First of all, I'd like to state that it was my best experience at a dealership so far.My sales associate was Marcin, who goes above and beyond your expectations. He puts customer service and care as a priority over profit. I spent around 6 hours at the dealership overall, and he made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. He provided complimentary beverages, and was very open to reasonable negotiations. He got me into a 2017 Mazda3 for much lower than any of the other dealers I went to, and was helpful every step of the way. The finance specialist Kevin, and the manager Tom were quick to correct any mistakes and were very open to negotiations as well.I highly recommend that everyone go to this dealership first when considering a Mazda.

I went down to the dealership to meet Diego and the rest of the staff of Capistrano Mazda, and was extremely impressed by their level of service.Diego addressed all of my needs from the perspective of a friend rather than just a car salesman. I went in thinking that this would be some kind of sell-job, but he really made me feel welcome and I'm very thankful that he took such a personal interest in my case.I was offered a few incentive programs, and we were able to work out a payment plan that fit perfectly within my budget, while still maintaining the quality of vehicle that I desired.Thanks Diego!

The service person, Fredy Campos was friendly and remembered who I was while I was there. Appointments were scheduled adequately so there weren't a lot of crabby people waiting around for their cars. The waiting area was fine for me and I enjoyed the coffee machine. They offered to take me home instead of waiting but since I'm at least 1/2 hour away I didn't take them up on it. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the locale, so not something they could change. Maybe a vending machine would have been nice, but there was popcorn available. I would have liked to walk to a plaza or restaurant but there is nothing near. Maybe could have had them drop me somewhere besides home. I was told the repair would take 2-2 1/2 hours and it was done promptly before 2 hours. Fredy also fixed a bothersome problem I'd had with my remote free of charge which was terrific. My car was washed and left tidy as if no work had been done.

We have had our second Mazda truck for 18 years and over 220,000 miles. Our experience with everyone at Mazda has always been professional and consistent. Freddy Campos and Hector Arvizu in the service department are great to work with and keep our vehicles in top shape. We just bought a CX9 and our sales person Diego Blakey was easy to work and excellent at helping us navigate all the new technologies. Chris in the finance department had everything prepared and ready to go once we made our decision. We are very happy Mazda customers and always recommend Mazda to our friends and family.

Working with Capo Mazda was a pleasure. I received an email with a personalized video from Marcin within a few hours of submitting an online inquiry for my vehicle of interest. Marcin responded to all of my inquires i.e. vehicle pricing, financing terms, color availability, etc. in a very expedient manner. My first visit to the dealership for a test drive was very smooth with no pressure for a sale. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle Marcin, Tom and Kevin made the process very quick and smooth. The purchase process was by far the quickest I have ever experienced at a dealership with the total time being a little over an hour versus the typical 2-2.5 hours that normally occurred in my past experience. Another bonus, Capo Mazda offers 1 year of complimentary service for all new car purchases! I would definitely recommend Capo Mazda to my friends and family.

Although I live in LA, I contacted Capo Mazda due their competitive pricing. When I emailed a question about the car, they responded with an answer AND a personal video to further explain their answer (on a Sunday afternoon, no less). A week later, I was able to go and test drive the vehicle. Marcin was super knowledgable about every aspect of the car, and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. After a few more emails with questions I had, I purchased yesterday and all the staff I encountered was great! I would recommend anyone to visit Capo Mazda anytime.

We new the exact car we wanted. Capistrano Mazda(Tom) took the information and found the car, keeping us informed as to when the located the car, when it would be here, etc. The communication was very good. When we picked up the car, it went very smoothly. Diego was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to help me "sync" my phone with the car right away. The car was clean and in perfect condition. We are very happy!

