The biggest selling point of my experience was being able to see a full Carfax report on the car before I decided to purchase it. This should be a standard practice with all used vehicle dealerships, but, unfortunately it is not. The entire sales/finance team was very welcoming and helpful with my purchase. Awesome job to everyone!

First let me say that I love Chris, Jr. and Sean!!! Excellent men, good thoughts and vibes BUT this dealership is really, really awful!!! I brought a SUV that made a noise the second I stepped in .. Promises and promised about fixing it went on for months.. then the truck stopped in the middle of DC!!! Called Chris and he assisted me but I had to pay $100 for something that clearly was wrong the second I stepped in the vehicle. But wait... the noise is still there and Car Credit Nation has moved... So what do I do?? Clearly they sold the car for more than its worth (I mean they HIT me over the head!!!) and the quest to get out of this noise making, engine ticking worthless truck is never ending... Its extremely hard because I have so much upside down... Best advice to the person who decides to venture to Car Credit Nation.... pray before you go, talk to Sean or Chris Jr. before you buy anything (GOOD GUYS..) and choose the right salesperson (NOT JACK!!!!! - Disrespectful and clearly car sales is not his calling!)... Rethink what you are doing twice!

I bought a jeep and had a few problems with it within the 30 day warranty. The dealership didn't help me very well and didn't get everything fixed before the 30'days even though I reported it before the 30 day mark. About 45 days my jeep had trouble starting. I checked the battery and there was so much corrosion it had to have been there for a long time. They should have caught and corrected that before. About a month after that the alternator had to be replaced and now I have to get the front 2 strut assemblies replaced. They just make their cars look good just to get them out the door quickly without putting much money into them.

When buying my vehicle they were very friendly and worked with me when I didnt have all the down-payment. I have had a couple minor issues with the vehicle and they have always been eager and happy to help fix them.

I would have to say the overall experience was cool, it was a long process, and im paying almost double what the car is worth but when you have bad credit its to be expected, my salesman Jack Keller got me in the car I wanted with no problems at all, plus for just a little extra I get a service plan and warranty, if you're tired of being shot down everywhere you go, then give them a try!

