Mike Ludes is a trusted and outstanding salesman. He is fantastic listener and took care of my wife Carmen and I in buying our new car. It was so smooth and easy and he kept me informed on until my delivery date. Exceeded my expectations at Capital Porsche. The service department is equally outstanding with Cameron Clifton taking care of my Porsche Carrera S and Cayenne Diesel. I would never buy anywhere else but Capital Porsche.

I spotted the car that I was looking for online(Capital Porsche) BUT the hitch was that I live in NC. To make matters more complicated than the distance, I also had a trade in! I called and was directed to Michael Felton. I explained my concerns over a long distance purchase/trade but Michael immediately put me at ease. He explained that this was not uncommon and that all I needed to do was send pictures of my car, the VIN#, and a photo of the mileage and he would take it from there. True to his word he quickly sent me a trade in quote along with a detailed "out the door" net purchase price for the 15' turbo s. One additional call was all that was needed to seal the deal. That same weekend I made the 10 hour drive to Tallahassee and picked up my new car. Michael Felton, Michael Ludes and the rest of the staff could not have been any nicer!!! They went over the numerous features of the car in great detail and I left feeling like I was a kid on Christmas morning.I would highly recommend Capital Porsche!

Cameron Clifton and Capitol Porsche were fantastic in their help while we were on a trip 800 miles from home and my Porsche dealer. My check engine light came on on my 2014 Cayenne Diesel. A call to Capitol for an appointment resulted in one within 2 days of the call. Cameron greeted us and handled the appointment from check in through our leaving. He kept us informed as to the status of evaluation as well as the solution which was to order some parts. We will return next week to have them installed. Having engine/computer trouble away from home is upsetting to say the least. Cameron and Capitol's rapid and courteous handling of this event placed us in a much more relaxed state of mind. Thank you for your help.

This will be the third Porsche I have purchased from Capital Porsche. Absolutely can not wait to get the car! Mike Ludes continues to impress with his knowledge of Porsche cars and his willingness to help customers (specifically me) select the right car and the right options on that car. This is the first review I've ever written. Michael Ludes so exceeded my expectations I'm delighted to share it. Absolutely work with him no matter where you are in the country.I was shopping for a new Cayenne with a local dealer in the Seattle / Bellevue area. They were slow to assist and respond, and they didn't have exactly the configuration I wanted, but they did have a car I might have bought. Then I found exactly what I wanted 3000 miles away at Capital Porsche.Mike responded immediately. He confirmed all the car specifications, sending me the Porsche build order, and uploading pictures of everything I wanted to see to a personal Shutterfly account. He made me a great deal and arranged for enclosed transport all the way to Seattle. Naturally I was nervous about a this remote big ticket purchase. Mike did everything I asked. He kept me constantly informed. He was super responsive. He even sent me the insurance information for the driver of the transport.Michael Ludes and Capital Porsche significantly exceeded my expectations. Don't hesitate. Mike Ludes did a great job helping me navigate the purchase of my Macan. He knew all about the different vehicle options and simplified choosing the options that I needed. I recently purchased my 911 Porsche Carrera, I think I self-inflicted a problem with my convertible top, I googled to find the closest dealership with complete service department for Porsche, Capitol EuroCar came up, I scheduled online and followed up with Mr. Cameron Clifton. Cameron Clifton has also been my Service Advisor since I bought my Porsche. Cameron's attitude, knowledge and "people skills" are outstanding. I purchased a mustang from Eurocars I found on the internet. I have acquired a number of cars over the years online with good experiences until I got this mustang from Tommy the sales manager at Eurocars. It will definitely be the last time I trust the words out of a car salesman or in this case sales manager's mouth. The ad said new tires were on the car but there was a 2 week delay shipping the car to me after I paid for it because they said they had to get some tires and when I got it they were still not new. I called Tommy, texted him tire photos and he did nothing. When I finally got the car the gas gauge said 1/2 mile until empty. There was dirt and leaves on the carpet, an old sandwich wrapper and an old pair of flip flops. I washed the car and found shredded tire bits in the rear fender well from peeling out the old tires recently. Tommy said he would send me a gas card that never appeared. I feel like they xxxx on me and hope this review will help someone avoid this dealership"s crap !

