The salesman seemed know the product he was selling. The whole transaction took about 3 hours and I took the new car home with me. I was surprised to receive my new tags in 1 week and I returned to pick them up, everyone again was very helpful.

I searched Genesis dealers to buy one, and visited several dealerships. I took a business trip in South Jersey, and I visited Burns Hyundai by chance. The dealer whose name was Ms. Crystal Bush was so professional, sincere, and nice to me. No dealer I ever met was better than her. She explained Genesis very detailed, and most of all, gave me a good number. Actually, it took about two hours from Burns Hyundai to my home, but I gladly signed the contract. If my English were good enough, or I could write my review in Korean, I can describe my feeling more detailed. I feel very sorry for this.

Wonderful, great. Great experience. Anne Marie was wonderful. So was everyone else. They all deserve raises and bonuses. Made me feel like family. You really need to give them raises and bonuses. My sister went in to buy a car. They were so great, I bought a Sonata LTD, and I am a procrastinator. GIVE THEM BONUSES. You want to hang onto employees like them. Have never before given such a review. They are 20s on a scale on one to ten!!! Really, Give them big bonuses NOW!!

Just picked up a 2017 Elantra from Burns. I needed a small vehicle for limited use and decided based on features and price the Elantra would be perfect. I walked into the dealer at 6:30PM, test drove, worked out a price, and was out the door with all paperwork signed by 9:00PM. I couldn't drive the vehicle home (wasn't trading the vehicle I came in with) so I picked it up at lunchtime the next day. The team demonstrated everything in my new car and I pulled away less than an hour from when I pulled up. In my opinion this is how it should be done.

He was very thorough and helpful in understanding my vehicle needs, budget and overcoming some of the issues that came into play because of the trade in with my Ford Focus and negative equity. I needed brakes and an oil change and it was recommended that we have the brake pads replaced and the fuel line flushed. We were also due for a fuel injection service and it was recommended that we had the wipers replaced which I noticed that morning were not wiping very well.

The service at Burns Hyundai was superb. Everyone was very courteous. My wife and 2 children were with me during the purchase and were all treated extremely well. Joe Pagnotti was very knowledgeable with each vehicle we spoke about and was very cooperative and patient. It took a little longer than expected to get through all the paperwork; but they were extremely busy that day and did a very good job at getting us into our new car. I can't say enough good things about Burns Hyundai. I visited many dealers before settling with the Hyundai Sonata and the only reason I went back to Burns is because of thei customer service. There were other dealerships closer to my home; but I decided to go to Burns. If I decide to buy another Hyundai in the future I can guarantee I will visit Burns again. I would like to reiterate that everyone at Burns provided excellent customer service.

I had a great salesperson, Brian. He was extremely helpful, pleasant; he even offered to order some food for myself and my family. However, I spent what seemed like an inordinate amount of time there. I was there so long, my sister finally went home. I was not even taken to the area where the cars are kept. They just drove them out to me. I had bought my last car there and was able to walk around and look at the various cars. Did not like the new procedure. Mr Ghandi, who took care of the finances, was also extremely nice and very informative.

A pleasant experience, spent a lot of time with me and was not pushy at all. Test drove several cars but this was never a problem. Helped with getting me set up in the car and cleaning out my previous car. I have bad legs and walk witha cane. When my legs got to tired to walk my slaesman went out of his way to optain anything that i needed.. When we started our car search we were looking to replace my wife's Toyota. I had been looking closer to my home for weeks. I then started looking TrueCar and got a call right away from Burns. Given I had spent a lot of wasted time for weeks I was not easily convinced to come in. So I texted back and forth with online sales asking all the questions that had come up over the weeks prior. After a few days of this and great Followup and responses to my questions. My wife and I decided to go to the dealer. From there things just fell into place. We liked the price and features and even decided to buy 2 instead of 1. Replacing my old car. The long and short of it with cost as one of the number one factors we even upgraded both and paid less for these two leases than we did for the Toyota lease every month. You are doing something right, because we love our cars and now notice them on the roads all the time. It's kind of funny to look at our drive way and see 2 exact same cars different colors in our driveway and right next store see another one in our neighbors. BTW she moved in after we purchased the cars.. From now on Hyundia and Burns will be our first stop instead of wasting time trying to make the right deal for us with other dealers and manaufactures.

