The sales team here is great, however, the service team may be the worst I have ever experienced. I wish I could give zero stars. Time and time again I have been screwed over by their service technicians. I took my vehicle in 3 or 4 times over the past year for a noise that has been developing in my vehicle. Each time I was told they could find nothing wrong with it and do not know where the noise is coming from. Conveniently, after my warranty expired, they told me it was my rear differential and that it would be almost $4,000 to replace. After taking it to my trusted family mechanic, he quoted me $2,600 to do the SAME work with the SAME factory parts. The service team has not gotten back to me on why the price is so drastically different. I am sick over how this dealership service department has treated me. On top of this, they have not fixed a rubbing noise one of my rims has been making after countless visits. I have also NEVER been given a courtesy car, making it a complete pain each time I have had to drop my vehicle off. Additionally, my car was once left untouched for an entire day after a scheduled oil change appointment. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After 3 weeks of car shopping, my husband suggested we check out the new Cadillacs.We walked into Cadillac of Mahwah and we're immediately greeted by a young woman who introduced us to John Bayati. John sat us down and started to ask us a series of questions, how we intend to use the vechile etc.. after 10min or so we had narrowed it down to a Specific Escalade. Now the fun part right :)Instead of John running back and forth to his "manager" he took out a piece of paper and drew a line right down the center. He gave us 3 separate lease options and even explained why NOT to put down alot of money on a lease. We picked up our Escalade last week and could not be hapier. We want to thank John Bayati for being a true Professional. If your family is looking for a new car, go see John Bayati at Cadillac of Mahwah.

I've been bringing my Cadillac SRX here for regular maintenance and oil changes since I bought it here 3 years ago. Although they do a great job and are very friendly, on average I wait approximately a minimum of 2 hours. I never get an explanation as to why it takes so long. When I would bring my last car to a local service repair shop, I wouldn't wait longer than 45 minutes for the same service. It's my only real complaint.

I had a rumble coming from the rear of my 2009 cts. You did replace the rear wheel hub, and then, upon my request, determined that there still was a slight noise. It was determined that I just replaced the tires with the exact originals and apparently that is my issue. I was not charged for the additional diagnostics as it was part of an earlier visit.I was a bit annoyed that upon dpoing my oil chang at the same time that they had to hacksaw off the oil cap as the previous technician apparently screwed it on too tight, and I was aslo missing a washer at the oil pan. Come on, and I was charged for this. You have serviced my vehicle from the very beginning., no one else.

He knows I live quite a few miles away so he does his best to help me before I even get there. I could not be more completely satisfied with the service I receive there and I wish mahwah was closer to me so I could use their service dept. While on the highway we saw some lights come on the panel. We usually have our Cadillac serviced at McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge, NJ. We decided to find a dealer located on Rt. 17 as our business was in that area. They provided us with great courteous service and fixed the issue we had with some misfiring spark plugs. They managed to fix the problem while we waited in their waiting room for 4 Hours. The Service technician even offered to loan us a car so we could finish our business in the area. Now that is the way to do business. Thank you Mahwah Cadillac.

Mike was very patient, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Mike spent over 4 hours with us and even stayed past business hours making sure that we chose the right vehicle. I reached out to them for some help since I was stranded at State Highway 17 right outside the dealership with a dead alternator and am not the most knowledgeable person on cars. Though I was w an Acura and they dont really service Acuras they took the time to look into it and advise me on my next steps. While I was waiting for my tow truck they made me feel extremely comfortable in their waiting room during the stressful moments in spite that having no business benefits. Whenever I take my vehicle into Cadillac of Mahwah I have a great experience. I had to schedule my vehicle for service and and a module change for my Air Conditioning. My service adviser Adam made arrangements for me to have a Courtesy vehicle. They had to keep my vehicle for another day and Adam called and asked if they could keep the vehicle an additional day. I was able to keep the Courtesy vehicle and additional day. When I brought the Courtesy vehicle back I was greeted by Adam who had someone go and get my vehicle. Thank You Cadillac of Mahwah for making my experience great.

I was going to wait for my car but the scheduled work was expected to take 2 1/2 hours. I was offered a loaner car. The car was the same model as my car. The paperwork process was quick and easy. When I returned the car to pick up my car, the work was done and the GM vehicle recall part was also installed. Saving me a trip back to the dealership at a later time. The service department even had my car washed. The service department is the best from scheduling to service.

