Dealer service prompt, friendly. Turned off "check engine" light, only to have light come on again 97 miles later..... Frustrated with countless problems with my SRX. Cadillac Quality ? I think NOT !!!

My Husband and I stopped in one Sunday to look at some cars, not really ready to buy a car that day but just looking. Robert Moore was our salesman. He was very nice and very helpful. We test drove two cars. The second one we took home with us for one night to see if we really wanted it and we did. So with the help of our salesman Robert Moore we went home that weekend with a brand new car! We're so excited! We'll be part of the Cadillac family from this day foward. All of the staff was so nice and friendly. So if you're going to buy a new car I highly recommend Robert Moore as your salesman! He's a good guy.

BOUGHT TOUCH UP PAINT FOR MY 2006 xxx catallac. Gave my vin number. To get the right color. Tryed to touch up front bumper. It did not match not even close. Called to see if I could get my money back. They said no because the touch up paint usually don't match the paint.! Why sale it! $24 down the drain.

It has been alleged that Cadillac of Knoxville has been taking down bad reviews from their Facebook page. So in case they take down mine, please read this review here: If anyone is looking for a car right now, STAY AWAY FROM CADILLAC OF KNOXVILLE. They tried selling us a car that, according to Honda's own manufacturer web page, was part of an active recall. Due to defective airbags, people were having metal shards blown at their face from the airbag randomly deploying. We simply asked the dealer about this, and they straight out lied to our faces, ready to take money for a car that could have potentially had lethal issues. They are crooks and swindlers, nothing more to say. This is not a dis on the Cadillac brand, it is an honest review of the dealer and their shady business practices. They know we ended up going with another car from a much more honest dealer, because we never returned to pay them. They haven't even called us to ask what is going on, because they know we found out the truth and that we won't be purchasing anything they want to sell us on. Will be leaving a 1-star review everywhere I can.

Brian Petsuck and all the folks at Cadillac of Knoxville are top notch. The experience was fabulous, and far exceeded are expectations, and any other experience we have had buying a car to date. Cannot say enough great things about the care, concern, and time they spent making sure we got what we wanted, not what they thought we should have. They made sure we were well informed, and unlike most, they looked out for our best interest. For the first time in my 30 years of buying cars, a dealer not only worked to get to my number, instead of stopping there, they found more incentives and got below my number. I am ecstatic about the experience and their true professionalism.

Cannot say enough about our buying experience at Cadillac of Knoxville. Our salesperson Michael Petsuck was very patient during the buying process. Shopping for a new car was very stressful due to the fact of really not knowing exactly want i wanted. Drove many vehicles and finally settled on a SRX... When picking up the SUV everything was perfect including a full tank of gas, professionally detailed, and Michael demonstrated how to operate every detail of the car!!! ITS SAD WHEN YOU BUY A DEALERS BEST WARRANTY AND NOTHING EVER SEEMS TO BE COVERED. TOOK IN MY VEHICLE AND TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR WHAT WAS WRONG AND OF COURSE NOTHING WAS COVERED. AND THEN HE CHARGED ME FOR DIAGNOSING WHAT I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN FOR. MATTHEW ORAVITZ WAS THE SERVICE WRITER WHO DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN

I purchased a new Cadillac from Cadillac of Knoxville, Knoxville Tennessee (the dealership), in March of 2015. The general manager at this establishment is John Jackson. When I washed the vehicle for the first time, I noticed several blemishes in the finish and on one of the wheels. At this point I had only used half a tank of the gas that was in the car when I took delivery. The car is kept in an enclosed garage when not in use. Additionally, when I picked up the vehicle, it had a front license plate holder installed; front plates are not required in my state and I requested that it be removed. Since the part had been riveted on, instead of using the screws provided with the car, I had to leave it with them for a day so they could remove it, fill the holes, and paint the repair. When I examined the repair before taking the vehicle, I saw that a sloppy job had been done; the holes had not been filled evenly and for a space of a couple of inches beneath the grill, the paint was all globbed up. It looked like a kid with a spray can did it. When I pointed this out to service personnel, I was told to let the paint dry for a couple of days and they would buff it out. Shortly after, I received a letter from the general manager of the dealership stating that he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase of my new Cadillac, and to let him know if there were any issues. I sent an email to him thanking him for the letter and told him about the problems described above. He responded and said he would like to see the vehicle. I took the car in the next day. He looked it over, acknowledged the blemishes, and said he had a fellow that was good with a buffer and that if I could leave the car with him for a day or so, he would have the man buff the finish. He said he would have someone in the service department take a look at the blemished wheel at the same time. He said he thought that would take care of the problem. I said I would be happy to let him try it. I asked him what he thought about the blemishes, that I had taken delivery of new Chevrolets, Pontiacs, and Buicks, one of which I had bought for my wife about ten days before buying this Cadillac, and all of them had better finishes when I bought them. He said that he would have expected better from Cadillac. He said he would call me next week to set up a day for me to bring the car in and they would work on it. After a week had gone by with no contact from him, I called his cell phone number and reached his voicemail. I left a message identifying myself, left my phone number, and said that maybe I had misunderstood him last week and that he was waiting for me to call him. I requested that he call me. After another three days with no contact, I filled out my Purchase and Delivery Satisfaction survey from Cadillac. I noted the issues with my Cadillac and the lack of response from the manager of the dealership. Three weeks after my initial contact with the manager, (I suspect this is because he had received a copy of the survey), he called me and asked if my problems had been taken care of. I said No. He said he had been on a trip and that he spoke with the salesman, who said I had brought the car in and that the issues had been resolved. I informed him that I had not been to the dealership since the day I met with him. He said he would set something up and call me. The following week I had yet to receive any contact from the dealership. I called Dan Eldridge in the service department whom I have known for many years. I had brought my last Cadillac there for service and he had worked at a Buick dealership where I did business in the past. I asked him to check and see what was going on. He said: Yes, I think I saw something on the internet about that, (he could have said intranet and I misheard). He said he would check and that we would set up an appointment soon. That was nine days ago. Today I have posted this review, more than five weeks after my initial contact with the dealership manager regarding the issues with my new Cadillac. I am extremely disappointed, to say the least.