I got an email from Hyndai about A 2017 Hyundai Elantra no money down Advertisement for 179 a month. I took a test drive and was not offered the 50$ that was in advertisement. I was also not offered the 250$ visa card for leasing a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that was in advertisement. My credit score is 750 to 775 and I was offered a 233 amonth at no money down on my new elantra before they would check my credit. and I told them it was excellent. At no time did they ever try to get me the 179 offer a month with even my credit as advertised. We had to satnd are ground at 210 which was rediculous. Very dissapointed that I was treated that way. This is my second lease from Hyundai it might be my last. I can see you losing alot of business if people are treated this way.

Our salesperson, Anne Marie, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She answered our questions (all of our MANY questions) and got us through the entire process. I got to drive the car off the lot all in the same day thanks to her, Taylor, & Bob. I, as most people, know that all Hyundai cars are made well and have an excellent warranty. However, I did not expect my new vehicle to have as many perks and features. I did not expect the staff to be so knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't JUST buy a car... For over a decade I have been a customer at Burns. I always encourage people to make their way to this dealership. I am somewhat of a high maintenance and demanding person, though understanding most of the time, but in truth it is because of the high quality service and professionalism I observe among the Burns staff who always treat me as if I am their number one customer that I stay. We were pleased with the salesperson, but the wait was really long to see the finance person, but worth the wait, as Vin was knowledgeable and moved quickly. Being older, we were surprised to get all our finance info on a zip thing, It would have been nice to have the choice of hard copy. We were actually looking for inexpensive transportation for me and wee looking at the Elantra. One of Burns managers (I think he was) suggested Isit in the Elantra. I',m so glad I did because after driving a classic TBird, this was an awful fit..altho the car we eventually purchased was much more than we wanted to obligated ourselves to, it was a better fit. I would have been so unhappywith the Elantra We do have to set up a time to install the blutooth and for a detail on the car which was delivered not to our liking. Burns will detail the car and gave us several free car wash coupons.

As a long time customer of Burns Hyundai, I am exceptionally happy to recommend their sales, service and detail teams in every way possible. All work is completed at honest prices, and in a timely manner. I am offered a free valet ride home as well as pick-up whenever necessary, as the drivers are always respectful of my time. Recently, I took my wife's Tucson in for warranty work on a trim panel that was not fitted correctly from the OEM factory. The panel was replaced that day, however the color wasn't exact. Instead of returning the vehicle to me, they offered a loaner vehicle for as long as it would take to correct the problem, and kept in touch daily as HMA researched the correct part number. When the part did arrive, they had it installed and returned to me as soon as possible, again keeping in touch throughout the process. I was warmly welcomed back to the store, and even received a small thank you gift for my wife as it was her birthday! We both appreciate the 1:1 attention afforded by Kevin in service, Annemarie in sales, and the rest of the team in Marlton. I continue to pass on my praises to all who are interested in a Hyundai, and I wish them ongoing success as #1 in our area. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Burns Hyundai. My sales agent was able to answer all of my questions and the manager was able to get me the deal I wanted. The only issue was that one of the finance guys was on vacation so there was a bit of a wait to get through the whole process but I understand that these things happen. I was offered water and snacks while I waited. I was even told I could get a second free tank of gas on the dealership due to the inconvenience. Really nice people and a really great experience. I would highly recommend Burns Hyundai.

All personnel seem friendly and I felt that they all were trying to get me the best deal. Sales and finance folk know the paperwork, but some probably don't know much about the cars they sell - maybe not much about cars in general. This is a small dealership what keeps many cars at remote and dusty locations. Because the place is small and crowded, I expect to wait a long time whenever I might bring my car in for service. Until they screw up my ride, I'll use them because they're the closest to me.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, preferably a luxury SUV, but also wanted to take a look at the 2016 Genesis. I visited two Hyundai dealerships, including Burns. Because of the friendly, knowledgeable person that I worked with at Burns (Wayne Bullaro), I immediately ceased my search for an SUV and focused on the Genesis. Wayne was not forceful and he made my review of the car, the test drive and the ultimate purchase (lease) a pleasurable experience. Wayne explained all of the numerous options in the car (the Ultimate package) and educated me on its use, which was critical to my comfort with the car. In addition, my entire experience with Burns, the internet contact (Jennifer), the sales person (Wayne Bullaro - more like a friend or family member), the finance guy and the service contacts via phone and in person was tremendous!! I would recommend Burns without hesitation to anyone.