I had some unpleasant experience with other Mazda a couple of years ago, so I decided to take my Mazda 3 to Philips Mazda to give a try, the person who took me in is Fredy Campos, since then I have never go anywhere else for my car service, when they moved to Capistrano, I followed them there! Fredy is friendly, helpful and a very honest person, he has never pushed me to get any services that isn't needed. One or two times, my car had tiny issues, he checked it and fixed it without charge! Everyone I met in Capistrano Mazda was nice, friendly and professional, walking into their office, you feel like your are in your home! I am very satisfied with all their services and I have always recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

I'm very particular when it comes to customer service I receive while making a big purchase or decisions. My husband and I are expanding our family later this year and needed a new car to support our growing family. Getting ready to be new parents can be very stressful and we felt that purchasing a Mazda at Capistrano Mazda was one of the easiest decisions and purchase we've made since the beginning of our pregnancy. I can write a very long review telling you why I had such a great experience with Marcin but I'll limit myself to three main points: 1. InformationDuring the entire process, I didn't feel like Marcin was trying to "sell" me a car. It felt like he was a partner during the different stages of my inquiry, decision, evaluations and final purchase (in this case lease). He was able to give me information and details regarding each vehicle (Mazda 6 vs. CX-5). He gave me comparison of features in different trim levels (Sport vs. Touring vs. Grand Touring). I felt like I was very well informed during each stage of my decision making process with Marcin's help. Marcin was also able to provide me additional information regarding the vehicles that was not listed on the Mazda websites. 2. AvailabilityWe had call the dealership ahead of time to let them know we'll be coming on Saturday morning. When we got to the dealership, Marcin was ready to greet us. We also appreciated the General Sales Manager, Tom Deering, coming out to greet us as well. We felt like we had the full support of the dealership. After we completed our lease agreement and shook hands. Marcin told us to contact him (text or phone) if we have any questions - even if it's a question about how to use the technology on the car or what a certain dashboard light means. 3. Customer ServiceWe were at the dealership from around 10AM until around 3PM in the afternoon. It took longer because I had a lot of questions in which Marcin was very patient and answered them all. Since I'm pregnant, I really needed some food/water during the transaction. Marcin brought me water, popcorn and candy to munch on while I was reviewing the leasing/purchasing options with my husband. Marcin called us the next day to make sure everything went well with the new car after we left the dealership. Marcin have offered to help me put on the new license plates when my license plates arrive in the mail. I had a very good experience at Capistrano Mazda. I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking to purchase a car.

Our tire pressure light went off while driving from LA to San Diego, so we stopped by Capistrano Mazda on the way. They found the reason for the warning light (nail in the tire), patched it quickly, and even washed the car - all with great service and for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Had a great experience buying my new Mazda 3 hatchback yesterday. I love that the actual price was listed on the website so there were no surprises when it came down to signing paperwork. I worked with Whitney who was very knowledgeable about all the great features on my vehicle. She was also one of the nicest folks you will ever meet. The finance guy Joey was also very nice and super efficient. Everyone seemed super nice, we met the service manager Fredy who gave us his card and told us if any lights ever come on, on the dash that we could take a photo and email him for advice. What an awesome operation this dealership is. So glad I decided to believe what people are saying and make the 40 mile drive from Long Beach! Thank you Cap Mazda team!