Dennis in service was great as he always is. I must say however that I was taken back and insulted by the insurer of the tires for my car that was purchased through the dealership. I happened to have two pot hole blowouts inside of 1 weeks time and the insurance company demanded an on-site inspection. It was my feeling that the insurer did not take my word or the word of Mahwah Cadillac and made it quite inconvenient for all.Mahwah Cadillac is just great.

My visit was for a GM recall. Both items were fixed and I was back on the road within one hour. My 2014 Cadillac CTS continues to exceed my expectations. The ride is smooth and passersby continue to stop and look at the car's lines and details.Mahwah Cadillac service department is efficient and professional. Adam greeted me with a smile. I was registered in the system and escorted to the waiting area. The waiting area is extremely comfortable. You have to remind yourself that you are not sitting in your own family room. Kudos to all who work at Mahwah Cadillac. Their product sells itself and their customer service is exemplary...continuing everyday after the sale date. There is another Cadillac dealership that is closer to me but I would not trade the convenience for the luxury.

I had leased my Cadillac from another dealership, but had nothing but problems since the day I took the car off the lot. I headed to Cadillac of Mahwah for a routine service call. I found the staff there to be most accommodating and professional. Adam walked me through everything that was going to be done, alerted me that they were going to also fix something that wasn't even at the time a recall, but as an act of good faith, they replaced a shifter cable for free. I was in and out in no time flat, and was genuinely surprised due to the heavy volume of clients there. The real show stopper for me though was Lori, who works in the showroom. She had noticed me looking a little out of sorts, and had asked me if anything was wrong. I had informed her that I seemed to have misplaced my cell phone, and was desperate to make some necessary calls for work, while I was at the dealership. Being a business owner, not having my phone is crippling. Lori was kind enough,m and alert enough to not only pick up on my distress from half way across the floor, but kind enough to loan me her phone so I could make the necessary calls, which in essence saved a large contract I was working on getting signed with a client. I cannot underscore how valuable it is to have employees like her, who go above and beyond the scope of their normal expected duties. I would hire someone with such devotion to the job like she has 100 times over. Bravo Cadillac of Mahwah, for having the insight to hire such dedicated employees!!!

We came to look at the Escalade to compare it to some of the other vehicles we were "really" interested in...such as the Mercedes GL, Range Rover Sport and GMC Denali. While looking at the SUV, we were approached by the friendly Ken Sidler who immediately started to answer any questions we had. Quite honestly, we had no intention of buying an Escalade...ever. But after taking a test drive and working with Ken, we fell in love with the SUV and decided to buy on the spot. Overall, good experience. Jorge was extremely nice. Although a bit too exuberant sometimes, he offered us an excellent deal on the car we were looking at. He showed us the invoice and explained all rebates. Our research showed there was no problems with the info he gave us. He also offered the best price on our trade in. We had a minor misunderstanding on the equipment on the car, which is why I rated the overall experience only a good.

Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership!! From the moment I walked in, Jorge Laureano made it his business to make my dream of having a gorgeous Cadillac come true! I'd recently looked at the XTS at another dealer in South Jersey, but hadn't signed a deal since I was also house shopping at the same time. When I thought my most recent house deal had fallen through, I decided that it was time to get my Cadillac. Jorge was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was funny & charming, too! After a quick test drive, I knew the XTS was the car for me, and I was anxious to get back to the dealership and sign a deal. BUT..........as soon as we got back to Jorge's office, I received an email from my real estate agent that I'd gotten the house after all! I was really excited, but disappointed that I knew I'd have to tell Jorge that our car deal was off - at least for the time being. When I shared the house news with Jorge, I expected him to be frustrated that he'd just spent time and effort in vain, but his reaction took me by complete surprise. Jorge congratulated me on the house deal and without ANY pressure at all, he asked me what level of down payment and monthly payment would be comfortable for me considering the house expense. Jorge confirmed that while a brand new XTS might be somewhat out of reach, he had an idea....and left the office briefly to confirm he could make the offer. He returned to let me know there was a XTS program car in stock - with all the luxury options and white diamond tri-coat finish that I'd wanted (with only 4K miles) - that he could deliver at my price! What?! Well, you'd think that buying a house and getting a car within the same hour would have been a stressful experience, but not at Cadillac of Mahwah. Instead of the normal sales pressure I'd felt in the past at car dealerships (including the Cadillac dealer in South Jersey), Jorge made me feel like I had a partner working with me to make my dream a reality. And that's exactly what he did! :)When I came to pick up my gorgeous XTS (I can't say that enough! lol), I had the extreme pleasure of having Sean Crimmins walk me through the necessary paperwork in the most painless way possible! Warm, funny and personable, Sean made me feel like we were old friends. Finally, Joe Cleary did a great job of walking me through my new car's fabulous features!I simply cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Cadillac of Mahwah. This is the anti-dealership. LOL These guys not only make you feel like your business is valued, but they make you feel like YOU are valued. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a Cadillac.

