I have been buying cars from Candor for ten years and have found them to be courteous any problems were handled promptly without any hassle keep in mind that you are buying a used car and there may be some problems if you want a new car then buy new

Best place to buy a used car in the Jersey Shore area. I love the friendly employees, and the family friendly environment. I would definitely go back to Candor Auto. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice used car or truck.

I bought an SUV a week ago from Candor. Check engine light came on 2 days later. They said could not drop it off Thursday. And they had no loaner,lol. They said bring it by Tuesday. Know one was there. Nobody called me, and I could not leave a message. They told me they had no power,but i was there at 10am. yet I drove buy and the sign in the windows was lite up and said closed, lol. Horrible customer service.I even left my business card in the door.no return call. I called today to get my title, they forgot me when i was on hold.They get your money and there done with you. What a joke. Never buy from them.

I have been buying all my vehicles for myself and my daughter there now since 1997. My Mother now buys her cars there and my sister & brother in law come in from Yonkers to purchase their SUV's for the past 7 years are we are all very happy. Just sent my girlfriend there for her daughters car and she loves it! Would highly recommend them as they have been in business for over 30 years..... I don't know why other people have had complaints as I have been there when someone was not happy and they take care of the issue.

i went into the dealership looking for a SUV for My son, I dealt with a salesman who was nice and polite The first day, he spoke about a car in the shop told me To come back the next day Which I did but no car and No salesman. To make a long story short I waited for a week To see the Jeep and when it got down to numbers the sales guy Said one set of numbers the owner said a different set And when I said something the owner got rude loud and told Me to buy elsewhere. DONT SHOP AT CANDOR

Horrible customer service once they get your money. Purchase an Altima nothing but problems. They actually had the car longer than us doing repairs not to mention the dry rotted ties that was not viable until it was on a lift . Stay away

They promised a broken part in writing and never delivered. I keep getting the run around a round. been two months and I still don't have it.
