, and never once got the impression that he was trying to get me to go higher.Michael also personally removed my roof rack from my old car, which was frozen in place!I would definitely recommend Michael if you're looking for a no-pressure car buying experience with excellent service. If you are seeking an absolutely no pressure car purchasing experience, I recommend heading to see Mike at Burlington Subaru. From the first contact, which was by phone, I found Mike to be a great listener who really knows how to put a customer together with a vehicle which will meet their needs - functionally and financially. I'd visited a couple of other Burlington dealerships before getting to Subaru, and my experience at one of them was horrible enough that even if I'd wanted the car they offered, I wouldn't have done business with them. In contrast, it was Mike at Burlington Subaru that really became the greatest selling point for me. That said, I am also very happy with the car I am leasing. I would head back to work with Mike and get another Subaru no question!

Subsequently my grandson entered their drive for excellence in 2008.He won a car which he still drives. My 2003 Forester(which I loved) I gave to my granddaughter for college. Great experience from the beginning to end. I started the process with online chat. I stated what my girlfriend and I needed and wanted in a vehicle and briefly touched on financing. The online rep was very informative, and helpful. I had to hit the road, so the chat was ended quickly. I was impressed when I received a call from Michael shortly after to follow up on the chat that I had with the Internet rep. I spoke with him briefly, and ended the conversation with intentions to fill out an online application for financing. Later that evening things came up and I didn't get around to it. I found myself browsing their inventory at their dealership the next day with my girlfriend and two young children. Coincidently, I received a call from Michael at the same time. After I told him where I was, he quickly came and greeted us outside. We narrowed down our interests to two vehicles. Right away, we had our children inside the suv's and on the road for a test drive. After choosing one of the two vehicles we were quickly on our way to working out numbers. After a hassle free compromise, we were on our way to working on an approval. We left to attend a party for the daycare our children go to in our own vehicle without being pressured to stay, or pushed into their vehicle. Shortly after leaving we received a call from Michael regarding the approval. My girlfriend and I attended the party and returned. The paperwork was fully discussed efficiently, and quickly. Michael made the time fly. Everything was full disclosure. No pressure from sales, or management. Very accommodating to our children providing crayons and paper to our daughter to keep her entertained. I would recommend this dealership, and Michael to anybody looking for a similar experience of ease, honesty, and satisfaction. Great job! Needless to say, we will be going back to Michael at Burlington Subaru for all of our future automotive purchases, and recommending others to do so as well.

I live in a remote area so found it easier to begin my car buying experience on-line and over the phone. Of the three dealers I spoke with Wade offered me the best price and had an impressive knowledge of his inventory. I was anxious that after making the trek to the dealer I would experience a "bait and switch" and the numbers spoken over the phone may not be honored. Wade was true to his word and very aware of the finances we previously discussed-he would often reference that discussion which was comforting. Most impressive was that I actually received a better deal that I'd anticipated. I found Wade to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and if he did not know the answer to a question he made sure to get the answer for me. I really appreciated his patience and understanding while he was teaching me about the Bluetooth portion of the dashboard because I often struggle with "IT" stuff. Never did Wade appear anxious or distracted during our interaction even though it was an obviously busy day and he was juggling other customers. He was very conscientious about ensuring I understood each step, was methodical in his work- folding all the documents perfectly in half and placing them in the folder-I even left knowing what my new car insurance premium would be! Most importantly Wade had a nice sense of humor and we had some great laughs which is something I have never done while buying a new car. I absolutely loved the experience once I got over the "this is too good to be true" feeling. At this point I will never go anywhere else to buy a car and have already told a handful of friends how lucky I feel to have found Wade and Burlington Subaru. Thank you so much!!!!!

Not that I particularly enjoy the process, I just want to make sure that a fair deal is reached. I had perhaps the best buying experience ever with Chris Tetreault and Burlington Subaru. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and perhaps most importantly to me, not too pushy. Many of the cars that I have purchased the past twenty plus years have been in Massachusetts as pricing is usually better there. Though I could have done better in Mass, I'm glad to report that we negotiated a good price. So I was happy not only to keep my business in Vermont but to avoid the trip to Mass to make the purchase, as well.

I've been shopping for cars for about a month before I went into Burlington Subaru. The salesman I dealt with immediately knew what I hadn't realized yet in that I was looking at the wrong kind of car. After about a week of me dragging my feet I just pulled the trigger on a used Subaru Impreza thanks to the wonderful help and knowledge of Mr. Chris Cassidy. The facility is spotless and their selection of new and used Subaru's is the largest in Vermont. Not only did they deal with my tentative decision making process but the staff at Burlington Subaru made every effort to make my family comfortable while we tested out carseats in the back of the vehicles. If you are in the market for a Subaru go here, don't waste your time buying one from the other used car dealers in the city.

We decided to switch from a luxury European car to a Subaru. Our research led us to try the new Outback wagon. After researching five Subaru dealers we decided to take our business to Burlington Subaru. Our final choice was based primarily on the high level of professional service and knowledge exhibited by the staff. Chris Tetreault was patient and showed a great depth of knowledge about our new Outback wagon. He explained each feature of the vehicle with enthusiasm and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Steve Kelson answered our questions on the financial aspects of our transaction in a forthright manner. Steve also quickly located the color and model we wanted. Diana Langlois provided tremendous assistance with the paperwork required for registering our new car. Chris, Steve and Diana have followed up on several occasions to make sure our experience with Burlington Subaru was going smoothly. As for our new Outback? So far we love it. Plenty of room for grandkids, bikes, luggage, and pets. With folks like Chris, Steve and Diana and all of the staff at Burlington Subaru, theres a good chance we will be repeat customers.

