The best experience possible!!!! I bought an 2015 Escalade from this dealership. Eduardo was my salesmen and was HONEST. Yes, an honest car salesman, its crazy but TRUE! Even though Eduardo was my salesman it was truly a team effort there. I had an issue with my trade in on my end and just when I thought it was a deal breaker, everyone stepped in and made it happen! Matt Zuckerman was a true professional and knew how to navigate the financial and title issues like a pro! Hands down an amazing experience and of course an amazing Escalade that was delivered to me as a brand new truck even though it was used. There word is their promise!!!!

Cadillac of Greenwich is what a dealer should be. I had a problem on late on dec 23rd , I contacted the service manager Mike who was able to get my car to the service department , gave me a loaner car , (all over the holiday weekend) and had it ready to go when I returned from my holiday trip . What could have been a weekend and holiday disaster was handled and put my mind at ease . Thanks again to MIke the Service Manager and Sarina my service consultant for making my holiday !!

These guys are always so very helpful and efficient. My service manager Ralph took care of items I didn't even realize were problems, then walked me through what had been done, so I was completely at ease. With no appointment, I was still taken care of promptly and would recommend this dealership in a heart beat. From buying and leasing, to service, they are top notch.

I was looking to buy a used Cadillac Escalade from them. Their salesperson Gregg was great, he told me the truth about the vehicle. Thanks to his honesty I realized that the car is not what I want, and I avoided a four hour drive there. He sent me a lot of extra pictures and they showed the bad things about the car. Extremely professional and polite. They are very honest and I would love to do business with them.

The sales team made my out of state vehicle purchase a pleasure to do and provided all the information I needed to make my decision easy. They also provided transportation from my state back to CT for me to take delivery of the vehicle!

From the time we were engaged talking to Eduardo, our sales agent, to the point I flew in to buy my CTS-V, it was an incredibly easy and professional process. Eduardo, in my opinion, went above and beyond all of my expectations. Because I was remote in Texas, he took pictures, videos and answered all of my emails and questions - promptly. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Cadillac of Greenwich, and if/when I do -Eduardo will be their point of contact. Thank you again for the buying experience

My recent experience with Cadillac of Greenwich was most positive. I dealt with Peter Martin, sales representative, and found him to be both knowledgeable and response. Further, my interaction with their service department has been excellent. I did lease my new 2015 SRX from them and returned to them my 2012 SRX to give back to the leasing bank. I recommend this dealership based upon my actual pleasant experiences with my last 2 cars acquired from them.

My experience of getting a new vehicle was fantastic with Cadillac of Greenwich. Peter was very attentive throughout the process, starting from our first communications online and ending with running through all of the new features and setup with me when I picked my new vehicle up. He worked diligently to find a car at another dealership that had the features I was looking for - and then to secure the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and it sounds like it will only get better in the future with the improvements to the building and the service experience that they have planned.

For 286,000 miles I enjoyed my 2004 Cadillac CTS and particularly appreciated the excellent service group at Greenwich Cadillac which exceeded every expectation from routine maintenance through managing all of the normal repairs and replacements that accompany the mileage. When openly advised of the work that would be required for the next 100,000 miles I decided finally to replace the car. The first stop, not surprisingly, was Greenwich Cadillac which had exactly the certified pre-owned CTS that I wanted. The sales team met the world class performance level that I had enjoyed with service team over the years. The purchase, with all associated paperwork, was completed within hours and my overall satisfaction with the transaction and the car has once again exceeded all expectations.

Cadillac of Greenwich should be a must consideration when buying your Cadillac. Having come from the auto industry, I understand the concerns and fears many people have with the buying process. I chose to buy my car here for the same reason you would. The experience was pleasant and efficient. What was promised, was delivered. And the price was where it should have been. Extremely competitive. The two people who made this possible were Peter Martin, my salesperson, and Gabriela Gonzalez, the business manager. Under new ownership by Eric Sandstrom, many improvements are planned. It's nice to know that a great experience will only get better!

I bought my new Cadillac yesterday, Gabriela Gonzalez (Business Manager) made my experience so pleasant from the minute I walked into the dealership. Our salesperson Peter Martin and Gabriela Gonzalez the Business Manager were excellent. They were very thorough and knowledgeable; They were extremely nice and accomodating. Peter Martin answered every single one of my questions to the best of his knowledge. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend anyone to go buy a car from CADILLAC OF GREENWICH. The best dealership in Northeast!!!