This dealer would be on top of my list next time I need a cadillac. Both leasing and buying was a pleasant and informative experience. To top it all, service dept was another pleasant surprise. In this chaotic society, dealer like this would be a nice discovery that would be an easy and smooth transaction each time, whether it be service, sale and leasing. I'm happy with all 3 cateroties. Personally think it is the best dealership in New Jersey! When I went to buy a new car I was greeted by the lovely Krista Agatielli. She was nice and showed us to a dealer right away. Our dealer was Georgina Dimaria. She was the nicest dealer I have ever dealt with. She showed us the perfect car for us and was very patient during our decision making. Since we were there for so long (because we couldn't make a decision) we also dealt with Jorge. This dealer was overall fun to be around. He was funny and made the experience 10 times better. Overall just an amazing experience! At the end they led me to make the perfect decision with a 2013 Cadillac SRX for a unbeatable price! I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone!-John R

My family and I have dealt with Gary for nearly a decade, and over the course of 5 Cadillacs he has been overly accommodating. On every occasion we have been greeted with a warm welcome, great service, and a kind smile. Our dealings with him have all been through the former dealership Martin Cadillac. His knowledge of the product and the industry make other sales people look foolish. Having searched the internet we found he was working at Cadillac of Mahwah, and decided to pay him a visit. I must say his current dealership is impeccable. Its clean, organized, and the gentlemen in the service center were all a dream to deal with... No run around, great communication, and no hidden or extra costs. As our current lease is nearly up we are looking forward to dealing with him again, and for a long time to come.

I visited Cadillac of Mahwah this past week. I have just inherited a sizable amount of money and admitted to the fine salesman that I would not be in a position to purchase a vehicle until my uncle's estate is fully distributed and the taxes paid, so I was just "window" shopping for now to see what CTS4 coupes offered and how they drove. I felt extremely comfortable with Gary and even though I won't be in a position to purchase a car for several months "down the road" (lol), I enjoyed my shoppting experience and would definitely return to Cadillac of Mahwah and ask that Gary Monnecka assist me with my purchase. I found Gary's patience, enthusiasm and knowledge very refreshing and would recommend to any of my friends that they consult with him to help them meet their car purchase/leasing needs.

My husband and I stopped at Cadillac of Mahwah over Labor Day weekend. That morning, we had kicked around the idea of purchasing a new car and hadn't come to a consensus as to what car we'd like. Since the dealership was on our way home, we paid them a visit. As we looked around the showroom, we saw a used CTS4 coupe and inquired about it withTony Fernandez (we had no idea at the time that Tony was the owner of the dealership). He was extremely courteous and, since my husband had a lot of technical questions, passed us onto a tech guy. After answering our questions, we were introduced to Jorge Laureano. What a great guy! He directed us to the service bay where they had just taken delivery of an off-lease CTS4 coupe. What a beautiful car! We went for a ride and Jorge explained the myriad of features. He was so easy-going and genuinely nice. I know those two adjectives aren't normally used to describe car salesmen, but it's true. We told him we had to think about it (we really had no intention of buying anything). There was no pressure...he didn't even ask for our phone number! So, to make a long story short, we were back in the dealership Labor Day morning and bought the car. We didn't even think to go and look at any of the other car models we were originally thinking about. Every person we came in contact with couldn't have been nicer: Tony, Jorge (obviously), Paul the Sales Manager, Christa at reception, and Sean Crimmins in financing. I could write another whole story about how great Sean was to do business with, but trust me, he was so friendly I didn't mind signing the bank note (well...almost). You can tell when people are happy and motivated at work...that starts from the top. Tony should be extremely proud of the staff he's assembled. We have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle.

