I negotiated in good faith to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I attempted to come to the dealership to make the purchase when they told me that 'Oh by the way, there is a problem with the bumper...you cannot get the car tonight.' They sent me a picture of the damaged bumper and offered to reduce the price of the vehicle or repair the bumper. I requested to have the bumper repaired/replaced. I patiently waited to hear when the vehicle would be ready to be purchased. They asked for a copy of my license and insurance information which they received. I tried to contact the sales person over the holiday weekend emphasizing my continued interest in this vehicle, but did not receive a reply. I just found out that they sold the vehicle out from under me. No attempt was made to let me know that the vehicle was still on the market. This dealership partakes in unethical sales practices.

Buyer BEWARE!Went in here to look at a used Volkswagon and the entire time I was there (with my family) the manager was LOUDLY cussing out his mechanic. I soon found out why, because after a nice test drive with the salesgirl I took the car in to MY mechanic. Codes had been cleared, the bottom of the car was rusted out, and the two back tires had bubbles and were about to blow. Despite all that they wouldn't move on the price, offer a warranty, or even replace the tires!I got on the internet, found the exact same car for $2,000 less up in north jersey, and took it to a highly rated mechanic nearby. He found a couple unimportant problems which the extremely professional dealer there FIXED, and I bought my wife the car she wanted. Even after all the taxes and fees and whatnot it still cost less than the "no haggle price" Burlington Volkswagon was trying to rip me off with on their lemon.TL,DR?: Cast a wider net, take the car to a mechanic, stay away from Burlington Volkswagon and their unprofessional manager!

I was looking to get out of my current car and loan. I have always liked the Volkswagen Tiguan and found the perfect one at Burlington Volkswagen. I met with Patrick Mahan who was very nice, and very new. I told him what I wanted and they were able to make it work! I got a beautiful certified pre-owned Tiguan that I am in love with and I was able to get out of the car I just didn't like. Thank you so very much. I am beyond happy with mu purchase.

Met David Pittman (salesman, I explained about my heavy commute to work and wanted to get the diesel TDI that gets about 43 mpg.. comes with a great warranty on the engine and trans.. Peace of mind and also better for our environment.. One thing I dislike is pushy dealers and David wasn't like that.. He even let me take the car out for lunch to think about it. My credit wasn't too good but not bad and I was able to get a decent rate and the transaction was pretty quick more than I ever experience in dealerships.. So if your looking and you re a NY Mets fans then David the guy you want to see..Good LuckDenis Moran

I had come to Burlington Volkswagen to take a look at a used 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback they had for sale, posted on Autotrader, I am an out of state buyer from Pennsylvania. As soon as we got on the lot we were greeted by Sebastian Cassano. Great guy! Very friendly, easy to work with, relatable, accommodating, and makes sure your needs are being met, and gives you a great deal! I would definitely come back to this dealership again just because of Sebastian's great customer service!

I went in on Saturday and wasn't fully intending on buying a car. That being said, I went home with a 2010 Jetta. Overall the experience was very good! My salesperson Chris Watson was very down to earth, kind and easy to work with. Even paid nice attention to my 8 year old daughter. My only complaint would be that even though I started off saying I was there to look at a used car and had a certain price point in mind, they still initially tried to get me interested in a new vehicle-would be fine for someone else but I am on a tight budget.After we got off the new car and back onto my used car search... I took out "my car", we talked numbers, then I asked to take it out again- came back to the table we settled on a price. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. They even offered us lunch!!Natalie Stone did my finance portion of the deal... and she is great at what she does! Nancy the receptionist is very professional and extremely friendly. Both Chris and Natalie really listened to my needs and concerns, while answering all my questions.Hope this experience repeats itself every time I go into Volkswagen of Burlington!!

Christian made the buying experience feel less haggled and more stress free. I was honestly not going to the dealership to purchase a car that day, but the deal was too good to pass up. I was looking for a manual transmission vehicle, which they only had 2 at the time. This is more common now a days..we spotted a great kia forte koup sx and i traded in towards it. The numbers that the dealership worked out for me are absolutely amazing for what i had going on with this deal. Christian was courteous and friendly and made me feel like we were both best pals for years. Highly recommend this rep and this dealership! Oh and it also did not take long and gruelling to write up the papers and get myself out on the road with my new (used) car!

