While shopping for a new truck, looking at all the different dealerships on the Internet it was very easy to view the inventory and prices with Capital City Ford. This was the second truck I've purchased from Capital City Ford and when it comes time for service they will be my first stop.

Harold, the salesman who helped me, was wonderful. He was very patient with us when it came to number crunching time and he took the time to explain the features of our new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot.I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this location.

The salesperson terry Mac was very pleasant. He was forceful but not demanding. I appreciated how he worked with me affording this car and my trade in. The other two guys were helpful and pleasant too, explaining everything in detail. I appreciate not being talked down to because I am a woman. They were interested in me being satisfied with this car especially after I told terry the mustang is my favorite. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I visited this dealer because I was referred there

My experience was with Mark Gottwald and Ryan Gayle both were professional and very helpful. I appreciated Marks ability to be a salesman without acting pushy or insistent. Likewise, Ryan also seemed relaxed and it was easy to talk to him which made the time I was spending at the dealership seem shorter.

I had been searching for a 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Track "Adrenaline" for a couple of weeks via the internet. I had gathered about a dozen prospects, none of which were in my immediate area in rural Illinois. The one at the top of my list was at Capitol City Ford in Indianapolis, a three hour drive away. Fortunately before making the long trip I communicated at length with Angela Tucker, the internet sales manager, who was helpful and encouraging. The number of high definition photos of the vehicle far exceeded those of many other sites I had visited. Angela put me in contact with salesperson, James Bogan, who gave me a personal call to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle and invited us to visit the dealership for a test drive and an up close examination. James & Angela greeted us the following Saturday morning at the dealership. We were promptly attended to and were soon test driving the vehicle. My wife and I were not disappointed, the vehicle was exactly as it had been pictured and drove great! We were quickly able to arrive at an agreeable purchase price but unfortunately the "new guy" working in the finance office was overwhelmed with customers and took considerable time to meet with us. On the up-side, the dealership bought pizza and brought us complimentary soda and bottled water while we waited in the comfortable showroom. Before too much longer we were taken to the finance manager who had worked up a great deal for us. Before the sun went down we were headed for home with our prized "new to us" vehicle. The week after the sale we were assisted again by James Bogan and Angela Tucker with a misplaced keypad code. I also received a new tailgate badge for our truck that we had negotiated as part of our deal just a couple of days later. Angela has continued the quest to find an owners manual for this 6 year-old vehicle, we hope she will be successful! Thanks Capitol City Ford for a great experience and considerate attention after the sale.

We filled out the finance application on line, Angela called us back and verified a vehicle we were interested in. We went to the dealership the next day, Angela greeted us and introduced us to James Brogan our salesman. We looked at a couple of vehicles, found one and took it for a test drive. We were able to complete the process in ~3 hrs and traded our vehicle and drove the our new Ford Escape home. We were very impressed with the online application process. It saved us a lot of time and they had our credit scores and history available. Capitol City Ford is right down the street from our house, so this is definitely great and convenient. My first car was a 1974 Ford Pinto. We love our Escape and would recommend this dealership and their products to our friends.

Angela and Chau are the best. The test drive was great they explained everything to me. They answered every question I had. I would buy from them again. I went online one night looking for a car. Great experiece. Angela was my sales person. Very nice and knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome. Had told her what I was looking for she took me to two vehicles I was interested in. Explained features. She was not pushy and allowed me to take my time. She was clear in explaining any questions I had. Great sales person. Her internet sales person partner was very nice as well. Financing department was also very good . He worked to get me a great interest rate.. Overall the best experience I had in buying a car. Thanks to all who helped me at Capitol CIty Ford.

I purchased my second vehicle through Capitol City Ford, this one a used car for my daughter. Because I had a good experience purchasing my current vehicle from Chau, I called Chau again. He was very helpful and low pressure as we looked at several vehicles on the lot as well as several on the computer that were not on his lot. After going home to discuss options with my daughter, I returned but Chau was out that day. Terry stepped in and we quickly and painlessly negociated a price that we were both happy with. The finance group was good also and found lower rates than I had already found.

I'm have purchased multiple times from this dealer. John is a joy to deal with and Angela is an Angel. It is actually fun to work with them, even in the dealing process. It is like family. Service is great. The dealership is under a significant remodel so that facility will soon be 5 stars.

I have purchased several vehicles from capital city ford, including a ford flex I just purchased yesterday. The staff is fun to deal with, and we all know how difficult some car sales can be. Angela and John are great people to deal with. They really go out of their way to listen to you and not pressure you. I have used the service department over the years and I won't go any where else. I love my ford and I love Capital City Ford!

Shopping for late model F150....as I am a shopper, I visited serveral dealerships and shopped online. CCF was the only dealership that would work via email and texting to evaluate my trade and give me a difference price. Arrived at a satisfactory agreement; made trip to Indy and transaction was completed in 45 minutes. Would recommend.

Angela is amazing and friendly! She was very organized and timely. She answered all of my questions and the process of getting the vehicle was much smoother than I expected! I highly recommend her! Excellent customer service skills! She immediately contacted me as soon as I sent my inquiry about the vehicle I liked and after setting up a time and date to test drive the vehicle, she had the car waiting for me out front nice and warm and ready for the test drive! She obtained most information over the phone and within an hour or so she let me know if we were approved or not. We drove home with our beautiful vehicle the same day! I would definitely refer her to anyone I know looking for a car at a great price! :)

I had both Ed Hamilton and Angela tucker working with me at Capitol City Ford. They both were so great and helpful, really made the car buying experience pleasant. Angela had been talking with me over email and had the truck I was looking at ready for me to test drive when I Arrived at the dealership. Only gave 2 stars for facilities only because they are going under renovation, I am sure it will be very nice when done.

This was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! The car that I purchased broke down within four days of purchasing the vehicle.