This was my first car in 12 years...my parents had bought the last one. Needless to say, I had never really worked with a dealer. I had been looking at a new car for awhile, and had visited several dealers, and was alternating between nervous (dealers that came on incredibly strong), frustrated (dealers that won't deal), and irritated (dealers that didn't know a thing except that they need to move "x" widgets by "xx/xx/xx date").Everyone at Capistrano Mazda was fantastic to deal with. Katrina Brown was my salesperson, and she was easily the most easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating salesperson I had dealt with. She was quick to respond to e-mails and very transparent with her quotes, proving that she was able to work with data from other dealers. Not once did she outrightly dismiss a quote from another dealer or an offer from me. Every idea was entertaining, and every counteroffer was neatly broken down.I did have a trade in...a rather old trade in. Now, while the trade in still looked great, ran great, and had lots of options, it was still old and had lots of miles. Katrina did not give me any runaround about how much Capistrano Mazda could offer: She was very clear that the maximum was between $100 to $200, and she apologized a lot for any offense caused. I thought this was really kind, not because I was offended (I realized it was worth more in memories than it was on the market!), but because she wanted to keep my business without scaring me off. I also appreciate that Capistrano Mazda isn't trying to roll the cost of trade ins into their new vehicle sales. Other dealers offered as much as $1000 with higher MSRPs on new cars. However, Katrina proved that she was interested in the most advantageous deal for me by suggesting CarMax (why hadn't I thought of that?). I drove there, got an offer for $2000, and I was now even closer to a new car.With a few more quotes, and some e-mails from Moe Afzal, I was able to get a fantastic offer on an MX-5 Club with the Brembo/BBS package that was very, very good. Honestly, what clinched the deal, what made me decide that I wanted to visit Capistrano Mazda and Katrina, was the YouTube video she posted the next morning. A beautiful jet black MX-5 with the options I wanted as on the lot, and in the morning, I got a fantastic walk around with the car addressed to me. Even though making and posting a YouTube video isn't necessarily hard, it was definitely an interesting way to personalize the experience for me and far beyond what any other dealer had done. I appreciated it, and I was ready to go.Throughout the entire process at the dealership, I was given space to discuss things with my partner, very clear breakdowns of the offer, and a friendly staff. I can't stress enough how important was to not have to be in the ridiculous "Let me go speak to my manager" back and forth and all of the silliness that entails. It was just such a positive, clear experience. I honestly felt that Katrina was my representative to the sales manager, and she was doing what she could do get me the best offer for me. Clearly, Capistrano Mazda was getting *something* out of the deal, but I really never felt like they were trying to extract whatever that was from me. They wanted to move a car for a competitive price.I need to add here that Katrina was easily the most knowledgeable salesperson about the Mazda MX-5, and I think about Mazda's entire lineup in general. Too many times at these dealers, you get salespeople that are really just interested in their numbers and couldn't care any less whether they were selling sports cars or tractors. Katrina knew specifications, the difference between trim levels, where all of the storage locations were scattered throughout the car, the different color options, the design history...she really knew about it! Whether this comes from a genuine interest in the car or a genuine interest in the job, I don't know...but the information was there. There were dealers that had no idea about horsepower, why the car was designed the way it was...and yet still tried to sell me the car! Katrina not only knew, but was able to have a good discussion about the merits of the vehicle. I honestly didn't need anyone to "sell" it to me, but Katrina was a fantastic partner to talk about the car with. Her knowledge made it feel like I was talking to someone who cared, rather than someone who could be selling Fords or Mazdas, used Saturns or Ferraris. I finally agreed to a fantastic deal, really, and everything moved quickly from there. The Finance Department (Paul Clark) was super fast, especially since I had my own financing. Nothing was pushed, no one tried to up-sell on a high interest rate loan or warranties. Of course, the warranty was offered (they wouldn't be doing their job if it hadn't been offered), but once it was turned down, it was all paperwork from there.Also, what was really cool, is that Katrina, Moe, and the manager seemed just as excited as I was. Katrina took a selfie of all of us for herself, Moe seemed to be smiling (I know, I know, they just sold a car, but I can't imagine this was totally new, so I think they were seriously glad), and even the owner stopped by! Of course, I was a little distracted at that point, so I didn't really talk to him as much as I should have. Then it was time to go!If you're looking for a new Mazda in Southern California, I think this is the place to go, and I hope that Katrina Brown is your salesperson! I couldn't recommend this place enough for taking a stressful experience and turning it into once where I felt like a winner. Thank you Capistrano Mazda, and thank you Katrina!