Christian worked with me. Anyone can sell you a car, but it takes an exceptional salesman to get the best deal for the customer and the dealership. I am extremely pleased with "deal" and the car. When I first visited the showroom looking to get out of a vehicle that I bought elsewhere with a 6 year loan and moderately high payment, I was unsure if it was even possible. Jeff sat me down, got all the facts and went to speak to manager. Came back and offered me a lease with attractive terms that wiped out my negative equity. I couldn't be more grateful to them and happy with my new VW. Since Jeff was ill on the day I was supposed to pick up my new car, San Juan Smith helped me cross the t's and dot the i's. I drove six hours to look at a used Honda at Burlington VW and a used Honda at the dealer up the street. Christian was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to the time investment that I made to purchase a car. He was actually more knowledgeable about the Honda than the sales person at the Honda dealer. He confirmed my appointment before I arrived, and had the car warmed up and ready to go when I got there. The experience was low-pressure and friendly. I certainly wasn't going to go thirsty or hungry, either as I was offered any beverage that I wanted, and even Pizza since it was near lunch time. I would certainly recommend Christian and the dealership to anyone, and will give them a call the next time I am in the market for a car, despite the six hour drive. While I thought that the price of the car was a good and fair price, I rated a 4 because we, as customers, must keep the pressure on. Well, done, gentlemen.

Buying a new car can be intimidating but I can honestly say that dealing with Christian Cerrone made my experience a pleasure. Christian met us with an open umbrella and brought us into the amazing "back in time" showroom before showing us two cars which met my husband's requirements. He went back and forth quite a few times with his manager and the business manager to get us the best price on a new vehicle while we sipped on green tea. There was no pressure but we did leave with a freshly detailed new vehicle which actually surpassed our expectations. Thanks Christian for making our car buying experience hassle free.

Burlington Volkswagen is one of the most unprofessional car dealerships that I have ever been to. I had wanted to purchase my current lease and Burlington simply plays games with you the entire time that you work with them..wasting your time and your money. FIrst, they gave me incorrect information regarding warranties, inspections, certification status and maintenance work. Because this sounded odd, I called Volkswagen corporation to clarify the misleading information that they had given me, and they informed me that in fact Burlington was giving me incorrect information. After I had to convince them that they were wrong, FIVE times they came back with different numbers for the cost that made no sense and as a mathematician who calculates auto loans/mortgage loans/retirement accounts, etc on a daily basis I knew that their numbers were not correct. I understand that every dealership needs to make a profit, but the end number that they were financing for me was not producing the correct monthly payment. Due to this, I had chosen to finance through an outside party. When I said this at the end of the appointment that I would NOT be financing through them, I was told that they are not able to sell me a car unless I finance it through Burlington. I had a check with me ready to go at this point. They said "I'm sorry we cannot finance through an outside company." I had explained that it has nothing to do with them; I am writing you a check. "Do you not accept cash?" I asked. "No." they replied. Apparently, Burlington Volkswagen is the only company in the world who does not accept cash. The "manager" then said that "we really want you to finance with us and purchase the car with us...but our hands are tied." I explained that if their monthly payment was correct, then I would be financing through them. The "manager" then snapped and said "You are either calling me stupid or a liar. So I think we are done here. This is just how math works." I obviously did not say either, but was simply pointing out that their numbers were not correct and as a mathematician, I know this. The "manager" then said "Oh really? You know how to do car loans? You divided the rate by the number of months and multiplied by the amount right?? (which is incorrect..) I said "No that is not how you do it..." Since he was speechless at this point because I actually know what I am talking about, I decided to take my business elsewhere. My fiance called the dealership later that day, and spoke with the general manager of the dealership (I was dealing with the sales "manager") After explaining the situation, the general manager said "The sales manager was incorrect and he is not allowed to deny you to finance outside of our dealership." Perhaps Burlington Volkswagen should inform their "managers" not only how to treat their customers since I was spoken to in a very disrespectful way (I guess because I am a woman I shouldn't know how to do math.), but should also educate them on the laws of car sales, financing, and overall how to calculate a simple loan without senseless variables. I will NEVER recommend anyone to come to this Volkswagen dealership. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. Do yourself a favor...and go to the next closest one. Don't waste your time here.**Colonial Volkswagen in Feasterville, PA is a delight. They are extremely polite, professional and time savvy.

