Linda went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience go smoothly. She is absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable. She even greeted me with a warm & welcoming smile even though they were closing in 10 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Linda to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle. Recently purchased a new Atlas from Burnsville VW and had the best experience! The team was very well organized to support every client need, ready to execute and exceed expectations! I recently purchased a new Atlas and the Sales Staff (especially Linda) made the entire process enjoyable and effortless. Linda went out of her way to ensure that the sale from beginning to end was complete. Then after the sale, she walked me through the various features, making sure that I was comfortable before driving off. In addition to Linda's support, the full staff at Luther VW was super friendly and helpful.

This is the greatest service department ever. They never once tried to up sell me on check up packages that I don't want. Straight to helping me figure out what is wrong with my vehicle and they are honest with their prices if not under priced. I will only go through them from now on. Best dealership experience I have had.

Recently, I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car after mine was totaled in an accident. I dreaded this experience more than words can say, especially due to injuries from the accident. My boyfriend was helpful and looked into some types of cars for me to look at and test drive. This landed us here to check out some cars. Jamie was absolutely amazing! She was very kind and helpful, even after explaining the situation- I'm here to test drive because I have absolutely no idea what kind of car I want and I'm not buying anything today. She was knowledgeable when answering our questions and helpful with providing test drives. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, I absolutely think Jamie is a stellar person and will ask for her again, when it's time to buy a new car.