After so many car dealerships that I have been to, I can definitely say that Capistrano Mazda Dealership really has the "un-dealer" type of relatioship mission with their customers and that is a great thing because of their smileage pricing program (they never charge more than the car's Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price)!!! I have been in contact with Marcin a few weeks before I came in because I really like to know more about the car that I wanted to purchase and do my research. He gave me a lot more information that I needed (he even sent me a custom video with the car!) and you can feel that he has that burning passion to help other people! When I finally came in, Diego greeted me right away, helped me test drive the car and answered more questions that I had. While working with the price of the vehicle, Moe and Diego helped me even lower down the price of the new car through the loyalty discount program and also for being in the United States Navy! I am very thankful for them because I was able to buy the car that I wanted without having to worry about paying more than I should. I would like to thank Joe(also a Manny Pacquiao fan) for his patience for helping me fill out all those financing paperwork! After making the purchase, Marcin walked me through the different features of the car and spent another hour or two giving me more information (i.e, Free satellite radio activation, Bluetooth, Navigation, etc.) and he didn't have to do that! By the way, the car that I purchased was the none other than 2016 Mazda Miata MX-5 4th generation! Very fun car to drive! Go to this dealership now!

Previously to coming in I researched my car (2016 Mazda Mx5) using True car and by contacting the many Mazda dealers in the area. Capo Mazda gave me my best deal. After owning my car for 8 years I decided it was time for a new one. I had browsed other dealerships but definitely made the best decision choosing Capistrano Mazda! After receiving a few offers that were exactly what I wanted I decided to call Capistrano Mazda and see what they could offer. I was in touch with AJ and he took down what I would like and how much my other offers were. Within an hour I had a call back with an offer less than the lowest one I had received. Over the next hour I got a personalized video from AJ showing features of the car. His personality made the relationship with Capistrano Mazda even stronger. I headed to the dealership after work not expecting that what he told me on the phone to be exactly what I got! I figured the must be something hidden but from the quote on the phone to when I signed paperwork everything was transparent. I am so impressed with the honesty and transparency of this dealership. AJ had the car cleaned and gassed up extremely quickly and showed me how to use many of the new features. Moe, the manager, explained all parts of the contract and is extremely sincere. When it got to financing with Paul I anticipated a good hour of signing. I met with him for 10 minutes and the car was mine! This entire experience was wonderful and would recommend this dealership to all. If nothing more the fact that the price matched exactly to what was quoted on the phone I'm a loyal customer :):) the service adds to the experience

I took my Mazda in for service and asked if I could look at some new models. Whitney helped me and was so knowledgeable. She knew and explained all the new features, differences between models and even financing options and she was very personable too. It wasn't a high pressure atmosphere at all. He couldn't be more friendly and less pushy, exactly the opposite of your typical car salesman. After exploring other makes and models I decided on a CX-5 and contacted multiple dealers in the area, After giving a competitive offer, I made my choice to work with Capo Mazda. There was a terrible smell coming from my wife's Mazda CX-7 when I called the Capistrano Mazda main phone number. They transferred me to Fredy, and he told me that he probably knew what it was, so I had my wife take her car down to the dealership the same day. It is clear that the upper management hires quality people; my wife said that Fredy was friendly and professional and HE DID KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON. A little mouse had crawled into the engine and was crushed . . . poor little guy. Our problem was resolved in less than 20 minutes at a more-than-fair-price. Amazing. My wife and I were looking at mid-sized suvs/crossovers. We were undecided but had narrowed our search down to Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, and Mazda. The car buying experience can be annoying and stressful, as we all know. We had questions about these vehicles but did not want to be pushed or hounded while we were looking around the lot. Some sales people seemed like they were reading off scripts. They didn't ask us questions, didn't listen to what WE were asking, others acted as though we were interrupting them. This is commission sales, we get it. We are in sales also.Then we went to Capistrano Mazda and met Marcin. Warm, honest, engaging, asked what was important to US !! Imagine that, he cared about what WE wanted ! We were looking at the CX5. He showed us the differences between trim levels and when we told him that we just became grandparents, he went straight into the safety features of the vehicle....again, he listened. When we wanted to get some ideas of lease costs versus purchasing, he and his sales manager, Tom, couldn't be more accommodating or helpful. We explained to Marcin that we still wanted to see Hyundai and Kia. No problem. He said "If you have any questions please feel free to call" NO pressure ! That night we went home and made our decision. The next day we called Marcin and explained what vehicle we wanted, the color and interior, and where we wanted to be monthly. Again, NO problem. He called back within minutes telling us exactly what we need to put down. And again, a BIG thank you to his sales manager for accommodating us by giving us the numbers. Other dealers won't give you ANY information if your not ready to sign on the dotted line. We went to the dealership that night, Marcin and his manager Moe, found us the vehicle that we wanted and we DID sign on the dotted line ! Joey, the finance manager, met us with the paperwork and everything went very smoothly. 2 days later when we went to pick up the car, we found out that the dealer that they were going to get the car from sold it that day. Marcin and Moe scrambled to get us another vehicle and had I'm there waiting for us. Kevin, the other finance manager, had the new paperwork all ready for us and again, everything went smooth as silk. And THIS vehicle had 50 less miles on it !! We are VERY satisfied customers and could not recommend this team of professionals any more highly. A WONDERFUL car buying experience !