Im giving a rating of 5 for everything due to one simple reason. Burlington Volkswagen was truly a great experience! Thanks to salesmen Christian Cerrone, I was able to get the perfect vehicle that I desired and needed. Christian told me just one time he was going to go to bat for me and come back with the deal that would fit my Budget. Christian Did just that! No haggle, no ambush, just a relaxing and quick process which every dealership should abide by. If you asked me, Burlington Volkswagen is the place to go for a safe and reliable vehicle! The thought of buying a car has been giving me nightmares. The lease on my Prius is coming to an end and I knew that I didn't want to keep it. It's a boring car to drive and I wasn't thrilled with the experience I had at the dealership I leased it from. I was shopping around a bit and decided that I wanted something that was a bit more fun to drive. I read good things about Burlington Volkswagen and decided to drive a little bit further to see them. Immediately after parking my car and walking into the lot, I was approached by Christian. He was super nice and immediately got the interaction going in a positive way. I explained that I was interested in a Beetle Turbo, manual transmission, and that I'm eligible for some incentive pricing through my employer. Immediately, Christian said that he was familiar with that program and would be happy to honor that pricing. What a relief! I was expecting at least some pushback with that but Christian seemed thrilled to be able to offer me that employee pricing. We found a car that I was interested in and started to get the paperwork going. I have been trying to fix some credit mis-steps from my youth and came in that day with some not-so-great financing already secured with a private lender. Despite that, Christian offered to try and see if VW financing could get me a better rate even if my credit was so-so. He didn't make me feel embarrassed or anything. It was a relief. Not long after, he came back and was able to offer me a better interest rate. That better rate allowed me to take advantage of an extended warranty I knew I wanted but would have probably been out of budget. After signing the paperwork with Brian (who was also very nice and personable -- we had a pretty good chat in his office), Christian helped me set up my bluetooth and told me about the upcoming service appointment for my vehicle. They like to do a check-up a couple of weeks after a new purchase. All in all, this was a great buying experience. Buying a car is usually a nightmare and Christian made it a lot easier! Thanks man!

I purchased my previous car from this dealership 12 years ago and went it for a service issue but before I entered the dealership I stopped and looked at the used cars on the lot. At this time Christian approached me and asked if he could be of any help, I told him that I was considering a "new" car and was looking. So he walked around with me and answered any question I had and told me for the first time "he was there for me" and believe me he was! He explained the reasons for me of buying/leasing a new car vs. a used one, we talked finances, he worked with me and my price point, he worked within that price point and made it possible to lease my car, even speaking with my car insurance company! Most importantly to me he expedited the entire process and made what has been in the past at other dealerships a painful experience one that was entirely painless! I would recommend working with Christian to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new car.

Well not a month ago we were there to lease another CC for my wife and Chris did an amazing job! Fantastic experience! Honest and friendly dealership. They were very knowledgeable about all of the Volkswagen Models, especially the Turbo Diesel. offered a test drive immediately, provided alternative financing that beat my Credit Union. WE have been a Burlington VW customer since 2006. We have had a Toureg, a Beetle Convertible, the CC when it first arrived on the SJ scene in 2009 and now a new, 2013 Candy White CC Sport. So VWs are our car and...there are several dealers in the SJ area where we could have gone but...Burlington VW is the only place to go. We went in to see Gus and after sharing our needs with Gus he introduced us to THE MOST professional, most friendly salesman, Chris Cerrone. Mr. Cerrone is amazing! His knowledge of the product is excellent! His positive, "no rush" attitude toward the sale was perfect. VWs sell themselves they are well built, safe and fun to drive. Christian Cerrone did it again! About a year ago Christian helped me me get into a certifed pre-owned vw gti even though I had pending divorce impacting my financial situation. I was very happy with my car and was coming in for a regular service. Christian saw me in the parking lot and asked if I would be interested in trading in what I had and getting into something brand new for the same monthly payment! I listened and he worked with me and it really was true! With sign then drive event, he was able to get me into a brand new 2013 jetta for the same monthly payment I was making on a 2007 GTI. Christian is a very talented sales person and really works to get you into the car that you want for what works with your budget. I really like all the staff at Burlington Volkswagen (the service department is also excellent) and will continue to be a repeat customer.

I have a two year old daughter and I was worried about how long I would be at the dealership and since I was just getting into a new lease and we worked with him on the last deal Christian was able to do much of the work over the phone so we weren't there for too long. It was very convenient and I know most dealers wouldnt have done that.

San Juan has a unique name to fit his unique friendly personality. This was my second dealership to visit investigating the Touareg diesel as a tow vehicle to replace my Sandy totaled Explorer. I had no intention of completing a deal that day but the attitude of San Juan was so positive and trustworthy that I felt confident in doing business here. San Juan provided information on the car and a deal that was very appealing, so I confirmed my intent to purchase. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to this dealer after being promised in writing and through voicemail that a deal can be worked out. Only to find that it was only a way to get you to come in and then try to make a deal way out of your price range. Also they use an apraiser app on there android phones to appraise your vehicle you are looking to trade in and then when its appraiser for a lot less they talk you into trying to allow your car to get repossessed and start over new. A bunch of scammers if you ask me. Find another dealer to go to. Save yourself the hassle.

