Justin was very helpful throughout the whole process and made everything easy. Wasn't pushy and ensured I got the car that I was wanting. Even when I picked the car up he walked it over with me and found a couple spots where it was missed when detailed. He didn't hesitate to get it resolved. I 100% recommend Justin for anyone that is looking for a vehicle

I had a wonderful experience at Capital Honda. The dealers are all nice, especially Justin. He worked so hard to us find a car that was just right. We couldn't buy that car, for financial reasons, but next time I will DIRECTLY go to him. He is so kind and understanding. I REALLY recommend going to Justin.

I went in there with a small knock on my 8 year old pilot. They estimated $1000 with a quick review. They did that and there was still a small tick - they said probably another $1000 to take the engine apart. I said ok. They found out it was the camshaft - so probably an extra $1000 to replace that.. do you see where I am going... then I got another call. When they replaced the camshaft they found out the rollers also needed to be replaced. They said they would cover the cost for the rollers - and for that I gave them five stars. They went above and beyond what was expected - they saw the cost rising on my old Pilot - and they said thank you for the business. And I appreciate that -even if its an extra $50 or $500. I don't care. I appreciate the gesture. Thank you Capital Honda. I will be back.

Nicole Lutz at Capital Honda is wonderful! She helped us decide which car would work best for our family that includes a toddler with a huge car seat. The entire process was easy, simple and quick. Nicole's very accommodating and listens to your wants and needs. Jake and the service team are the BEST! They will help you efficiently address any mechanical issues. I highly recommend Nicole, Jake, and the staff at Capital Honda!

After rotten luck with my past three vehicles, I decided I wanted to invest in reliability. I have been shopping for a Honda Odyssey for months.
