Nissan really knows how to find quality dealers. I recently bought my Titan from a local dealer in Richmond that doesn’t sell commercial vehicles. I found Busam Nissan in Ohio. They bent over backwards for me. Gave me a good price on a trade and gave me several options for my commercial van. Even threw in a quick detail wile I had lunch. Do yourself a favor and shop w a family owned dealer. Talk to Sam or Keith. They will treat u like family.

I took my Frontier in for warranty work (fuse kept blowing) after the dealer where I bought it failed to find anything wrong after two attempts, even keeping it for three weeks the first time and failed to return phone calls. Busam treated me with respect and kept in touch with me about the progress. Love the customer service, and have already recommended them to others.

This was by far my best car buying experience. Keith was knowledgeable and courteous. BUt what was truly special was he listened and trusted. He listened and engaged on what i was looking for and also to details on my family. (He actually did some homework on my son's achievements) The actual purchase was easy as we were able to set up time the next day to come in and sign everything once it was complete and not having to wait in the showroom while the paperwork was being created. This was a specific request that Keith came through on that made a big difference. I then, in the days following the sale, received a book on my favorite sports team from Keith. Blew me away! He really did listen to our conversation! Best experience ever!!!

I did not expect to buy the day I went to look at their Rogues, but they gave me a deal I could not refuse. They were so nice and personable. I felt like a family member by the time I left. My husband, who is critical of everything, was so impressed with them. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again and tell everyone I know to buy from them.

This dealerships service department is a joke!! When I took my 2007 Murano in under warranty to get the tranny replaced I was given a list of repairs that I needed to make before they would replace it. I had the repairs done at a local mechanic and took it back to Busam. I was then again hit with another list of repairs that they said needed to be done. When I refused to pay $2500 for a new exhaust I was told I didn't need it. They kept my vehicle another week and said I needed another repair that cost $300. When I told them to go ahead and make the repair, Steffen told me the next day that they just don't want to work on the vehicle at all. I had to get a rental for all of the time they had my car! The rental was about $500 for two weeks and my transmission was still not replaced. When I contacted the consumer affairs department I was told that they would "document" my complaint which doesn't do me any good. I would never go back to this place for any reason, especially being a female!

I have attempted to purchase one specific pre-owned Nissan for over six weeks. Apparently this dealership does not want to sell cars as there is EXTREMELY poor follow up.. Even the general mgr does not respond to close the sale. Requested an out the door price 3 times from one salesperson who refused to provide it in writing. They do not answer questions. They do not return emails nor texts nor phone calls. You cannot leave a vm after hours. Conclusion: the advertised price is false....just a marketing ploy to get you in the door.

we were very disappointed in our experience at Bussam Nissan. First, the car we wanted to look at had not been cleaned up at all; it was dirty inside and out; we also felt we got the runaround as to what we needed to bring as far as paperwork, etc; made two trips and didn't get a thing accomplished, so we went elsewhere and got the car we wanted with no hastles or problems. I was in your service center earlier today February 25, 2015 for about two hours. While there I read my magazines while I awaited the diagnostic test to be ran on my car. When John came over I was told my car needed over 1100.00 worth of work done.Immediately I was overwhelmed and called my family members who of course said get a second opinion.I DID get that second opinion not only was my car fixed within minutes and back to normal I was only charged for the part that was replaced and I was on my way. I wanted to come back but I was upset and that would not have been appropriate.I was (almost) completely taken advantage of! I am disgusted by the actions and care I received at this shop. I would never recommend this place again

We spent four hours at this dealership ironing out what we thought was a great deal. When signing the paperwork to purchase our vehicle, the price listed was much higher than what we had agreed on. The salesman had calculated our monthly rate for 60 months + the amount of money we were going to put down, making the total $5,000 more than we had agreed on. When trying to fix this issue, we were berated by the finance guy and made to feel like criminals for thinking we could even come close to the price we were hoping to pay. We left incredibly frustrated without making the purchase. 3 days later, we purchased the exact same vehicle at Jeff Wyler Eastgate for the price we had offered at this dealership and could not have been happier with the customer service or the entire buying process. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went to Bussam Nissan for a grind in 5th gear in my 370Z. At first they seemed happy to help. After the service manager found out that my warranty was about to run out everything changed. He gave me so many excuses as to why 5th gear kept grinding that it was laughable. Everything from "nothing is wrong with this car", "It's a tick of the 370", "Your shifting wrong", "Your not pushing the clutch down all the way",ect. With the service manager in the car I pushed the clutch to the floor and held it there and shifted back and forth between 5th and 6th. Every time it went into 5th it ground. He told me "Nissan doesn't want me putting transmissions or engines into cars that are about to go out of warranty". I told him I was going to call Nissan. He was not happy with me after that and pretty much handed me my keys and walked off. Within 50 miles my rev match quit working in 5th gear and the grind got much worse. I got a 2nd and a 3rd opinion. Both said the synchronizer in 5th gear was going out. Kings Nissan put a new transmission in my car and I could not have asked to be treated better. They were great. As for Bussam Nissan though, I will never step foot on their lot again. Neither will my family, friends, or the people I work with. I am going to go out of my way to let everyone I can know how Bussam does business. All I can say is stay away from this dealership.