Christian is great - the dealership is totally top-notch. This guy makes it work - This is my SECOND car from Burlington and Christian. Never before have i gone to the same dealer twice to buy a car. Other dealerships are so sharkish and this one is different - you can feel it when you walk in - it actually is fun to buy a car here. It does exist!!! - Go to Christian - Go to Burlington - and save yourself a lot of time and money!!! - you will get a great dealership backing up your purchase who won't let you down.

Dave Pittman was my salesman. What an overall great experience I had at the Burlington VW dealership. I made an appointment with Dave Pittman to test drive a 2013 Beetle. There was not one person who didn't make sure to acknowledge me as I walked through the showroom. Dave at the time was with a customer so he asked San Juan if he would take me out in a Beetle. I drove 2 different tyes of Beetles. San Juan asnwered every question that I could possibly ask. When I returned from the test drive I meet up with Dave again. I had a few more questions (which Dave asnwered). I NEVER felt any pressure about buying the car. The only pressure I felt was the excitment in my head about being behind the wheel of my new car.I knew that this was the dealership that I was going to do business with. I decided to lease the car that day. Now it was time to select colors...not always an easy decision. Dave pulled out his book of color combos and the task became simple. When I finally selected the color (which was not on the Burlington property) Dave did his homework and found the exact one in the Philadelphia area. He asked me how soon I wanted to get into the car...of couse I said ASAP. He picked up his keys (along with another associate) dropped me off at the diner close by so I could eat and off they went to pick up my new car. Oh yes...prior to me wanting to test drive the Beetle, I was looking at the CC (which Dave drove down to me to save me a trip). I have never seen such overall friendliness and customer service as I did at Burlington. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or lease a car to save some time and go directly to Burlington. Now that I own the car I know that the service doesn't stop there. I personally want to thank Gus Staino for turning me onto Burlington and his staff for such a wonderful experience. Incredible experience: from, Im thinking about getting a new car, to, drive safe and call us if you ever need anything! Tiffany began with the courteous outreach that gained my trust and began my paperwork; then Jay kicked the 50 yard field goal! I am very patient and normally walk away if I am undecided on a big purchase. However, not once was Jay pushy, and never created a crisis moment whereas to make me feel I had to choose any car at any time. He did explain how long the loan would stand, however, he said you can choose anything on this lot, and if you dont like anything here, then we have access to thousands of vehicles of many makes/models/colors. Even said that he would have a driver bring any car that I felt I would want to the location just so I could see if I liked it (at no additional cost!)I told Jay what I thought I wanted and how I wanted the car to meet my convictions to support the US automakers. Not a hit against beautiful imported foreign cars, but its what I wanted. He was right on target with five cars manufactured in the US, and never mis-picked one. I didnt settle, yet I fell head over hills for a mesmerizing red wine colored Buick Lacrosse that I sat in for about an hour when I got home. And left Jay at his desk to complete the mountain of paperwork for the final deal.Overjoyed and purely satisfied, I had to let everyone who may see the review for Burlington Volkswagen NJ that they have the customer in mindnot the sale. Though all of their vehicles were stunning, my impression is if they dont have what you want or need, they will go get it; but they had mine right there waiting on me the whole time after months searching. Job well done and a trusting friend made.

This is my FIFTH Jetta, all purchased from this dealer.This was by far my most positive experience! San Juan Smith was courteous, friendly, helpful and very informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all the new features since my last vehicle. Gave me such helpful info about Volkswagen such as safety features, etc. Helped me set up Bluetooth with phone, etc. After purchase,he followed up with phone call and card in mail. When I called with a question, he got back to me within minutes. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a Volkswagen!

I contacted Burlington because I had bought a car there before. There was a slight mix up in communication then San Juan got in touch with me and was honest, fair, respectful and straight forward with me. I thought the mixup was some trick they were playing but San Juan smoothed it all over and cleared it all up. He made me feel at ease with the whole experience. Seems like "good" car dealer experiences are few and far between but this was one! I even got a good deal on the car!

Dealer offered me 1.99 financing on a CPO car. They said they called the bank and that I was approved for that APR. Luckily I didn't purchase the car because a week later the bank sent me a letter saying I was denied that loan. If I had purchased the car, i would have been stuck with a car that I didnt agree to terms on. Instead I purchased a car at a competitors dealership and they were much more honest and not as cut throat to try to get me to sign a deal that wasn't exactly truthful.