He could of used a better choice of words he was rude like I was bother him. I have bought 3 cars at Burns and was always treated well. I ask for you to take my information out of your system please. I will not to come back to your dealership ever. I don't know the name of the manager but Robert will, and the sign when you walk in says CARS WE ARE LOOKING FOR? My salesperson was very friendly and easy to work with, but could have explained the paperwork better. As a first-time buyer, I wanted to know exactly what I was signing rather than only being told the broad topic of each paper, or just being instructed to sign my name. The man from the finance department took advantage of this being my first vehicle and my young age, repeatedly insisting I buy the extended service protection package and claiming he "wasn't trying to scare me." If I already said I don't want to increase my payment, I mean it. The insisting was disrespectful. He also did not have the correct payment I agreed upon in the showroom. I had to correct him, and even then, tax was added onto my agreed-upon payment.

We were very pleased with our purchase. I would like to highlight Tiffany who gave great service and was very attentive. The sales manager was a pleasure to work with as well as he went out of his way to address our needs and concerns. The finance manager we spoke with (ex golf pro), was fantastic as well. We had our kids with us through the delivery process and he was patient and courteous while explaining everything in detail. One negative for us was the amount of time it take to take delivery of a new purchase. This has been consistent with the 4 Hyundai's I've leased so far. 3+ hrs is much too long. I'd expect this process to take under an hour at most. Overall, we love Burns and will be back!!

I wish I could give them a score of zero! I am writing to discuss my recent experience at Burns Hyundai in Marlton, NJ. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car! This dealership is full of crooks. I made an appointment to go look at a new Hyundai Elantra on April 13th at 6:30 PM with Ralph, but when I arrived I was helped by someone else and the person I had the "appointment" with was actually off that day...that makes no sense! I also drove an hour away to come to this dealership due to their True Car pricing. Anyway, I test drove the car and told my salesperson that I was just starting my car shopping and I wanted to get some prices and go home to think about it. It was a weeknight after work and I dont like to buy a car on a whim, and want to take my time with big decisions like that. He told me they would appraise my trade-in and give me some numbers. After sitting around for several hours waiting and waiting and then waiting some more for my appraisal and rough estimate of numbers, my patience was getting very thin. I told my salesperson I needed to leave because it was getting very late, and we had to drive an hour home still...and we both had to wake up early for work the next day. The dealership did NOT understand that or respect that. They proceeded to have at least 2 other sales guys/managers come over to give me very high pressure sales tactics and would not take "no" for an answer. It was already 9:00 PM at this point, and they wanted me to start the car buying process at 9:00 at night! I said there was no way I was going to feel rushed to fill out paperwork and we had to leave because we were both getting very tired and had a long drive home. Plus I told them the numbers were way too high and they would need to come down a lot if they wanted my business. The sales guy said he would check with a manager the next day and follow up with some new prices emailed to me. It was almost 9:30 PM before we left, and I never got those numbers emailed over to me like they said. Crazy to think I was at their dealership for 3 hours just for a test drive and trade-in?! They werent even busy. They were so rude and inconsiderate. I have never felt so pressured and disrespected in my entire life! In addition to that, the numbers that they gave me were ridiculous and very high. They never followed up with me to give me the numbers like I asked. I actually ended up buying a different car at a different dealership, and the numbers that Burns provided were so absurd! I ended up buying a brand new car that cost more money than the Hyundai, received more money on my trade-in, and still got my payments where I wanted to be. Burns quoted me monthly payments that were between $150-$300 more a month than what I'm actually paying on a car that cost more money! That just goes to show you how they are crooks and are trying to rip people off with high payments/interest rates. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! They are the absolute worst at their jobs, and do not know how to do good business. I'm surprised they are still in business if they treat customers this way. If you want to be treated with respect and good prices, go somewhere else!!!

Vanessa Tassi (sales rep) was very good in terms of her apparent desire to help, but her lack knowledge of the vehicles, twisting of words, and attempting to convey knowledge that she didn't have was so obvious. If you don't know the answer to the question, I wouldn't have had a problem with her saying that she wasn't sure. Tassi never did that, she'd try to make something up that realistically made no sense and I eventually got so fed up that I just started ignoring everything she said. I wish I had a different rep. Also, after asking questions about the pricing breakdown, she continued to make stuff up that realistically didn't make sense. She made me feel like she thought I was a moron that she could just 'give an answer' and have it be sufficient. Burn's wasn't bad besides that, but unfortunately she completely ruined the experience for me.

