California motor trade definitely has great customer service, Dillon @ Downey location was very helpful throughout the process and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He definitely made my car buying experience as easy as possible by explaining everything in detail and breaking down the process from start to finish including the finances, in a way that I was able to understand. They truly have competitive prices that are unbeatable amongst other dealers, which is why I returned to make my second purchase within the last year. I definitely recommend everyone looking into their huge inventory across all of their locations as they’ve shown that they’ll do everything possible to ensure your happiness as a customer of theirs.

I absolutely love them! JAY went above and beyond! From providing excellent customer service, to making sure I got approved when I didn’t think I could, to staying on top of calling back and responding in a timely manner, to personally delivering my car to my home when its ready. Thank you California Motor Trade. Especially Claudio! Claudio was the best part of this car buying experience. I've bought many cars in my time and this one has been the best experience ever. They fixed a few issues that the car had before I took possession of it. I've driven it a few thousand miles already and it's a fantastic car. It was somewhat a good experience in the beginning but then the customer service was not good. They promised to take care of a few things and kept ignoring calls and messages. I’m glad we got he car we wanted but they did not give greater customer service as they promised. The least they could have done was told me that they could no longer help but instead they led me on as if they could help and when I had to drive to the place, then they finally told me they could no longer help.

This was the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. The staff was professional and they made me feel like they valued me as a customer when they sent an UBER to pick me up to come pick up my car. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