This dealership is full of salesman that love to rip you off. Their supposed "Finance Manager" Dom, doesn't even know the simple details listed on their contracts pertaining to disposition fees. Their pricing is so much higher than what it is supposed to be. I called Volkswagen directly to discuss my buyout of my lease with them and was quoted the correct residual value which is all I wanted the dealership to do. Unfortunately for them, they quoted me $1,500 more and now they lost the deal. I got a better deal from Volkswagen directly then what I even expected today. There are a lot of shady salesmen here and I suggest reconsidering buying from Burlington Volkswagen.

When buying a car for school we were very cautious about what car would be safe and offer what a young driver would look for in design and parents would look for in safety. I did not make a purchase from this dealership due to the rude and quite frankly insulting behavior of the sales manager Alex Mannino. While the salesman David Pittman was friendly, cordial and overall pleasant. His manager became irate when I decided to walk away from a potential deal because he would not budge on the offer for my trade. He accused me of trying to "strong arm" him into buying a vehicle he didn't want. I told him I wasn't arguing with him, but if you can't give me what I need to do a deal, why should I go forward? The next morning his boss Mr. Jim Mckenna called to offer me a better deal on my trade, obviously recognizing that Mr. Mannino had blown a deal. I decided not to purchase from them and chose Hamilton VW instead and had a very pleasant experience there.

An Outstanding experience from the first call. We felt like family from the moment we arrived. Christian was standing there waiting to introduce himself, just as excited as we were. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and informative, no salesmen "pitches". He truely worked for us from the moment we started to test drive vehicles. Extremely poor service as failure to repair a problem with the check light even $2,000 later in repairs and vehicle not put back together properly.Although we have had a good relationship with a good repair work over many years after purchasing our beetle from this dealership, recently we have had extremely poor repair issues, the beetle was taken into the shop with a check engine light several times with the same check engine light issue and it appears the dealer repair service could not figure out the problem and kept attempting different repair solutions with the fees adding up to an eventual $2,000 in service work and then on a fourth visit suggesting that it would take another $1,400 to continue with their repair efforts for attempting to figure out what the check light was referring to. Granted the service folks advised the service light could refer to many different problems and the fourth time the service manager did at least waive yet an additional test fee and attempted to install software at no cost from the manufacturer this seems like an extremely poor method of repair and leads us down an extremely high cost area with no guarantee of fixing the original issue of the check light.30 days after filing a BBB complaint still no responses from the dealership and the botched repair jobs appear to be causing more issues than when the car was first bring in to the dealer. More rattling and other issues by the dealer failure to even put the vehicle back correctly.Terrible Service!!The Dealer finally responded (late) to the BBB complaint and wants to blame the customer for the problems and suggest another $800 plus of work is in order. How did we cause the car to develop rattling and shaking problems it did not have prior to the repair work being attempted. Three repair jobs later and the VW dealer wants to blame us for the failure to effect proper repairs.The dealer suggests we need to replace the converter: Why? We dont understand what replacing the converter is going to do. The repair order says that the CUSTOMER wants the converter replaced. However, we didnt indicate that we want it replaced. The technician said that the emissions test was fine. Therefore we dont want to pay another $855 and get no improvement in the problem.

I had a really nice experience today at burlington volkwagen with my Dad. Christian greeted us as soon as we walked in the door on this cold, rainy day! He was warm,friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process of turning in my honda lease very clearly and really made this daunting process smooth and easy. Christian was very patient with all of my questions and wasn't forceful in trying to make a sell. He was conscious of my budget and showed me the CC that was affordable and explained all the benefits and features of my new car. I felt that Christin was genuinely honest and interested in making sure I was happy. He took me on 2 separate test drives to make sure I was 100% satisfiedwith my purchase. I greatly appreciated the assistance received by Joe. I came in after coming across a used car on their website that I was interested in. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He understood what my needs were and worked with the manager to get the car I wanted at the price I needed. I never once felt pressured by him which is very important because I can't say the same for other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. I had a small issue with something missing from the car and Joe worked hard to get what I needed and even followed up on a regular basis so I knew the exact status of everything. I have nothing but great things to say about Burlington VW. Especially regarding Christian Cerrone in particular. I called the dealer on a Friday and spoke to Christian. I told him that my credit was not so great and that my biggest challenge with other dealers getting me financing was that I had a repo on my report. All the other dealers ask me to come in sit for hours only to tell me I need a huge amount of money down or a co signer. Christian told me over the phone that he thought he could help. He took a quick app over the phone and got a better idea of my scenario. I made an appointment to see him the next day. Well yet again I was in a dealer for over 3 hours. This time I left with a 2009 VW Jetta that I love. Low milage, and warrenty to cover any major problems over the term of the loan. I could not have asked for a better deal. And the only out of pocket was 700 and 500 of an 02 VW Jetta trade. So anyone looking for great service, and a reliable vehicle without giving you the round around. Please call Christian Cerrone and I'm sure he can make it happen. He did it for me.

