Took my truck to C wimberly for a oil change. Came back to get my radio fixed. So after waiting on a approval from Car Shield and waiting on parts my truck sat there over a week. They fixed the radio and I went to pick up truck and the lifters started making noise real load. Left the truck there to get fixed until I got home and seen the wrong oil was put in it on my paperwork. It had a thicker oil in it. So after sitting for a week all the oil drained completely out of the engine and when I started the engine with thicker oil in it it couldn’t get the oil to where it needed to go fast enough . I told them not to touch it. So they ended up taking oil samples out of it after I told them not to touch. After arguing with both service guys Kenny and Cris I told them I was going to buy another truck until they fixed. Days before that they were going to sell me a truck. I never gave them my social security number to get a loan because I already had one approved or I was bringing cash. Well after telling them I was going to wait until they fixed it and go buy another truck the service guy said I won’t be able to because they already pulled my credit and said my credit wasn’t good enough. But I never gave them my Social Security number. I just thought that was unprofessional about them and they were lying to me because I never gave them my Social Security number. So if they can’t put the correct oil in it how can you trust them to work on any of yours and my vehicle. Never again will I go there.

Very helpful staff. Gary and Chuck were extremely professional and accommodating. Exceptional trade-in value offered. We didn’t end up purchasing from them just because they didn’t have what we wanted in stock due to limited supply state wide and we found what we wanted elsewhere. But they were willing to work with and order what we wanted. Definitely would recommend!

Bought a transmission cable at parts their they were great, went out to my truck and was looking at one end with a special clip, I went to service to ask them how this clip worked,, they were like what is that , then the girl says well my mechanics are busy go back to parts , at that point I walked out and figured it out at home, was $106.00 for the cable and didn't want to break the plastic clip,

We were referred by a family member to CWimberly and we were very pleased. We had a certain car we were looking to buy and Rodney Burandt did a fantastic job finding us what we wanted and sticking to our budget. He sent me pictures of the first car they found for me but decided when seeing the car in person to keep looking. How reassuring to know that they just didn't want to find me a car but the perfect one. He went above and beyond!! Great experience with all the staff!

I came in from Stevensville and had a great experience and friendly service. Gave me a great deal on my new 2006 jeep commander. Joel Ealy was a fantastic sales consultant and Chris Benson the sales manager was very willing to work with us on purchasing the jeep. I would recommend everyone to come C Wimberley for their next vehicle purchase!