I worked with Katrina Brown on a lease of a CX-5. She is the best. I contacted Katrina by email and let her know what I needed and what other dealers were offering. She took a quote from another dealer that I was close to accepting and beat it with no questions asked. I couldnt make it down the dealership for a few days because of work and obligations at home but Katrina kept in contact and was super quick and happy to answer any questions that I had. I was able to email Katrina a lot of the paperwork that needed to be done to make the whole process as efficient as possible.When I finally made it to the dealership my CX-5 was waiting out front, fully detailed and ready to go. I signed a few more documents and then went to the finance department which was a painless experience as well. Katrina then went over all the features of the CX-5 with me, gave me a voucher for 1 year of free maintenance, and I drove off a happy customer. I went into Capistrano Mazda to purchase a car for my daughter. She is 18 and will be making the payments herself. We told them how much we had to put down and what we wanted her payments to be. Moe Afzal the Sales Manager and AJ, (our salesmen) were fantastic. We bought the Mazda 3 and we love it!! I actually like it better then my VW sport wagon. It drives so smooth and gets 41 miles to the gallon. I highly recommend AJ, he was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I've bought several new cars before and have never had the wonderful experience we had at Capistrano Mazda. After walking out of a different Mazda dealership last summer because of their attitude and having a terrible experience at a Toyota dealership a couple of days later when I leased a car for my wife, I was not looking forward to walking onto another car dealership lot. Especially being in sales myself for 14 of the last 15 years, the last thing I wanted to do was talk to a salesman.I met AJ Jamshidi on Saturday when I stopped by with my daughter. We was kind, nice, and not pushy at all. Great change of pace. My main criteria was getting a smaller car (I drive a Chevy Tahoe) but a car that I could still fit my 3 surfboards in. I didn't have my surfboards on me when I visited AJ the first time so I was grateful when I opened my email that night. Being in sales myself, I appreciated that he knew my need, addressed my need, and solved my need. His email contained a video of him with the cars that I previewed that day as well as recapping our conversation, but the best part of the video was him lying down in the back of the hatchback with one of the back seats down showing me that he's almost six feet tall and he fits so my surfboards would definitely fit. Literally, one of the funniest things I've ever seen but extremely effective. Great sales skills right there addressing the customer's (me) needs.I'm guessing that certain dealerships encourage their sales people to send these videos, but regardless, the creativity that he showed, his knowledge of the cars that I was looking at, and his overall attitude were the reasons I went back to buy from him. I've showed his video to many other salespeople at my work and they loved it.At the time to negotiate and close the deal, I dealt with Moe. Very professional, didn't feel pressured at all and we walked out with what we thought was a fair deal. Believe both sides won on this transaction.Only complaint is that we got there late on a Sunday and there was only one person doing the financial paperwork so it took a long time to finally sign paperwork after we negotiated our deal. Apparently, there were two other deals happening at the same time and only one person handling paperwork which was frustrating.This dealership will have my business for life after this pleasant experience and I will look for AJ first, I recommend you do the same.