I came in for the 2007 GTI that was on the website. Christian helped me from the first minute I entered the dealership when he opened the door for me as I came in from the rain. I had a unique situation due to credit and divorce. Christian showed many other of the great 2012 new cars and other used vw cars. I told Chrisitan I had my heart set on the GTI and he worked with business manger to get me in the car at even smaller payment than I was expecting! One CALL... I tried calling my previous VW dealership to ask a few questions. I had some history with them since I had previously purchased two VWs since 2006.But to my surprise they never returned my calls... ??? :(I then contacted Burlington VW and spoke with Sharon Nash and she suggested I come in and speak with one their sales reps... I did...This is when I met Christian Cerrone. Christian spent a lot of time with me in helping me make a good decision. After he had shown all the different models of cars on the lot, not only did I end up trading my old car in( for a good price ) I also purchased a new 2012 EOS TSI with all the bells. As it turned out this became a good trip for me as well as them. I walked in the dealership with my mom only expecting to look around and find out what we qualified for being as though we wanted to trade in our 2001 golf. we definitly didnt expect to buy a car just yet but ended up walking out with a 2012 jetta. I can say for sure that we are very happy with the decision we had made walking out with a brand new car. As for the sales associate, christian, we were very pleased with how comfortable he made us feel and how he was very determined to help us in any way possible to make sure we got the best deal that could work for us. If i were to recommend anyone to this dealership i would definitly recommend them to him. Went to show a family member the 2012 CC. Christian Cerrone showed us a huge selection and then went for a test drive. LOVED THE CAR! I honestly did not go in that day to purchase. (Don't we all) However, Christian and the manager really worked us into an unbeleiveable deal that we could not walk away from. I was in a rush and they knocked everything out very quickly. My car was washed, gassed, blue tooth hook up and all! Everything could not have worked out better. I highly recommend this dealership..esp Christian..he was awesome!

I found the dealer and the salesman to be first rate. I have purchase 10 cars since 2000 on lease and outright and Russ is the most professional salesman I have had during this eleven year period. I had used another VW dealership in Langhorne to purchase my last six cars, but their staff was "too busy" to answer my questions. So over the bridge I went and the experience was 180 degree difference. Good management and good training shows. Even the finance department was a pleasant part of the process.

First dealership I have ever been to that I felt no pressure, Tim showed me the cars I was interested in and didn't force me to see any other cars. When we came to Burlinton VW,we were coming to get my 2005 Jetta repaired, then we met Patrick. He is a real people person and asked us just to look at the new Jettas. He wasn't pushy and just spoke to us without being agressive. We agreed to test drive the Jetta, didn't like the first one but the second one was a dream and sits in my driveway now. We had a wonderful experience with Patrick, he is a real asset to Burlington VW and I would strongly recommend anybody interested in a VW to come and see Patrick. My only negative is when Patrick was done with us we waited far to long to finalize the deal. We actually had to go out to dinner and come back and still wait. Our total time there was about 7 hours.

I must say that my experience at Burlington Volkswagen was amazing. Christian Cerrone went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. Christian went to bat with his managers and was able to trade in my car that was heavily underwater and put me into a brand new CC. I cant thank Christian and his manager Peter enough for what they have done to make this deal work. I will recomend Burlington Volkswagen and Christian Cerrone to any one and everyone that is looking to buy a car. The service was top notch, they were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly they tried to help me. Every other car company I went to basically laughed at me and Christian was the man for the job and made it happen. Hats off to Burlington VW for all there help.

I went to this Burlington vw 3 times the first 2 times they told me they had a particular car in stock ( i called before going it is over a hour drive) and when I got there they did not but wanted to sell me one like it. The only reason I went a 3rd time was because they had the car I wanted and it was a used cars this time. After my purchase Burlington failed to contact my insurenace company. They also failed to contact me when my reg showed up, when I call they told me it had been there for over a week. Unless you know they have what you want I would go to a dif VW dealer. I have owned 4 vws and Burlington vw is by far the worst dealer i have delt with.

My experience with Christian and Frank at Burlington VW was quite exceptional. It was everything you would hope for and more. I have serious credit issues and very little cash and though i am kind and soft spoken I am a challenge to 'sell a car to".Well, both Christian and Frank worked so hard to help me drive off with a new Jetta. At one point it looked like it was not going to happen but they stayed at it exploring every possible way we could get to meet my number. The amazing part of what they did was get me to understand and readjust my thinking about what a good deal is. They made sense but they did so without ever making me feel bad about my current situation. I am happy to report i am the very excited owner of a 2011 Jetta! I must add that the last step was meeting with Peter Ferenz to do the 'paper work' and, like Frank and Christian he was helpful, efficient and kind.Nice qualities from a really nice and hard working group of people. I also got to meet Kate the cashier who was pleasant and helpful.I am 53 years old and this is my 19th car i have leased/purchased and it was truly the best experience to date. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Christian, Frank and Peter and tell them Ralph sent you! Oh, and while you are there go say "hi" to Kate!