I have had nothing but problems with my Cadillac since the day after I purchased it. Every time I was in there I dealt with Dennis who always seemed to be inconvenienced by doing his job. The 1st time I ever brought my car in for service they stole my change out of the ashtray which I use for tolls. Though it was only a few dollars no one should have taken it in the 1st place. When I said something to Dennis he told me it was vacuumed up when they cleaned the car & if I wanted it I should've taken it when I dropped the car off. Completely false no one should have touched it since it was mine. Then when bringing my car in for an oil change, I was told one price & charged a completely different & more expensive price. When I told Dennis what the receptionist had quoted me & she even verified that he simply walked away & still charged me the higher price. When I tried to speak with him about it he refused to listen & told me it didn't matter what she said. Most recently I brought my car in for a problem with the sun roof. I was told the problem was fixed however the next time I went to open the sun roof not only was it not fixed but now I couldn't even open it. I called up to make an appointment & wanted to know why it wasn't fixed. The receptionist told me I must've broken it again. Now they "fixed" it & my sunroof is no longer automatic. To top it all off my car has been in there since I bought it for problems with the radio. Each & every time they told me there was no problem. Now they're telling me there is a problem but I have no warranty so I would need to pay $1200. I told them I still have a warranty & which point they told me they are no longer willing to service my vehicle

Nice people to deal with, with an exception or two, but you are dealing with a car dealer..........Would recommend making a purchase from Georgi anytime! I have been doing business with Cadillac of Mahwah for the past 5 years. In 2007 I bought a CTS from Paul Ciriello and just traded it in to lease a 2012 CTS. Paul goes above and beyond anyone I have ever dealt with when buying or leasing a car. He works with you all the way through from finding the perfect car, test driving, financing, and delivery of vehichle. Anytime I have maintenance on my car I find the service top notch! Not only dealing with Paul has been a pleasure but also their service area, Dennis and Bill. They all have gone above and beyond any expectations I have ever had buying a car! Dealing with all of the crew in Mahwah has been a great overall experience! In fact, I sent my brother there and he also had a great experience and financed a SRX Crossover. I certainly have no problem giving them a FIVE STAR RATING!

I visited Cadillac of Mahwah in February 2012 undecided on Make or Model.It resulted in the purchase of a new Caddilac CTS Performance Model. I was so pleased that I returned 2 weeks later and purchased a base model CTS. Paul is very knowledgable and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. Cadillac of Mahwah provided cash incentives and aditionally fast, no hassel, low cost financing.The performance model was very well appointed however, the base model did not have blue tooth. Paul arranged for it to be installed professionally and economically and provided a new loaner while I waited for the work to be completed. When I noticed a minor paint imperfection Paul and the General manager, Tony took care of it immediately. The blemish is not the slighets bit noticable. Hope to work with them on all my future vehicle needs.

I have owned two Mercedes in the past and one of the great things about owning a Mercedes is the service that you receive from their dealerships. After reading reviews about the SRX, I decided to purchase my first Cadillac.I can honestly say that what I thought was being treated like royalty before in the past was redefined by the staff here at Cadillac of Mahwah. Its nice to finally see a great product matched with great people.

Near the end of our lease, so went to Mahwah to speak with a sales consultant about availability, pricing, and a test drive. Dealership was entirely vacant of customers other than us and one other couple. We were ignored for at least five minutes in favor of the other staff carrying on chatter at the reception desk. Finally, Gary walks over and sizes us up. We explain that we are interested in a CTS-V, trading from a Mercedes near the lease return, and want to get more information and a test drive. Despite an available CTS-V (2009) with dealer tags in the lot, we were told that none were available to drive, yet the couple next to us were offered a drive. Several more questions revealed that Gary couldn't be less interested in selling us a car, let alone arranging to any customer interaction. Soon after the other customers asked if the Mercedes in front of the showroom was theirs (it was ours), they said no and quickly walked away. We remained stuck with Gary. There are too many other Caddy retailers happy for business that I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from Cadillac of Mahwah. Definitely go elsewhere.

My Father-in-law and I have a small business together and have leased a Hummer H3 and Cadillace SRX through this dealership. You can tell it is second to none from the minute you walk in the door and see the smiling greeter. They even have a kids playroom and free hot chocolate!