I bought a Mazda 6 last month and I just want to let everyone know what exceptional service I received from the salesperson, Katrina, and the rest of the staff at Capistrano Mazda!!! Katrina was very patient with me. She took a great deal of time explaining answers to my questions and addressing my every concern. I am a person who asks very many questions because I want to ensure that I am getting the best product and customer service for what I pay. The saying holds true that you get what you pay for. Sometimes consumers even pay more for unsatisfactory service at other establishments that they have to pay an annual membership fee for and their management is not as caring, helpful, or even concerned about their consumers' wants and/or needs. Katrina went back and forth several times with her manager, Moe, who is also excellent, to work within my budget. She truly cares about her customers and wants to meet their needs. Three years ago, I bought a vehicle from Carmax. Carmax was over-priced and there was not even the slightest comparison in sales or service to Capistrano Mazda. It was like night and day. At Carmax, I had several issues with the proof of insurance, even though the sales person would not let me drive off the lot without speaking to my insurance company to verify that my newly purchased vehicle was added. I am not so electronically savvy. Katrina took quite a lengthy amount of time demonstrating all the electronic features of my new Mazda. I love it, especially the blue tooth texting feature! Katrina is extremely detailed, thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about all the Mazda products. Katrina's customer service, attention to detail, and follow up skills are unparalleled. She explained the navigation, and add-ons, such as the ecobond thoroughly and in terms that I could understand. She exemplifies the true meaning of customer service which we do not see too often these days,unfortunately. Paul who went over the financing terms of my agreement with Mazda also offered me thorough and detailed information. He answered all my numerous questions in a patient and friendly manner. I recently also used the Mazda service center to get my echobond put on the car and their service staff was also excellent, which was no surprise! Julie at the service counter greeted me with a smile. She was pleasant, patient, and speedy to get me checked in and into a loaner vehicle. The Service Manager, Freddy, stands by his title "Service" Manager. Just like the rest of the staff, he was also, pleasant, patient, speedy, and thorough. I have not ever had this type of legendary service in any dealership or business establishment, for that matter, that has truly made my experience memorable. This definitely was Service with a Smile! Thank you!

I helped my mom and aunt purchase 2 CX-5's from Diego Blakely. I've purchased well over 20 cars in the past 10 years and I've never worked with a dealership this great! Unbelievable experience! I picked up my 2016 Grand Touring from Capistrano Mazda yesterday and this car deserves to be in the Luxury category as well as Best Buy/Best Value/Best Looks. This blew away the Camry and Accord. Took my Miata in for its 75K miles tuneup and was completely satisfied with all their services, from the early morning check in, courtesy shuttle, follow up call with inspection recommendation to the pick up shuttle. Emailed the Dealer and spoke with Miles the owner. Told Miles my wife wanted a Soul Red Mazda 6 Grand Touring edition with Parchment interior. Mile turned me over to Thomas the GM and he ordered the car. It took a few weeks to get from the port, but is was worth the wait.When we went to pick up the car it was ready (detailed) and sitting under a covered parking area. Miles and Thomas came out to see us while Katrina was giving my wife an overview of how to use all the special features. I purchased a 2008 Toyota 4Runner from Capistrano Mazda. I was told that my trade (2012 Camry) was worth less than the KBB trade-in value because parts of it had been repainted which I doubt. I was also told that they would check to see if there was an additional key besides the valet key that we used to test drive the 4Runner. After the sale was complete I was told there was no other key which I think they probably knew from the start. The keys with the remote are very expensive ($300) and had I known that I would have to buy one I would have asked for a discount on the purchase price of the car. Who sells a car with only a valet key? On my way home I noticed there was a strange noise inside the dash which could be heard every couple of minutes. I also noticed half of the lights in the instrument panel were burned out and needed to be replaced. Finally when I get the car home I noticed the front driver side quarter panel had been repainted which I found ironic because of what they said about my Camry being repainted. I wanted to like this dealer but after giving them a try and the benefit of the doubt I feel like they are more interested in their bottom line than customer satisfaction.