I enjoyed my experience from day one. My salesman Sal was great, wih no pressure and was very helpful and listened well. He was also very courteous and paid equal attention to my girlfriend and myself. The driving test was unusually generous compared to other auto companies and dealerships. They gave us the keys and allowed us free reign without a salesman in the car. This gave me a much better idea of what the car could do and how the interior felt in familiar roads and facilities. It helped that the Sonata is a great car and pretty much sells itself. Purchasing was also handled very well and the paperwork was made as painless as possible. The salesman then did a great job of checking me out on the car and showing me all the features. Would definitely recommend Burns Hyundai, my salesman Sal, and the Sonata Hybrid.

I never felt so good about a long term purchase/contract. Also, when I was shown my actual credit score vs what I had last thought it was, I was amazed on how high it was. But not only that, he made me feel like a "Rock Star." I put it in quotes because that's what Wayne said to me, "With a score like that at your age, that puts you at a Rock Star status in my book!" Also, having Vin, the financial officer at Burns Hyundai offer me the Lux Care package as a loyalty and congratulatory gift just made me feel like an actual rock star. So, in summation - out of 10, Burns gets an 11!

My overall experience at Burns Hyundai was very impressive. I admire the hospitality of the overall staff. While I was waiting for my assigned salesman, other staff members tried to make me comfortable and even offered me coffee and bottled water. Another good thing about the dealer is the positive teamwork in the sales process. Even though I came from out of state (Delaware), I was assured that I can service my car at any Hyundai closer to me and that the first service is offer free of charge at the dealer's service dept.

I visited Burns Hyundai with my wife's grandmother tonight. She has never bought a car without her husband who recently passed. So when her Hyundai Santa Fe was totalled she wanted another. The one she was replacing was 17 years old! Let me first say that Taylor the sales person was kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgable. I checked their (first) price while we were sitting there and it was extremely competitive, but after the treatment she received I would pay almost anything they wanted. (You pay for what you get)The managers that were there all made a point of coming over to introduce themselves and congratulate her. This was a nice touch that really made her feel at ease. Bob the finance guy was quick and explained everything in detail. We were in and out of there in 2 hours.

THIS IS OUR 3RD Hyundai produce, I purchased this 2016 Sonata to replace a 2005 Sonata that I bought new from another dealership, my wife has a 2012 Elantra also from that same other dealership. Our experience at Burns Hyundai was far superior to what we had experienced at the last place, every one was professional and gave us exactly what we were looking for a reasonable price, without trying to upsell us to something that we did not want or desire, Chris took the time to explain all the new feature of the sonata so that I was comfortable driving it when I leaf the dealership, he made himself available for my calls and questions after the sale and return my phone calls in a timely manner. He walked me through the service department and set up my first oil change appointment for me. He also greeted me at the door upon my return to the dealership to get my motor vehicle paperwork and then put my tags on my car. John Campbell checked in with both my wife and I throughout the process making sure we were comfortable with the way the negotiations were going and that we were physically comfortable by offering us beverages and making sure we were getting what we needed. Bob Earle took his time and clearly explained each piece of paperwork before we signed it as well as offering several options for protecting our investment and explain each one to us and what the value to us was on each options. I would have to give the entire team that I worked with at Burn's 6 stars out of a possible 5 because I felt that they went a step above superior service and truly made us feel they were welcoming us into the Burns family for life. Both my wife and I will be returning to Burns for all of our future automotive needs and we will be highly recommending them to all of our family, friends and associates. We were Hyundai costumers since 2005 are highly satisfied with the brand, feel that it offers high value and style for our dollars and we now feel that we have found the right dealership in the Burns sales and service team that also offers that value, class and very high standard of excellence that we associate with the Hyundai experience.

