After the seventh time the air bag warning was replaced, these guys decided that we needed to pay for it as the first six times were a safety issue. Now it considered abusive behavior. I guess you aren't supposed to open the passenger seat in a two door car!

talked to a guy named colin crawford and he said he could help me. never responded to my emails after that. even when i told him i was interested. poor service. atleast from this guy.

I had a discussion with couple of Sales Manager at Volkswagen for a Jetta Model and I feel that the response was very cold as when I tried to talk about matching offers on the same cars by other dealers , i was blindly refused, I would love to buy a CPO car from Volkswagen but it seems other dealers are having same model with better pricing..

I purchased a 2010 Mercedes benz glk 350 it was exactly what i was looking for and they had it at an excellent price . The only thing that i overlooked was the tires it needs new tires and i realized that after getting home from the dealer. other than that i have no complaints, they are excellent.

I will make this quick and simple. The Mercedes Benz glk 350 it is an exellent car and the price was just what i was looking for. I am happy with the car and with the Capitol Volkswagen team that helped me get into the car. The only problem after getting home and inspecting the car i realized that the car is in need of new tires all 4 four that is.

They will be happy to sell you a car at more than their lowest price, but also will match other dealers with no hassles if you just ask. Sunnyvale and Capital are the two biggest dealers in the area and each will match the price of the other. Sunnyvale will give their lowest prices via email, so use those to get that price at Capital if that is your choice (they are part of the Del Grand dealer group which is among the largest in the area owning 11 dealerships).

I have recently purchased a 2012 jetta sportswagon TDI from Capitol Volkswagon. I live in Santa Cruz but found the sales person so superior that I chose to make the drive. I will also continue to make the drive for all my service needs as the entire experience was excellent. I knew what I wanted from the start, in Santa Cruz I was told I had to "get over" wanted a red car. I called Pam and was told red was not as available as other colors but she would do her best and let me know. Afew days later she called and said there might be one available. The first car actually fell through, but Pam was working hard to find me what I wanted. In less than a week my car was delivered.When I went to purchase the car, everything was just as she said, the price, the options, everything. I was surprised that I was not pressured to add anything. The lady who helped me with financing was also wonderful! She worked to get me the best rate and was proffesional and personable. I have brought my car in for one servicing and once again everything was exactly as promised, my car was finished in a timely manner and the rental car offered me was there. We had a great experience buying a used car at Capitol Volkswagen! Once we picked a car out, the process was easy and very fast. I've never done finance paperwork so quickly. I'll be back when I want to buy a brand-new Volkswagen!

We liked the VW Golf 2011 and had closed the deal on a Sunday afternoon. We completed all the required paperwork and were asked to come back the next day to pick up the car. We were assured that we will be updated as to when we could stop by to pick up the car but they never called back despite my repeated calls to find out the status of the car. When I finally did get hold of the salesman who sold me the car, he said there were some service concerns that needed to be addressed and will be ready the next day and he will call me to update once it is ready. But the call never came. When I tried to call him repeatedly the next day and finally when he did pick up, he said that a replacement part for a 'brand new car' (sic) has been ordered for and will be ready the next day. The same cycle continued (I had to repeatedly call him with the hope that he will pick up at least once!). I was then told on the third day after the completion of the sale that the replacement part will take a month to come by and he will try to get another car and will update me in 10 minutes. But again, no calls despite repeated calls from my end. This has the most depressing and disturbing new car purchase with the Capitol VW dealership.
