I have been looking to buy a quality used SUV for a while and the people at Burtis made it happen. The experience was non-pressured and very supportive. This was particularly nice for me as I had not bought a car from a dealer or financed in 25 years.

We were looking for a decent used pickup. The salesmen were patient and nice. They helped even when they weren't the first one to help you. They were also willing to stay past the closing time to get a better idea of what you wanted and answer questions. Every time I walked into the dealership, someone came out to greet me and ask how they could help me. As a woman, I never felt like I didn't know anything and talked to me and my husband. They have great service and would go back if we need a new or used car.

I contacted Burtis Motors to find me a slightly used Lincoln MKZ. Both my wife & I both work full time, & have very busy schedules, so we did not have the time to do the foot work to find a new car. I was very pleased with what they found for us as we gave then very strict criteria for what we were looking for. Ryan Kirtchoff found us the perfect car with everything we wanted from very low miles, to the like show room condition it was in. The entire process was very professional & quite frankly, a pleasure. When we first saw the car, it was hard to believe it wasn't showroom new, & actually used. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Everyone at Burtis makes buying a vehicle stress free! We just purchased our 3rd pickup from Burtis Motors. Brett, Casey, Jack, Ryan & Vicky made the purchase and finance process great. We had a couple scratches fixed in the body shop and Rick was awesome to work with. Julie and the Service dept. are always honest and helpful with any repair or maintenance needed. Thank you again! We purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape and worked with Bobby during our buying process. Not only do we feel they went above and beyond to make our purchase happen but they are an honest company. There was a mistake in our favor and they called as soon as they found it and gave us our options. What a great and honest company.

The folks at Burtis Motor Co.are the definition of "team". The were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very pleased with the way things flowed during our visit. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had; totally stress-free. They work hard to get you back out on the road. We needed two vehicles and drove them both home the same day!

It seems to always be a stressful headache to purchase a different vehicle. That was not the case at Burtis Motors. Our Dealer Brett Nelson was kind, considerate and very patient with us... There were no hidden surprises at the end or anywhere else thru the process.. It was very comfortable and exciting... We got just what we wanted without feeling talked into anything... We bought a "couple" vehicles from Burtis since 1986. So glad we have again!

Have never made a written comment on a purchase, although the staff asked if I would take a minute and answer how it was to buy a vehicle from them. Decided to put some thoughts into words. I was and am impressed with the level of professionalism Burtis group showed not only myself, but my family as well. The staff answered every question, and helped me in getting a fair deal. A couple of years ago I went shopping for the exact pick up and stopped looking after awhile due to the hounding I was getting from various car lots. Anyway, I never heard a bad thing about Burtis, and I see why, you people were great, the detail crew could do with improvement ( probably like me, over worked ), but THANKS for everything. You'll be highly recommended.

I bought a 2011 Explorer from Burtis, and it was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. They treated me like a person, and have taken care of me after the sale. They wash and vac my car everytime it comes in for service. I always have a loaner, and they have them readily available for me, no rental cars. They focused on what I wanted and made it happen! I will always go there for my vehicles, no matter what!