This was by far the best "car buying" experience that we have ever had. It was truly refreshing to deal with Jen Gazzola. She is very knowledgable about the vehicle that we purchased. She is also very genuine and straightforward with the information, making sure all our questions were answered. We really appreciated the "no pressure" sales atmosphere and the timely responses to our car search questions. Finally, we appreciated the scheduling accomadations that were made for "our" convenience in picking up our new vehicle. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealer. Went in for a timing belt service and and to fix 2 broken studs on my wheel that were broken by someone else (Wallmart) attempting to rotate my tires. Subaru Burlington took it upon themselves to go through the entire car because they relized that I had some other issues going on that I was unaware of at the time. Everything extra was covered under an extended warranty that I had forgot that I had purchased, but they relized upon looking at my account. They called to tell me that I had these other issues going on and that they were going to fix all of them at no extra charge to me. Not only did they do this but they also came in $125 under the estimated quote for the timing belt AND gave me a free oil change, car wash, as well as changed out the 2 broken studs on my wheel FOR FREE (a $125 savings just on the studs). Long story short I ended up getting $1400+ worth in work done to my car for less then $600 and now its like driving a brand new vehicle all over again. Also keep in mind that all of this work was done in less then 3 1/2 hours which is pretty remarkable concidering everything that was done. Not only this but their staff was unbelievably helpfull, friendly, and professional. I can't say it enough THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP!

Upon picking up my car at the service department, I noticed that I was charged for 8hrs. of labor for my service. This despite only having my car in their possession for 5 hours. (8AM to 1PM) When I inquired as to how that was possible, I was told by the service manager that the hours charged were "what the book called for". When I tried to plead my case, it got nowhere except them saying, "I see your point". I was still charged for the entire 8hrs. of labor.I think it goes without saying that I will never visit this service department or dealership ever again. In addition, I have warned other Subaru owners not to visit this dealership. It would be far less expensive to visit other Subaru dealerships up to an hour or more away. The extra time and gas spent will still be cheaper than visiting Burlington Subaru.

We were in the area looking for a used car when it occurred that we might be able to get good financing on what we really needed... an AWD with good gas mileage. While we were waiting for the Volve dealer to track down the car we'd come to see ( a 2 hr wait), we popped up the road to Burlington Subaru. Lance DeMatteis was super. Very low key, but thorough. After a week of seeing what we could get for financing w/our credit union, we were ready. The Impreza hatchback we wanted was in, and Lance was able to give us substantially better financing! We love the new car! Looking forward to using the friendly staff for our routine maintenance.

To my delight, not only was my car serviced in a timely fashion, but, the interior dashboard was cleaned and floor vacuumed. Our salesperson was Chris Cassidy. He was very helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to get answers (the few he did not have at his fingertips) to questions we had. He also was accommodating with a couple of after-the-sale issues that arose: credit for a small dent on a rear door panel and credit upon our reversal about getting upholstery and body protective treatment.He was enthusiastic about his products without being at all pushy, and gave us easy opportunities to test-drive different models.I would have given all 5's above, but chose good (4) for price since I thought it was fair - great (5) would have required a significant deal or much higher trade-in on our old car.

I had a problem with my block heater failing, with temperatures this week going below 0 degrees F. Burlington Subaru got me in right away for servicing. I dealt with Kenyon as the service advisor. I had a very positive experience shopping for a used car at this dealership. I actually took a couple of weeks before I actually purchased the vehicle. I drove several cars and spent time talking with the salesman (Brad) and his sales manager (Brady). The only issue I had with customer service was a mix up in the time I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. It wasn't a very huge issue but I had to wait for a while and I couldn't score a five out of five due to that. I had said I'd be available to stop in as early as possible and somewhere along the line it was misunderstood that I'd be in in the afternoon. Besides the initial mix up and it not being prepped in the morning when I got there they were quite fast at getting the ball rolling and me on my way in my new car. As for the pricing, it's not bad...but I just wish it had been a little bit less.

We found the car we were looking for at a good price. The salesman(Brad)was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership. When I'm in the market for another Subaru, I will be back at Burlington Subaru to purchase the vehicle. They offer a great selection or new and used cars.

When I am buying a new car, my wife and I are very cautious especially when it comes to how much car we can afford. Mr. Dematteis patiently worked with us and was very polite and professional during the entire time (as were the other staff members). I told them what we needed and he helped us. Note: We weren't 100 percent positive that we would be buying the new Subaru that evening (although we were prepared to do so) until after we found the exact car we wanted on the lot. Mr. Dematteis answered all of our questions and we were more confident in making the purchase. Mr. Dematteis and his boss stayed late to ensure the deal went through and my wife and I drove our new car home that night. We are thoroughly pleased with the professionalism showed to us by the staff of Burlington Hyundai Subaru of Burlington, VT. and highly recommend buying from them. P.S. We went from a 2002 subaru outback to this new 2011 version. I love it as it has super leg room front and back, and of course it's a beautiful throughout.

Gary was a respectful, concerned salesperson who seemed genuinely interested in selling me a car which met not only my needs, but also my pocketbook! Being a woman, I am always hestiant about buying a car, but Gary took the time to answer my questions; I never felt pressured, and I love my new car. I will return when I'm ready for my next Sabaru and I have already recommended Gary to some of my friends who are looking for a new car.