TERRIBLE customer service from MANAGER in Parts/Service Dept. I've given up after 3 tries to get a key made (a KEY! not rocket science...) Today's abusive treatment from the "manager" of the Dept was the last straw. Here's what happened: 1st time, I stopped in with the key, not the car (an '09 Sentra, purchased in another state); I was told I would need to have both the key and the car their together, as it's an electronic key and they must be coded together. Okay, I'll come back. 2nd time, I brought the key and drove the car. Was told it would take 1-1/2 hours as they had to program the key. Had no idea it should take this long, and wasn't told this the 1st time. It's a key... An HOUR and 1/2??? I didn't have that much time, so I SCHEDULED AN APPT for later when I could make the time. 3rd time: Came back for my scheduled appt on time, was told by the man at the Service counter that I must bring in ALL keys to the car - I had only brought in one key - another was at home. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS IN THE OTHER TWO TIMES I'M IN THE SERVICE DEPT!!! When I told him this, the man INSISTED this was not true, that I HAD been told to bring in all keys. I had not seen or talked to this man before, so HOW DOES HE KNOW??? He started yelling at me and told me that I was wrong and that what I was saying was not true. WHY WOULD I LIE? I'm tryng to give them my business, and he YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR. I asked to see his manager, and he said he WAS THE MANAGER. What an effective way to drive away potential customers! I will NEVER patron BUSAM NISSAN again. I like Nissans; I currently own two & may buy another in the future, but not from them!

I have been coming to Busam in Cincinnati since the 1960's. My father came to Busam, and I has always bought Nissan's from the Busam family as well. The service is always top notch, and keeps me coming back, even though I live all the way in Northgate.

My wife and I have bought three new nissans in recent years. The Versa we purchased 11 months ago was the first time I purchased one from Busam.Because of the service representative at the desk when I dropped off the keys to the car this morning, we will never buy a car from Busam Nissan again. This is the first time I have had conversation with the representative, and was surprised at how it was my fault, he didn't have any information on why the car was to be inspected. She had talked to your dealership at least three times before about the issue, before confirming a date for the appointment. Apparently, the service representative did not write down any information when she called the first few times. The last time was just to confirm the date of the appointment, and the history should have been available.I have talked to my wife since. She said this is the same representative that she spoke to on the phone the first few times and when there was an issue with the tire inflation indicator in the past. She said he was just as difficult then, and she also felt like he was always trying to blame her for the car's problems.She said the guy who actually took down the date of the appointment was much easier and much more polite.

When I decided not to have the repairs done because of cost I was told there would be no charge for the estimate. When I went to pick up my car they said the estimate charge was $52.00 When I objected they had an attitude and thrust my key toward me and said take it. When I asked for the manager Mr. Stepfan Miller, Service Manager came into the room and relaizing I needed to talk to someone else because the service department was the problem I asked to speak to his supervisor. At that point he ordered me to leave the property. I asked again who his boss was and he stepped within three feet of me, that I felt was a threating move, and told me to leave. It was the worst experience I have had at a dealership.

The car buying experience for my husband and I was wonderful. Busam was consistent in all of the information and price that they gave us. Any question we had was answered immediately for us and we never felt like we weren't getting the full story. We received exceptional service while buying our vehicle and the process from start to finish was under an hour. We love our new Nissan car and have no reason not to go back to Busam Nissan to continue the great service we've already received.

Charles Busam flat out lied to me about ordering a part for my 99 Pathfinder. He said the key (for my wheels) would be available the week of 4 July and that I would be contacted sometime that week. That next saturday I called wondering what happened and he said he had no recollection of ever ordering a part and that I was making the whole thing up!!!! Can you believe this? Whats going on at this dealership? He also got very sarcastic when I told him I also had a minor problem with my fuel door...."you have to understand you bought a USED car"......This dealership has obvious ethical problems and is not interested in service once you have paid for the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

This dealership is NOT HONEST! and does NOT HELP customers the way customers want.<br>I signed the lease for 39 months, for a car worth $42,000.00<br>At the signing, they didn't mention how much the buyout price is verbally, and after I found out how much it is, it was way more than what I thought it would be.<br>So the very next day within 24hrs from the signing, before the dealer actually sent the lease paper work to Nissan Motor Credit, I told the dealer that I want to go "Purchase" from "Lease", because with lease I would have to end up paying over $50,000.00 including buyout price, where you would only have to pay $42,000.00 + tax for purchase. You are entitled to change your mind within 36hrs. Consumers are protected by law.<br>But this dealer simply ignored my decision, and sent paper work to Nissan Credit, knowing that I wanted to go purchase instead of lease because they can collect more money in lease than purchase from Nissan Motor Credit.<br>Then I had to deal with Nissan Motor Credit instead of the Busam Nissan, Cincinnati OH, because Busam Nissan refused to do anything about it, and kept saying it is out of their hands any more and it is in Nissan Motor Credit hands.<br>Nissan Motor Credit did NOT help either.<br>When I contacted Nissan Motor Credit, my lease account was not even opened, but what they said was it is the procedure, so they have to quote lease buyout price. I ended up having to get a quote for buyout from Nissan Motor Credit.<br>All these were done within 5days from the day I signed the lease.<br>I had to pay $45,000.00 for buyout, NOT including sales tax, to Nissan Motor Credit.<br>If Busam Nissan didn't send lease paper work to Nissan Motort Credit, it would've been $42,000.00 + tax.<br>This was my first Nissan, NOT good experience.<br>I should have stuck to Mercedes.<br>I will NEVER go back to Busam Nissan, NOR BUY ANOTHER NISSAN, EVER!!
