Just bought an awesome vehicle from Burns Chevy. Most people dread the purchase of a new vehicle because of what always happens, numbers change right. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I had been looking for a Chevy 2500 and inventory everywhere is sparse if any at all. I don’ t live in Rock Hill and I am about 1:45 minutes away. I talked to Don Beam over the phone about the inventory they had. I asked him to send me his best deal by text which he did. I took pictures of my Tahoe and sent to them and they gave me a very fair trade value without seeing the vehicle in person, only by text. The deal on the 2500 was better than any other I had received. Today I gave him the rest of my information over the phone and drove up. No numbers changed on the deal, everything went smoother than I had ever imagined. Don Beam had all paperwork completed, I handed them my keys, we signed papers and if were not for technology training on new vehicle we would have been done in less than an hour. We really have been pleased with our experience at Burns Chevy. A year ago my husband purchased a suburban and used Madison Heaton. When it was time for me to get a car this year, I said let's reach out to Madison since he was so helpful with you. He proved himself once again and made the car buying experience as fun as could be. It actually was very painless and was quick. I love my Tahoe, it is everything I wanted in a vehicle. David Stone is top notch. Always available to go over any issue I have with my truck. Polite and Patient. Just looking around the area I believe all of your folks are wonderful to deal with, but I always get David. Also the lady that drives your shuttle is fantastic. Very professional and always happy to give customers a lift

We purchased an SUV a few days ago. The team here was awesome! Michael Horn was the salesman and he has a great personality. David and Mon was also great to work with.