Russ Clarke did an excellent job of putting together a deal that fit our needs and budget. He is very professional and easy to work with and has his customers best interests at heart. He works hard to ensure an easy buying experience by eliminating any obstacle to the sale. We were introduced to the service personnel who were very knowledgeable. We just traded a 2011 ESV for a 2013 ESV. We traded a premium trim level for a platinum trim level. We traded 73,000 miles for 6200 miles. We are so very happy with our vehicle. The buying experience was fabulous! Big word, fabulous, right? Well Cadillac of Knoxville is the most professional, openly honest car dealership we have experienced anywhere. We have moved around and bought many, mostly new, vehicles. We have the history to support using the claim "Fabulous". We made our deal exactly a week ago. We have reread all the paperwork. We did research on line before we shopped. No remorse. Only the glow of pride and enjoyment. We will return to this dealership with trust and confidence for all our future vehicle needs. I think we need to trade our pickup truck next for a Cadillac truck.

We appreciate the help provided on 4/28/2014 by both Mike (Ref) and Chuck Fleenor. They went above and beyond to help arrange towing and service when I was recently stranded at another Cadillac dealer who was less than helpful in locating a replacement tire for our SRX. There certainly is a great difference in the level of customer service offered by the two Cadillac dealerships!! We could not be more pleased with Cadillac of Knoxville and subsequently bought a new CTS coupe from them.

I called Cadillac of Knoxville to inquire about vehicles I saw on cars.com. Their followup was very good- nice salesperson, Laura. She answered all of my questions, asking her sales manager when she didn't know the answer for certain. I did not purchase here because they did not have the exact color and options I was looking for on my new vehicle, and they are over 3 hours from home. They said they could get the exact car I was looking for, though. I decided against this, since my local dealer could also get my car for me and I wouldn't have to drive so far to get it. I would definitely have worked with Laura if I lived in or nearer to Knoxville.

Bought 2 cars last year. First sales person tried to overcharge me $10,000. Talked to manager and he corrected it and said she was new. Then they charged me $5000 for a warranty and then when I sold the car it took them months to find the paper work. Dozens of emails and phone calls to make it happen. Then I learn they over charged me $1000 of for the warranty. I own several cars and trade frequently. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I will not do business with them again. This was borderline fraud and for certain 100% dishonesty.

I found the vehicle I needed via the internet at this dealership, made contact, and immediately received a response from a salesperson. He was going out of town the next day but gave me the contact information of another salesperson who provided us with excellent customer service. Everything was smooth and easy and we were able to drive 8hours trade our car in, complete all the paperwork and drive off the lot in just over an hour, that gave us time to stop and have a wonderful dinner before heading back. Dealership took care of all the out-of-state car buying/car registration legalities also. Absolutely outstanding!!

Went in to buy a used ENVOY. Kept giving me the run around on my trade in price. First I was offered one number then I was told another amount wasn't a problem. When it came down to get serious I could not get a answer on a trade in price. Wound up buying a Toyota 4runner from somewhere else and am very happy with my choice. I do not recommend buying a used car here. Let me tell you this There is no comparison from a GM/CHEVY to a toyota. The Toyotas are way better built and much safer!

We hate to buy from dealers just because of all the hassle and pressure you go through with them. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. My wife and I seen a used car online that we liked, so we stopped by. Chuck Fleenor was our sales-person and he couldn't have been nicer. When it came time to work out a trade-in price, it didn't take a afternoon of coming back and forth from the unseen manager like most places to work out the price. I never felt for one minute they were about to try to do something shady. I would recommend Cadillac of Knoxville and Chuck Fleenor to anyone looking for a great deal and an easy transaction!

We found the vehicle we wanted by surching online. We went in, spoke to Chuck Fleener, test drove without any pressure, and had everything completed in an hour. I liked the no pressure genuin attitude of this dealership so much that I went in a month later and purchased another and had the same experience again. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Great price and respect from the employees.

after purchasing a car we were promised delivery on a specific day and every day that delivery was pushed back another day. if the dealer isn't able to deliver as promised he should be up front and call a week, a week, not a day. it's very frustrating and very disappointing to expect something and have it held back for unexpressed and unexplained reasons. we will not purchase another vehicle here.

ok- they're absolutely awful at keeping their word. when they promise delivery on monday it turns into tuesday and that turns into wednesday and before you know it it's the next monday. always with some lame excuse as to why delivery isn't possible. if it rains, they can't do it. if it's sunny, they have too much to do. buy elsewhere unless you have a high tolerance for delays. and lies.