This was really an unusual buying experience. We were happy to purchase the vehicle we really liked but there were too many inconveniences. It started in that the vehicle had a dent in the car in which we didn't mind because we were told that it would be fixed. It started with the scheduling the service of fixing the dent. I was told that I would get a loaner and that I would be able to drop my vehicle off from Thursday - Sunday and that it will be worked on Monday. When I drove (Trip #1) on Friday, they had told me that they wouldn't be able to give me a loaner for the weekend and that I would have to come back Monday to drop vehicle. For the inconvenience, they gave me the all weather floor mats and cargo tray at dealership cost in which I was happy about. During this time I was very patient with all what has happened. I came and dropped off the car on Monday and they told me that they would call me when it's ready. On Tuesday, I received a text in that the vehicle was not ready and that it would be ready for Wednesday afternoon. I came to the dealership Wednesday afternoon (Trip #2), thinking that all is complete and they had told me that the vehicle was still not ready. I received a text Thursday saying that the vehicle was in deed ready. I was hoping to have all completed along with the additional items. The vehicle was complete with floor mats, wheel locks, cargo tray and dent fixed but it was still missing the auto rearview dimming mirror. I was told that it would arrive the following Tuesday and that I can pick up whenever and that install would last about 30 min to an hour. When I called to come in, I was told that I had to make an appointment. Still being patient, I made the appointment. I went to the dealership and dropped my vehicle off for service to install the auto rearview dimming mirror and talked to the representative for additional parts I was interested. Again, I had to ask for a discount for the inconvenience. When the vehicle was ready after install, I went to my vehicle and saw that the driver seat was stained. I was really upset, and tired of all the problems that existed I didn't bother telling the dealership of the stain. I would say that I was really patient throughout the whole process. It is very upsetting to have gone through all this process (30 days) to finally having everything installed and fixed, and than seeing that the driver seat was stained. This was not a very good experience and I would not recommend.

This is a very busy dealership and i think the reason is that they get great work-of-mouth advertising and repeat customers. The pricing ordeal was not an ordeal at all! We did our research on the pricing using TrueCar, Edmunds, and KBB, asked for the trueCar price and got it, not only that, but our salesman (Wayne) determined that we could combine two cash-back bonuses so he actually got us another $1,000 off!! He did not have to tell us, we probably would have never found out. I would trust these folks to do the right thing forever more! i came back for my tags a week later and my salesman was busy with clients, so another salesman took me back to the clerk, got the tags and put them on the car for me, and was super friendly as he did it! I haven't bought a car for a while so all this straight-forward niceness, no pressure sales was a huge nice surprise! would highly recommend Burns Hyundai for a great deal on a great car!

Test drove with taylor,she was new to the dealership but if she didn't know the answer to a question, she quickly found the right one. She was very sweet, even though we asked alot of questions. We wanted the car and so we began the sale. We had a little trouble with the true car pricing but they got the info from my phone. The service department worked fast trying to get us out of there (we both had to be to work) but they didn't quite make it. We were late to work. We had to return the following day to finish the sale. Taylor had customers in already. So robert took over and I finished sale with robert, he was awesome, professional and has carried through with everything he promised. I would recommend him to anyone. I also have to say, Barbara also was awesome. Barbara came up to my fiance and i, when she found out we were not happy with getting held up at the dealership the previous night and subsequently being late for work. She and Robert did everything in their power to turn our car buying experience into a positive one. However, then I had to go into finance. We met Manny, he was the biggest negative experience overall. He was pushy, arrogant and condescending. He tried to change my agreed upon finance percentage rate and the agreed upon length of the contract. That soured me but then He pushed and pushed package upon package upon my fiance and I saying "everyone who buys this kind of car gets this package. We are not everyone. We like to be informed. Instead of giving us options and letting us choose, he tried to choose for us. He drew out the entire procedure shuffling the papers around and when I wanted to read what I was signing he got upset with me. Saying this is the standard agreement, and tryed to push me into signing without reading it because "I just read it to you". The tone of his voice was also different when he addressed me as opposed to my fiance. Almost like he didn't want to be bothered by the "little woman". He preferred my fiance. Perhaps it was because the "little woman" was asking questions and wanted to read everything. He also got upset with me because I signed the date after my name. Because the date I signed was different from what he had on his papers, so on the last page he decided that he would have to reprint everything and we would have to sit there longer redoing all that paperwork over.( He drug it out as long as he could.) Instead of noticing the date was incorrect and reprinting from the beginning, which is what he should have done. He never apologized for the delay. He even regaled us with tales of his family and his home town in Texas and how he travels for 6 weeks at a time. He is married and has a daughter. I'm not sure if he was trying to relate or what. All I know is I know way too much about him. And I feel sorry for his wife. I just wanted to set up finance for my car. I don't blame the dealership for the short term financial services guy. Over all I must say Robert was a pleasure to work with. And he made sure he followed up and called me when my "iou" parts came in and even offered to come in on his day off for us. We didn't want him to do that. The poor dear. I know he would have. That is the type of man he is. You are lucky to have Robert. He is the one who stopped me from getting up and walking away and going elsewhere. He is an asset to your dealership. Currently my car is at the dealership having the "iou"s installed. I can't wait to see them. I love my sonata. I received a loaner while my car us at the dealership. Thank you very much! Barbara and Robert. I will tell others about you! And I will tell them to ask for someone different if they get Manny.