I was met by Chris as i walked into the showroom. He greeted me with a smile and inquired as to what i was looking for. I told him a used car to begin with and he was more than willing to browse the lot with me. After some time we had seen a few used cars and gotten a feel for what new one would cost. After striking out in the used department he asked what i was comfortable spending per month. He showed me the car that now sits in front of my house. He was able to get me the deal i wanted on the car that i fell in love with. Very little haggling with Christian. Gave a fair price on my trade-in and honored the pre-negotiated rate. The only thing that bothered me was the that the car was obviously being driven by someone at the dealership as the car had over 100 miles on it, pet hair in the interior, mud in the wheel wells. I do give them credit for taking the time to detail it and clean it up very well.

I liked the fact that Christian didn't do the usual "How much do you want your monthly payments to be?". I felt that he was honest and up front and I leased the car with him because of that.I would definitely recommend friends and family ask for him personally. I also had a short experience with Peter in Finance and he was quick, efficient and very friendly. Even the lot person was very friendly and personable.Overall, my total experience with Burlington VW, Christian and the other representatives was extremely refreshing and much appreciated.

This dealership was by far the best one i visited. I went in just to price cars, and i ended up walking out with a great car at a great price. Christian Cerrone was very helpful and willing to help out in any way possible. It was pleasure to have worked with him to get a great price for my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. What a wonderful dealership; working with Burlington Volkswagen was genuinely enjoyable. My mother and I were promptly greeted at the door and paired with Christriane Cerrone, who sold us an SE Tiguan. The dealership had an impressive stock for all current VW models, through which Christian guided us until we found "the on"e. He even matched our EXACT online price quote (which was pushing it), and had us out of the dealership within the hour. The service was swift and thorough, even with the nitty-gritty of paperwork after the sale, because Christian handed us over to Peter, the financing manager. Even though we bought our car out of state, signatures and forms were painless and thoroughly explained to us by Peter. Christian Cerrone definitely made us confident about purchasing the Tiguan (*He even got it for his family). This was a fantastic experience. Chritian, my salesperson, went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that fit my needs as i had requested when i first entered the dealersip. He was professional and at the same time made me feel as if we were old friends and not a customer and car salesman. He wasn't just looking for a sale, he had my best interests at heart. My "Bessie" beetle is a 2000. The mileage is 1923466! (YES! She is ready to reach 200K in the very near future) She has only been touched by two other small-town service shops previously and after those treatments, she NEVER went anywhere other than Burlington V W. They treat you as a PERSON who's time is limited, money is tight, and respect is warranted. Ed treats customers as though he was shooting for an oscar. He is always polite, professional, fair, explains the why's/wherefore's and the gives the estimates at close-call costs. When Ed calls you back (for whatever reason) he never addresses you by your first name! He is extremely people-friendly and respectful, referring to you as Mrs. or Mr. so-&-so. When Bessie needed her first set of tires (seems like so very long ago!) he mentioned that "... the ones on (her) now were Michelin but they could offer less expensive ones..." and my reaction/response was: " What would you recommend for your wife if she drove 100 total miles to/fro work every day?" and his honest answer was "Michelin"... and Bessie continues to have those safe tires on her feet today.The service tech who performs the works always leaves their 'card" in the cup holder so you can see how very proud they are of their personal attention to detail. At times, Bessie arrived a little "less than clean" and a curtesy wash. How super is that? I have used the shuttle service a few times and the driver is very attentive, careful, and cordial. They understand your time is precious and they treat you w/ kindness and are always "on time".I have NEVER had to take Bessie back to the shop after a repair/maintenance to have something "fixed correctly". W/ Burlington V W, they do it right the 1st time AND all the time.

I walked into the dealership and i was greeted by a sales man name Dominick. He was very helpful and friendly. Asked us which vehicle we were interested in and then showed us all the cars that they had in stock. Gave us a car for test drive. He is very very friendly and easy to talk too. He is not like a salesman where you walk in they try their best to make the deal. I told him the price i wanted to pay and he agreed without any hesitation and the dealership gave very good price for a trade in. The deal was based on trade in and he got us the best price for the trade. Everyone, I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and nice. Previously, I have dealt with Plymouth, Nissan, and Toyota dealers because I bought the cars from there but no one gave us customer service and were easy going on as this dealership. In GENERAL, i give them EXCELLENT RATING for every category.

