Bobby, my service advisor has done an exemplary job every time my wife and I have set our appointment with him. He goes out of his way to, not only taking care of you, but also to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the experience and services rendered. The only thing that I feel needs an upgrade, would be the service lobby area where the advisors are located. More chairs and possibly a selection of coffees and tea's. Other then that, if you have had bad experiences where you are getting your car serviced, you need to set an appointment with Bobby (Our Advisor) at Austin Infiniti. Jeff & Robin Marble Falls, TX

I have always had positive experiences with Austin Infiniti's service department. I can quickly make an appointment online, drop my car, get a loaner and be on my way. They provide prompt status updates by text and email, so I know when my car is ready. A big shout out to Dave Henricks and the team for always taking good care of me.

I bought a Infiniti QX60 from Austin Infiniti located at Burnet and was completely satisfied with Rachel who was the Sales person who was helping me in this purchase. One of the best experiences i have had with buying a auto. Rachel was excellent in answering all the questions and was great in listening and supportive in all the requests i had. The experience i had was simply awesome.

I knew going was gonna be tough due to my credit score but I had to call back dealership to know yes or no.. a call back would have been great.. commen courtesy would have been nice

Your are treated with the upmost respect from the time you pull up to the service bay, to the time you check out. Their number one priority is the customer. They have a sign in the waiting lounge that say" If we don't take care of our customers, someone else will".

I purchased a 2015 QX80 from John Garza at Austin Infiniti. The entire experience was terrific. I told them that I had strong preferences for how I'd like to manage the shopping, researching, test drive and eventual purchase experience and they accommodated me every step of the way. At no time did I feel like I was being asked to do something uncomfortable because that's the way they prefer to do it...they were happy to do it my way. John was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I found the same to be true of the finance/business managers, service/parts staff whom I met and the rest of the staff with whom I interacted throughout the process. This is my first Infiniti, so I had no prior experience with this dealership. I had heard good things about them and I can attest that they are true.

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Davis. He made sure my needs were taken care of with the car and me personally. This facility is top notch with customer service and amenities for their clients. I highly recommend working with Bobby and Austin Infinity.

This is the BEST dealership and service center! I travel a good distance just to use them. Wouldn't go anywhere else. No other Inviniti Dealership holds a candle to Austin.

Although we didn't purchase an Infiniti, we did purchase a vehicle that was taken in trade at the dealership. Tony Anthony treated us just as he would treat someone contemplating the purchase of an Infiniti. He was knowledgeable in the operation of the vehicle we did purchase, and made sure that we were familiar with many of its features. Kaylyn Passwater (Finance Manager) had all of the paperwork ready, and the sale went very smoothly. We appreciated Naj's (Customer Support) stopping by to corroborate that we did, indeed, have the lowest price that they could offer.

My car was due for an oil change, and the express service is the way to go. Fast, efficient, with professional staff and the most comfortable waiting area in Austin. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

By far the best customer service I've ever had at a dealership. Steve and the technician assigned to repair my car were awesome. I had been to two other repair shops that were closer to my home and all it did was cause me a great deal of hassle going back and forth because they were doing guess work or trying out after market parts that were incompatible. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the respect they gave to me during my visit. The parts were not available, but Steve set me up with a loner car which allowed me to return all the way back to Killeen and pick up my car the next day after work..I will definitely be back for my next service visit.

I discovered a problem with my gas gauge the day before my regular service appointment. They had to order parts and I got to keep the loaner car three days. No problem.

I brought my car in for an oil change this week. I had forgotten that it was time for my annual state inspection, but my service Tech (Nicholas Lefebvre) noticed it and my car was inspected at the dealership. Had he not noticed that, I would have had to take the car elsewhere on another day. It's that attention to detail that I love and the Austin dealership consistently provides. I also like the new "valet" team when you arrive at Service - it's a nice touch to be greeted when you arrive.

I owned an '03 G35 for 6.5 years (70k+ miles) and traded it for an "09 G37S in 2009. I have always had these cars serviced at Infiniti dealers. Due to my profession, I have dealt with Infiniti dealers in Atlanta, So. Florida, Las Vegas, Honolulu and now Austin. I consider my overall impression of my first visit to the Austin dealership as a very positive and professional first experience. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, the facilities and amenities were excellent. The availability of loaner cars is a huge benefit, though their facility is certainly nice enough to wait a few hours for service if necessary. In stark contrast, my wife has owned Mercedes for the last 10 years and their service experience is terrible in comparison. Having dealt with various MB dealers in the multiple states listed above, I feel my appraisal is accurate. (have not been to MB for service in Austin yet) Lastly, I strongly recommend Infiniti vehicles, they are excellent and fun to drive!!!

The service experience for Infiniti is consistent with other premium brands in other industries in the marketplace (e.g. - Waldorf Astoria). It is a differentiator and encourages me to consider Infiniti models for my next purchase.

What I am extremely happy about is that every time I get my car serviced, I don't have to pay a penny. When I took my previous car (not an Infinity) to get serviced, I always ended with a bill, a car rental that cost me money, and poor customer service. Now, I get greeted at the door with a smile, the same service person (Dave - excellent customer service skills), and a loner car.

I bought my new G35 almost 10 years ago from Austin Infiniti. The car has been reliable, fun and still looks great. The service has been spectacular. I've had some bad experiences with other Austin car dealers (VW and Acura) but Austin Infiniti has always been a pleasure to do business with.

Recently, I had the rare surprise of an errand taking hours less than I had expected, and I decided to take a wild shot. For the third time in 2 years, I walked into the Austin Infiniti showroom and asked for a salesman. My husband was into his 13th year of driving the last car I had considered dependable and classy enough for him to drive. I was introduced to Chris Corn, a fellow so courteous and personable, I assumed he was an Austin native. Chris asked a few questions, listened with genuine, friendly attention, then proceeded to give me the most intelligent, comfortable, customized presentation I have ever heard of. Granted, Infiniti has tremendous cudos due for engineering, design, and a brilliant fusion of cutting-edge technology and human esthetic gratification! But we would never know any of that if not for this young man fresh from Los Angeles. Im 59 years old and have bought our cars and helped many other people car shop over several decades. Chris blew me down. He is the best salesman I have ever seen. He knew that car down to the smallest detail and up to the big picture strategy of the new body style (time for cars to start being fun again!). He gave us a great deal on the price! Weve been loving the car inside and out for 2 months now, and I,m still shaking my head and smiling. Gas mileage is 20% better and I only paid a few thousand more for the stealthily fabulous 2013 M37 than we gave for the Q45 13 years ago. Found my car online, called the dealership and the process pretty much went smooth from there, had to wait a while to get a few documents signed but overall well worth the time and money, got a great car in the end.Thanks Guy! would recommend you to others!