This was a very bad experience for me and my family. I purchased 2 vehicles for my children and reached out to the Dealer in advance to let them know we were coming. I asked all my questions in advance and received an approval from the Sales Manager on how I was going to pay for them. So when I arrived and test drove both Vehicles with my kids it was agreed they both wanted the car they picked.. However, during the test drive of the one car I notice an issue on the front right of the car. Which by the way was the same issue I had when I bought from the Sales Manager my daughter's the last car. We never made it home with the car. The brake line freezed up on the car and my daughter was stuck on the side on the road. This time I wasn't going to let that happen again. So I told them to review this car. At the same time, they suddenly wouldn't let me do what I had called in advance to do. So there I am sitting for 3 hours, with both children excited to get their cars and now we have a problem. After 2 hours of talking to every Manager they wouldn't change the mistake they made. So we left. In the meantime, I called the next morning on the one car that was damaged and they told me it would cost me $1100 to fix the car. I was pissed and argued that it wasn't my problem and that they lied when they said it passed it's Service inspection....They wouldn't fix for me unless I paid to fix or let them raise the price of the car. What a dishonest Dealership. I spent over 10 hours in their store dealing with 2 Salesman, 2 Sales Managers. By the way, the GM is so unprofessional. He wouldn't come out to apologize or see me after many request. In the meantime I had to go to the bank and get the amount in cash to make my kids happy. My son had to pick another car that was more money with no discount from the Dealer.. Yes I still bought the cars for my kids, however I will never recommend anyone to this Dealer. As a compensation to the their dishonestly and 10 hours of my time they offered me 2 free oil changes, one for each kid. I am about to buy another Hyundai Equus and it won't be from them . I'm going back to Hyundai of Turnersville. They are a Penske Dealership. More professional and trust worthy. Again stay far away from this Dealer...

I would like to first say that I had been looking to trade in my 2012 mustang with just 10,600 miles on it for a SUV.I needed to do this because the payment was too high and also, I developed a hip problem and the car was too low for me. I looked at the ESCAPE, the RAV4 & even waited for the Fiat 500X. But I returned to the Tucson because of the options, the lease price, the friendliness of the staff and feeling like I was important.I had wanted the Tucson which was more equipped with the panoramic roof & leather seating, etc. But that was just a little out of my price range.Chuck Kaplan did all he could to get me the features important to me, except for the roof. He made the sale more desirable by offering to put MY customized striping on the vehicle (as of now, still waiting for that to be done)The price haggle part of the sale is not something I enjoy but I think they were fair to me in their explanations. The one thing that did happen was the lease price I was quoted went UP $15 which I was not happy with as my goal originally was to lower payments. They said it had to do with my credit bring in a lower category. Anyways, from the first phone call to the dealership and they every visit there since, I have felt like I am family. I would send others to this type of vehicle because so far I am happy.

We have gotten a 2004 Santa Fe, a 2008 Vera Cruz, a 2011 Genesis Coupe, a 2014 Sonata and now a 2106 Santa Fe Sport from Burns Hyundai. We have used their service department exclusively. They know us by name, are very friendly, and knowledgeable. We have no reason to try anyone else.

Clean environment with plenty of help around showroom. Best experience was with my salesman. Outside of sales and finance, the customer service was just ok. When calling facility it always takes a long time for someone to answer phone and they don't give off that friendly vibe. If it weren't for the salesman I would have went somewhere else. Robert Gentile was excellent all around!