Never, in all my years of car buying, have I had this great of an experience! I found the car with all the features I wanted and then some on their website, called the dealership and spoke to Michael Felton, explained the car I wanted, we negotiated over the phone which was painless (yes!! Painless and I am a pretty tenacious buyer). And, what I thought was the best reason to drive 4 hours to buy this car was the fact that it was a lot less $$ then a similar car with less features in my home town, became a secondary reason. The true reason behind going to this dealership was the amazing teamwork!!! Michael Felton is awesome!!! Who then introduced us to Michael Ludes who was truly an expert in knowing his product, spent as much time as we wanted and needed going over every inch of our new vehicle! I know move about my new vehicle then the previous vehicle I drove for 7 years! Who introduced us to Cameron, the service advisor, who explained the recommended service schedule for our vehicle and answered questions we had as they came up. Michael L then introduced us to Kevin and he went through all the paperwork with us, and guess what??? The price negotiated over the phone was EXACTLY the same as what was on the paperwork, no hidden fees, no bait and switch!! We drove 4 hours home in our beautiful new Porsche Cayenne, relaxed, happy, stress free and able to truly enjoy our journey because of the time and commitment from the Capital team!!

We stopped late Saturday afternoon after discovering we were missing two lug bolts. The parts department was closed for the day. Michael Ludes miraculously had a set of Volkswagon lug bolts in his desk drawer. He was kind enough to give us two bolts, loan us a lug wrench from a new VW, and help retorque the rest of our lug bolts. His act of kindness kept our vacation moving along safely. Can't thank you enough!!

After a very bad experience elsewhere i reached out to Mike and he really turned my wife and I's car buying experience around. Tallahassee is a 4 hour drive for me, however I cannot imagine working with another sales assistant again. Mike has integrity, is trustworthy and in general a good guy to work with. I highly recommend Michael Ludes and will personally choose to visit him when the time comes again in the future.

I have owned over 25 cars in my lifetime, including 4 LS430's out of the last five, and this is the first time that I have left a dealership feeling that I knew how to operate the vehicle. Michael Ludes took the time to show me the "ins and outs" of the Cayenne. He had the Service supervisor give me a briefing on how to maintain the Cayenne, how to care for it, the service interval, etc. I thought my Lexus guys were good, but Capital Porsche has "outdone" them.I am looking forward to a longtime relationship here.

Michael Ludes made it easy for me to get into my new Porsche. Though I'm originally from Florida my military service brought me to South Carolina. Regardless Michael and his team took care of me as if they were my hometown dealer. Michael introduced me to Cameron who was clearly an expert himself and talked me through any concerns I might have about owning or taking care of the car. They both answered all the questions I had, and even those I didn't know to ask.

Working with Mike Ludes at Capital Porsche was a great experience. My initial dealings with Porsche dealers had not been great. Mike was a cut above the rest. He was easy to deal with, very accommodating to how I wanted the car configured and provided a fair deal without a lot of pressure. I flew from Maryland to Tallahassee to pickup this car. Mike picked me from the Airport in a new Panamera. He used the time help me understand the Porsche brand and vehicle functions that were common to both cars. Once at the dealership the buying process was smooth, simple and hassle free. After a tour of the car and features I was on the road in the car of my dreams.

I have worked with Michael Ludes on two Porsche Boxster purchases in recent years. I find him to be extremely knowledgable about the product and a personable, curtious and genuine salesman. He makes an experience that can be unpleasant and difficult (purchasing a car) relaxed and enjoyable. His interest in providing excellent service is evident, especially in the small details he demonstrates commitment to. With him, even when the deal is done and the check is written, he will lay down on the pavement to nurse a small scratch with touch up paint, then send you home with a photo of your purchase. Michael Ludes knows his product and his business and I appreciate his commitment to my satisfaction.

When I went SUV shopping, I wasn't sure what I was looking for and a little overwhelmed. Michael Ludes was very knowledgeable and organized and in a no pressure way, answered all of my questions and gave me a simple sheet listing Porsche options. He was not intimidated by my looking at other vehicles, but in a non pushy way, was secure and confident in his product. He has always treated me professionally and went out of his way searching for the perfect vehicle for me in the time frame that I needed, including delivering it to me in Thomasville when my schedule ran over. Michael has gone above and beyond. I am happy and would whole heartedly refer him to anyone wanting to buy any vehicle!

Bought my first Porsche from Mandy. She made what can often be uncomfortable, ie the haggling over price, simple. We communicated by phone and email, and she was always quick to respond. She was knowledgeable about the auto as well. When I came in for a test drive, there was no pressure or attempts at upselling. All in all, this was my most hassle free auto purchase. They even delivered the care to my doorstep.
