We have looked at several different dealerships, online and personal sales looking for a car for our daughter. Our experience with salesman was quite frustrating until we came to Capital and met Coach! He made our purchase a wonderful experience! He was helpful and pleasant. I worked with Tim Simon on a new Ram 1500, told him that I didn’t want to do the traditional “back and forth” you typically have when purchasing a vehicle. Tim said he wouldn’t put us through that and stuck to his word. We were able to get a deal done at a fair price with no hassle. Financing with Grant Stephens was also a breeze, gave us a great price on Warranty + Gap that I was extremely pleased with. When we pulled on the lot we were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. Kim Chick worked with us to get us the deal we wanted in a fun, professional and courteous manner. We bought our first Jeep and could not be happier with the vehicle and the manner in which we were treated by Kim and the rest of the staff. Will be back again for our next vehicle!