Just wanted to tell everyone how my experience was at Burns Hyundai. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Richards while buying a vehicle. Now I wasn't really a fan of car salesman through my car buying process. I'm pretty young and during my time shopping around I would always get a bunch of bulls***ers trying their car salesman tricks. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. My mom went to the Burns Honda and bought a car a few weeks previous and urged me to check out the hyundai. Brian listened to everything I had to say and gave me all straight answers. I was extremely happy with the price as well as the vehicle. He's the kind of guy I can relate to and would definitely take him out for a beer (no homo).A++++

Just went window shopping hoping to trade my car in the near future for an SUV. Ran into Julie Thompson in the lot who showed us the one and only SUV I purchased. Since I travelled 2 hours down to South Jersey from New York to meet with Julie Thompson can only speak for itself. I used to live in Medford and moved back to NY, however, I preferred to service my 2012 Elantra in the Rte 70 Dealership in NJ. When I decided I needed an SUV instead of my sporty Elantra I travelled to South Jersey to trade in my car. Julie Thompson was waiting for me with a big smile. She is very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in - Tuscon or Sante Fe. After much discussion and time spent searching through the lot, I decided on the Sante Fe. Julie Thompson was very patient with me. I was concerned about keeping my payment to a minimum, getting a good value for my trade-in, and getting a car that could handle the snow in the winter. Last winter was a horror for me. Julie Thompson was able to get all that done for me. I drove home with a big smile on my face feeling confident that the Sante Fe was the car for me. That you to all the other staff members who helped with the transaction. It was truly an excellent out of state experience!

Took my sante fe in to replace timing belt. They said they also replaced my power steering pump because it was leaking badly.But I had never had a problem with it. I assume they damaged in in replacing my belt.I am in the process of initiating legal action.

I went to this dealer because they gave me a good price online. Everthing was going ok until it was time to test drive. The salesperson & I went to the back lot to look at the cars I wanted, but ran back to get the key. I stood outside for almost 10 minutes in over 90 degree heat & humidity. I could've passed out, let alone I was out there by myself. Thank God I wasn't robbed or attacked in some way. That showed me they're more concerned about the money than their customers' well being. I should get a free car for that.

i purchased new 2012 Sonata on 4/2/12. 2 months later i had a problem with navigation system not working. I took it in for oil change and service of navigation on 6/13/12/ they told me it was now working But no mention of checking it on my reciept only about oil change done It still did not work I again took it in on 6/23/12. i have tree trial until 10/1/12. was told by service dept free trial was cancelled and they would not do any thing about it per there e-mail of 6/21/ 12 cancelling all free trials. This in fact is not true i contacted blue link to purchase navigation portion and was told i had it till 10/1/ 12 and sewrvice should have fixed it on 6/13/ 12 and Again ON 6/23/12.Seems all burns wants is to sell you a new car for $25,000.00 and after selling it to you forget your a customer. I must say Turnersville Hyundai after hearing about my problem reached out to me to have this problem looked at and fixed by them I will in the future deal with Turnersville Hyundai and recommend them to family and friends Jack Smith Haddon Township nj

I do recomend the team at Oaklyn location because they are the most attentious I had.After checking others, I came across them and they showed me options on my budget and did no try to pass on bad deals. Earlier this year, 2011. I was pressured and yelled at by the manager to buy a car I had a depoist on. I did feel sorry for the sales person as it was not him, but it was the manger. Very sad to see stuff like that.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!! I wouldn't spend a penny of my money here. We were looking for a used Santa Fe and saw that this dealership had a few that fit into our price range. Upon entering the dealership and talking to the salesman Anthony, my husband told him that the car was for me. Even after this bit of information, Anthony barely acknowledged my existence. He would only talk to my husband. When we test drove the car, Anthony knew absolutely nothing about the car and had to keep referring to the information sticker on the window. When it came time to negotiate pricing, he barely negotiated with us. He let us walk out of the dealership without their best price when he knew we planned on looking at more cars. As a courtesy, we went back to Burns after we found another great deal on practically the same car. We wanted to give them a chance to outbid the other dealer and get our business. When we walked in, Anthony didnt even say hi to me - only my husband. We told him the deal at the other dealership and he basically said they couldn't beat it. As we were walking out, a sales manager asked when they needed to do to get our business. We told him and as we were telling him this the guy behind the financing desk kept shaking his head saying we can't do the deal. Then he proceeded to argue with my husband about why they were better then the other dealer and how they are in the business to build relationships. He ended up beating the dealers deal by $200 but because they were such jerks, we went with the other dealership. Don't waist your time and money at Burns Hyundai.
