Staff were very friendly and helpful and they did not pressure me to have other work done. It was especially nice to have a loaner so I could return to work while my car was being serviced. Great advertisement!

Staff was extremely professional and courteous. I was in and out with a loaner almost immediately with no hassle. Work was performed quickly and thoroughly and had my car back and on the road. Bentonville Cadillac is a class act whether its the buying experience or any servicing needs you might have.

Customer service is excellent. When a loaner wasn't available I was given a ride home. Once a loaner was available someone from Cadillac delivered it to my home.

Out of state first-time (service) customer but treated as a lifetime customer. Performed service work on my 2011 CTS V Wagon, complimentary fluff wash, and provided a very convenient waiting area. Charles and his service team were excellent.

I love my Cadillac SRX. I was given a loaner car while mine was in the shop and I thank you for that. I didn't however, get to use my $25 coupon as I forgot about it until the bill had been rung up and so I lost my one-time coupon. Boo hoo!

Purchased on a weekend so had to take in for final prep of vehicle and gas fill up. DIdn't seem like service center was ready for me. Loved I had a rental car just like what I purchased but didn't fill my tank up with gas or look at a scratch I had on the car. Overall I am very impressed with my experience with Cadillac of Bentonville.

Everyone was extremely courteous and competent. The entire experience was everything you would expect from Cadillac.Andrew Disney was a sales representative that any dealership would be proud to have, with an attitude of how to assist his client rather than how to obtain a sale. My wife and I were made to feel a part of a 'team' effort to find us our dream car with financing that was unique to our needs. We were going out of town soon when we drove our car into the Cadillac dealership. They ordered the part(part's) to repair the car - received them and had to car repaired in time for us to pick up the car before leaving town for 10 days. I didn't think it could be done but THEY did it.I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the extra effort they went to!

Car would not start and under warranty. GM sent wrecker service and they delivered to dealer. Repaired quickly and dealer brought transportation to home for us to retrieve car.Great service by GM and Dealer (Superior Cadillac of Bentonville).

My car is a 2010 Camaro SS with under 10,000 miles. It's a GM certified car. When I attempted to get service with Chevrolet on what was a dash/airbag issue they didn't really seem to want to help. Charles Womack listened and reacted to my needs. He had to jump through MANY hoops to make the repair happen but he got it done. I couldn't be happier with Charles and his customer service. He definitely went well above and beyond to make it right when the local Chevrolet and even corporate Chevrolet reps were not wanting to do anything.

The manager went ABOVE tp get us in on Saturday as there was an oversight in scheduling our appointment. We also had additional work done which was completed. He also called and got this approved under our warranty! The service department is simply FABULOUS. Andrew the saleman, also came back to check on us to see how we were doing and how we like our car. Of course we LOVE the CADDIE! The TEAM at BENTONVILLE treats us like we are ROYALTY rather than the HILLBILLIES that we truly are!

The quality & expertise at Cadillac of Bentonville is unmatched to any other dealership I have been to in the area. However, with my vehicle's issue I had to come to the dealership on three separate occasions for the same issue to be repaired. It wasn't until the third visit was the issue ultimately resolved/fixed. It is frustrating as a customer to be paying thousands of dollars for an oil leak to be fixed & it not become repaired until after the third visit. I don't mind paying for a repair to be fixed & done by a quality mechanic as long as the repair is actually repaired. In my case, I had to pay twice for the same issue to resolved. I think if the dealership fails to repair it correctly the first time, then they should assume responsibility to guarantee a job well done for the customer's sake. It's a top tier dealership so the customer shouldn't have to leave second guessing the work done because the first time you came in, it wasn't fixed. I don't want to sound like a grumpy customer & I truly believe that this last visit did the trick. Rick Allen, the service advisor at cadillac, helped make sure that the issue was pinpointed out this time & was big help. I want to continue being a customer at cadillac just frustrated in my previous experience & the rough amount of $2,000 I spent the first time around to fix the oil leak issue.

Rick the Customer Service rep. was perfect. He greeted me at the door, by name, and explained everything perfectly. The service work was performed well, and in a timely manner. One problem.....my front windshield washer doesn't work. It's either out of fluid, which should have been checked, or the unit is inoperable. Which again, should have been checked and noted. The real problem is that I live 70+ miles from the dealership, and I'm not about to drive that far to have it checked. So, I'm rather disappointed.

I had to pick my vehicle up and it was snowing. It took me longer to get to the dealership to get the vehicle than expected. The service department had pulled my vehicle inside so it would be deiced and also stayed 15 minutes late so I could make it. I do appreciate that.

Very accommodating! Tim was able to get my escalade in on short notice to fix a tire. He also arranged to have the recall fixed and an oil change so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip. He gave me a loaner so I didn't have to wait. It's always a pleasure having my car serviced!

The service and hospitality was excellent. I was concerned they sold my wife Nitrogen for our tires. Not sure there is any realized benefit for using N as previous cars have still shown deference to ambient temperatures.

While the issues with my SRX required that it would take a couple of days to fix, the loan I was given was a new SRX. My sale rep, Andrew, was kind enough to bring my car to me as I couldn't get back to Bentonville to pick up my SRX. Thank you, Andrew, and the guys in the repair shop. You all did a great job!!!

My car was taken care of in a timely manner and looked great when it was finished. The one thing that I was not pleased with is that the tire pressure was not checked as I requested when I brought it in. Tires were rotated but pressure was not checked and they were over inflated just as they were when I brought my car in. Otherwise it was a good experience.

We enjoy going to the service department at this dealership. Tammy is a great customer service representative. We would encourage the management to do what they can to retain her,she does excellent work. Based on our last visit we might suggest that the maintenance technicians receive some refresher training on attention to detail at their next team meeting.

We came in without an aapointment. The diagnostic system said we had low air in tires. I could not find my air pressure gauge, and due to the extreme cold, did not want to overinflate. Tammy took responsibility, found out we had Nitro from previous dealership in New Jersey, had that reinstalled, the tires all properly inflated and we were happily on our way. Great service.

We drove in without an appointment as the car had begun to run poorly, and the engine light was on. We were told that if we could be patient we would be worked in. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the work was completed without a long wait. We were extremely pleased with both the service and the personnel.

Best experience ever at a car dealership. Normally I'm not a fan of visiting car dealerships for any reason. However, I had an issue with a headlight on my 2010 Cadillac SRX and after calling Cadillac of Bentonville service department for an appointment and speaking with "Dave Smith", his real name, service consultant. I was extremely pleased. Dave made an appointment for me the same day, which was incredible! After further discussing the problem I was having, Dave explained that it would be in my best interest to contact Cadillac Customer Service since the issue I was experiencing was common on some vehicles. Cadillac partially warrantied which was fabulous! They weren't obligated to do anything. Furthermore Dave Smith didn't even have to share the Customer Service information with us, but he did. Mr. Smith went over and above as far as we are concerned. I can't tell you how much we appreciate all that Cadillac of Bentonville and Dave Smith have done for us. Thank you! Les & Pamela Barnhart