My reason for being at the dealership yesterday was to have my current vehicle serviced. I inquired about a sales rep named Pete who sold me my current vehicle and asked to speak to him about my current lease. I knew I needed to make a decision about my lease because I had so many miles on my current vehicle. Someone from service introduced me to Dominick Staino (Pete they informed me is no longer with Burlington VW) who took care of me from that point. My experience with Dominick was 100% pleasant. He was informative, and extremely professional but so personable. He made me feel comfortable and confident with the deal I made and was never ever pushy. I will definitely go back to Burlington VW and request Dominick as well as recommend him to friends. I also would like to mention the professionalism and pleasant demeanor of Bobby in Finance-he's also a gem!

I made this purchase today and Leonard was great to work with. The car was ready and he spent time going over everything with me and answered my questions. I did not go back to a few other dealers closer to home before this experience as I sensed they were really just interested in making the sale. I got a much more positive feeling from Burlington Volkswagen.

I spoke with Christian over the phone to inquire if they had a certain used Pontiac on their lot; after getting a confirmation I made my way to Burlington Automotive and was met by a pleasant and helpful staff. Being a college student Christian was able to work with me for getting the car I wanted for a price that I could afford. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a quality vehicle.

I wouldn't buy my car from them but i will definitely bring it there for service. They have one of the best service departments in the area. I live in Philly and drive all the way there to get my car serviced.Ed Ortiz is the service manager and he always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I serviced my car there since i bought it and until it ran out of warranty, never any BS. Honest service dept. are hard to come by and this is one of them.

Typical bait and switch. Called for deal on 2010 VW Passat, and agreed on price with salesperson Pete Capriotti. VW had a promotion for Passat 0%APR for 60 months. Informed by salesperson to apply for that promotion via credit app (faxed in credit app, driver's license, and insurance card). Requested Pete to get back to me when app. was approved. Never heard back. I called an hour later to see if credit app. was approved. He said Yes. I asked if it's still 0% APR. He said "Oh because of the great price you are getting, your laon APR is now 1.9%". I thought about it, and said fine. I mentioned it will take me 2 hours to drive down, so please confirm the price and the loan rate of 1.9% APR. He confirmed via phone and email. Drove down with wife and three kids (trip took 2.5 hours). When I arrived, no paperwork was done yet. Pete mentioned that he submitted the information to finance manager. 20 mins. later he came back, and said "I made a mistake, the rate is now 3.5% APR". I said I asked for price and rate confirmation because I did want to drag whole family and drive down for 2.5 hours on a wasted trip. After 15 mins. of discussion, I ended talking to the General Sales Manager (Nick) and explained to him what happened. Then we agreed on 2.64% APR 60 months loan. We shook hand and agreed on new term. Nick disappeared for another 20 minutes to do the paperwork. Then Don, the GM showed up and said he could not do the deal because they would lose money. So my family wasted 6 - 7 hours of our day driving down from Northern NJ to deal with these unscrupulous salespeople after the sales price and rate had been agreed on.

We made an appointment to test drive a Tiguan and get our trade-in evaluated. The salesperson did a great job with the test drive demo. At the end of the test drive we returned to the dealer to get the value they were giving on our trade-in. Even though we had made it very clear we weren't ready to buy that day as we were evaluating different models and deals, we got a high pressure pitch to buy. They wouldn't give us a trade-in value "since we weren't ready to buy." IN 30 years we never have had a dealer refuse to give a trade-in value. We left the dealership without any idea of the trade-in. I followed up with an email to the Sales Manager and never even got a response. We ended up buying the same model we test drove at this dealer and got a better price and a fair trade-in.

I found a car online on their website and it was listed as a 2011 VW Jetta Sportwagen SE. We agreed on a price. I drove an hour to get there, test drove it and realized it was an S model, not a SE. Basically, they said I would have to pay a few grand more to get the SE and that it was a mistake as being listed as an SE online. I was really pissed. It may have been a mistake, but they should have granted me the SE at the price we agreed to. I hate buying cars. I'd rather go to the dentist and get all my teeth pulled.

My wife and I went there because they had the models we were looking for. We didn't plan on buying there because of the distance we would have to travel for service. Dominick was very helpful with no pressure sales pitch. We liked the service so we decided to buy there. When it came time to talk about numbers, He was very straight forward and honest. No tricks, extra charges, etc. it was a very pleasant buying experience and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volkswagen. They are also an BBB Accredited Business with a A+ rating.