I visited 8 dealerships in Orange County, because I didn't know what kind of car I wanted. Most of those places were fairly disappointing. The sales people didn't know their cars well, they were high- pressure, and they utilized unprofessional sales techniques.Then, I visited Capistrano Mazda. What a difference! I worked with Marcin Paluch. He knows every single detail about the cars he sells. Even though I had test driven the Mazda 3 twice before, I learned so much from Marcin! Several of the features he took the time to tell me about, really made my decision to buy the Mazda 3. He's very professional, personable, and ZERO pressure. He gave me a very fair price on the new car and excellent trade in for my old car. It was a great experience buying the car from Marcin. When I picked the new car up, he went over all the technology, so I would feel comfortable with everything. Marcin treats people as valued customers, which is so rare these days. They were super busy the day I picked my car up and Marcin was literally running trying to help everyone quickly. I also worked with Tom Deering, GM. He's zero pressure, highly friendly as well. With sales people that are this customer-focused, I'm looking forward to the same with the service dept. They even offer free car washes on Wednesday if you wear purple. How fun is that? It's ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER here. Love it!There are a lot of dealerships that could learn from the way Capistrano Mazda is run. I just can't say enough about my great experience with Marcin and Tom. Save yourself all the running around I did and just go to Capistrano Mazda.

I was on a road trip from San Diego to Northern California and my car started over heating! I pulled off the freeway and on my left was Capistrano Mazda, I drive a Nissan Pathfinder but thought I would try to go in and ask if the service department could help me. They were fantastic! Fredy told me to pull my car up and he would take a look. He took my car right back and asked me and my kids to wait while they checked it out. We sat in the waiting area watching tv and eating free popcorn and Fredy updated me with what was going on with my car and assured me that he wanted to make sure my car was safe. Everyone working there seemed was friendly and helpful. They fixed my car and really treated me well. I was able to continue on with our road trip feeling confident that my car was safe.

I have a 2014 Mazda 3 that I took into Capistrano Mazda for my 50,000 mile service. They did everything I asked them to do servicing my car in a very timely manner. Every time I get my service done, I go an look at the new cars. The sales staff was very friendly and made sure I had all of the information about the new mazdas i.e. the MX5! I chatted online and within a few hours, Tom called me back directly and worked out the deal with me. I drove up today, and wrapped it all up! We were in and out within 2 hours. My car broke down on a Saturday, had to get it towed to the nearest Mazda Dealership. They were closed and couldn't look until Monday but Freddy came up to my car as we were waiting to get picked up and said hold on, let me try something. He brought my car into the back, came back a few minutes later and said that he could have my car up and running in 15 minutes. He kept to his word! I was expecting to have my car days later, but instead got it fixed and running within 30 minutes of arriving and free of charge- on a Saturday! Very friendly place, willing to help you in any way possible.

I have been a regular customer for about two years, since I bought my Mazda speed3. I have had good experiences when dealing with Jayson The owner who works also in service department. I had a previous run in with a female service manager who does not work there anymore. Now I have had a problem with the service manager Freddie, He was to call me back for an estimate for an engine mount replacement. I came in at 8:30 a.m. he said he would call me back later. I needed to pick up a part in the afternoon so I stopped in to ask him about my estimate as it was now 2:30pm and I did not hear from him. He said again I will have to get back to you. I looked around there are no other customers waiting in service area to be helped. He got rude with me and then I told him I think 6 hrs. was a long time for a simple estimate, I asked him if i needed to make an appointment to get an answer.I told him I wanted to talk to a manager he said go a head. I walked out and said never mind , I will find someone else to work on my car. He has always been kind of flip when ever I went in for an oil change, In the past I have ignored it, but at this point, I have had it with the attitude. I work with the public as I have my own business for the past 20 years, this is not reasonable customer service.
