Our experience at Capitol Chevrolet Cadillac was first-rate. From our helpful & outgoing salesman, Casey...to Bill at the sales desk...to Frank in financing, the entire process of purchasing our new 2020 Traverse was a breeze. We purchase a used Chevy Equinox with the help of Marcos (salesman) and Jerry (finance manager) These two made the process relatively painless and worked to make us happy and got us a great deal. Our car had not been at the dealership long and had not been serviced. They are extremely busy right now and we were told it would be about three weeks before our car would be ready. The individuals at the service department got our car done in a little over a week. Thanks Capital Chevrolet, Marcos, Jerry , and The Service Department

So happy with my Suburban. Everything from my initial call, welcome greeting at the door and my amazing sales experience was handled with professionalism and courtesy. Adrian, our salesman was AMAZING!! Do you remember when you bought your first car from your buddies older brother?! He was nice and friendly and you came away feeling like you got the deal of a lifetime! That’s how me and my wife felt pulling out of the parking lot in our new car. Andrea was awesome!! She took me on test drives and helped me look for a car that suited me. After she explained my situation on buying a car and walked me through the process, my sister and I were able to walk out with 2 used low mileage cars for a good price. Frannie in financing was also very helpful, straightforward, and very patient in explaining the process. Both of them did a great job. I would definitely recommend Andrea. This is my first time working with Capital Chevrolet and will definitely come back for future maintenance and probably another car.