My experience with car credit nation was absolutely amazing I really truly love this place the are very helpful, open and understandable. I really didn't believe that their wasn't no credit check but it's true they don't run your credit not one bit and their process is very quick and easy it's the best I have seen. My sales person Ike was so kind and very open and up front he made my day the moment I got their I was press with his customer service he is a good person and will strive hard to get the job done and the vehicle that u won't everything that he said he was going to do he did with no hesitation he is a good dude and he will do his best to help you and get u squared away. I would strongly recommend anyone who is in The market of getting a vehicle should go to Credit Car Nation because they are the best all these other car dealership will get u all the way their and u end up getting nothing .They run your credit have u sitting all day waiting for the banks and then u end not getting a vehicle because of bad credit or u Don't have enough establish credit it's crazy no one has time for that . if u come to Car Credit Nation u will get a vehicle and u will be happy and don't have to worry bout any problems or your time being waste . I went to CNN to day looking at a few cars.. I seen a Benz C Class and can you say love at first sight lol.. I had the pleasure of working with Mr Freeman and he said "This is your car you will be driving off with it today" and sure did I'm Truly blessed, excited happy all at the same time lol.. My name is Tom Hubbard, please note that I have not indicated anything under "Quality of work". Why? Because I just got my new used car and as we all hope there will not be anything that will go mechanically wrong with it. But if something happens, they will do the work because I have a "Service Agreement with them, I pay a little extra each month, in the event one of the covered items has a problem, that could take a few thousand to repair, all I pay is the deductible of $100. That's it! If I have a problem with the drive train and also something wrong with the engine that was not cause by my doing, then the deductible is $100 for each and guess what, I get a free loaner car off their lot while mine is getting repaired.But let me tell you my story. More than two years ago I was looking for a replacement car because the one I had before finally gave up its ghost. So I bought from what was then known as Falls Church Motors a 2004 Lincoln Navigator. I made my payments always, every two weeks. Yes, they did call me up from time to time and reminded me that I had to pay, and I would go online and pay through the portal of PAY NOW using my PC or IPhone or Ipad. Great convenience. That initial experience of buying that car went smoothly. I showed my proof of income, easy to do, right, and I knew that I was going to be paying very high interest rate to get into that car. But I had to do it. You too might be looking at the same situation. You have little or no credit. So you got to do what you have to do and the guys and gals at Car Credit Nation, formerly Falls Church Motors, they are always taking a gamble on you. You realize that, right? Sure, you are an honest person,just like I think of myself, but Chris and his dad who own the dealership and the finance company still have to run a business like a business.But let me tell you they do have feelings just like you and me and they have HEART. Let me be specific.So three weeks ago, I am leaving the parking lot of the Catholic church I attend, The Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Mount Vernon, VA, and and another parishioner was leaving at the same time. I just got out of teaching Bible Class to 4th Graders. Boom. I cuased the accident.The other care hit directly on my left front wheel, they could not have been doing more than 10 miles an hour, and myself the same speek, yet that direct hit caused my tank, the Navigator's frame to be so badly bent, and because of the age of the car, State Farm said the car was totaled. And I still had payments to make, about $4,500 worth of payments.Well, I got on the phone immediately with Car Credit Nation and they said that becasue I had never missed a payment, they would bend over backwards to get me into another similar car and work something out so I could get back on the road ASAP. The next day I went down to their store, and fell in love with a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada will all kinds of bells and whistles with 135,200 miles. Now you know that Japanese cars are built to last for 250,000 miles and more. 135,000 miles today is no big deal. The Japanese almost put Ford, GM and other America car manufacturers out of business because our American cars where built with the intention to fall apart after 80,000 miles. Well, then America got smart and started to improve their cars too. I met my salesman, Ike, a very pleasant chap adn I told him and others at the very start I could not afford at this time to pay out the minimum $2,100 deposit against the down payment. Chris, vice president and also son of the owner, we worked out a sweetheart deal where II put down $1,100 and the rest in three installments before my first car payment scheduled for December 12, 2014.Fantastic! But not only that, they allowed me to keep the same payment rate every two weeks as I was paying on the Lincoln Navigator. Can you believe it? Yes, you must. I met Sean who is head of the finance department, very cordial down to earth kind of guy. He did not come across as like a mean person who only knows numbers and how to make them work only to his benefit. Of course, both sides knew something had to be done. Guess what happened, since I was so close to actually paying off on the principle on the Navigator, it was only interest that was left. But had they been mean and only interested on money, they could have held my feet to the fire and made me ALSO pay back that difference! But they chose not to do that, their approach was to put me in another car with similar payments, the same payment schedule.I also met James, he is head of the Service Department. He explained to me everything I needed to know about the car. I saw their Service Department, their mechanics on duty, and you know what, these are guys who have families just like you and me. They work hard for a living. I found their place to be very VERY clean, even in the Service Bays. But the godd news for me does not stop there. I was given several Promotional postcards to pass out to people who I will run into from time to time who could be in the market for a very good car, a reliable used car, and they are behind the 8 ball, poor credit, but they have a JOB, and making regular income. Sean said, when he handed these to me, "Tom, for every prostpect you send to us with one of these, and it has your name on it, and they sign up with us and we put them in a car, you get $200 cash or you can apply that $200 against your monthly payment."Wow! So because of the business I am in, and I am friendly - except to the ex-wife - if I could direct just two people per month to Car Credit Nation, my monthly payment would almost be paid for! It's called marketing.If anyone who reads this would like to write me please email me at tshubbardjratgmail.com and we might be able to eventually tlak on the phone. The best advice I can tell anyone is you too be honest in your dealings. If after you have bought a car and you promised to make your payments, and for some reason, bad luck, you lose your job through no fault of your own, call up Car Credit Nation immediately, DO NOT let a pyment go my and not say anything hoping it will go away. Be up front with them. Tell them your story. If you are single, you know very well you can find a job within two weeks, maybe it could take longer. it might take a month. But show proof that you are trying to find another job. Chris will want to keep you in that car. If you are married with kinds, you know very well you cannot sit at home watching TV all day feeling sorry for yourself. You have to feed your family and not be thrown out of your apartment. You need that car to go get interviewed.Chris will work with you. Nobody wants to take your car. But if you fail on basic courtesy and think you can take the car and not make payments and make them worry, THEN that is when you are buying trouble and you are the only one who gets hurt in the end and quite frankly you deserve everything you get. So don't go there. Yes, each case is different. But the common threadd for all of us is absolute honesty with them and you may well find yourself building up your credit score while you are driving a dependable car.One last thing. Remember, you are BUYING a USED car. You are not buying brand new so you might be buying problems that come up in a car that is 7, 8 and more years old. If you can afford it, get a service contract like I did nof the Lincoln Navigator and now with my Pathfinder Armada and should you experience serious mechanical problems NOT CAUSED ABY YOU, $100 DEDUCTIBLE is a lot better than paying out the big bucks for a used car.There is an old law on the books called caveat emptor, which is Latin for "Let the Buyer Beware". It is good advice. Be real sure you know your car before you sign on the dotted line. Expect there will be monor little problems here and their, strange squeaky noises, or a rattling., take the car back within the time frame they told you and Car Credit Nation will likely fix the prob;ems for free.And if you are as friendly as you think you are, don't forget to pick up the Promotional postcards and maybe you just might be able to make your car payments disappear!Tom Hubbardemail: tshubbardjratgmail.com

This is a good place. I got picked up from the station and the customer service was awesome. I came down from wv and they really worked with me. The only problem I had was that my key got stuck I'm the ignition of my ford focus the same day I got it but I am too far to drive it back so I called jack and he got me hooked up with James and he has been very patient and walking me through the steps to get the key out over the phone. Nevertheless the key continues to get stuck. I'm Pretty sure if I was closer they would fix my problem.

I was looking for a used car with with not so favorable credit and came across the Car Credit Nation website. I called ahead of time to determine if the company really "did not" do credit checks and what was needed prior to me coming in to purchase a vehicle. There were so many to choose from on their website! The salesman I spoke to upon calling was Nelson Flores. Mr. Flores, answered all of my questions about the "no credit check" system and I scheduled an appointment to come in on Saturday, April 26, 2014. The deal was completed within 2 hours and I am happy to have purchased a well maintained 2001 Jeep Cherokee, with an extended warranty!! The car buying experience can be VERY stressful, but Mr. Flores and Car Credit Nation, made it the best car buying experience I've ever had! I will recommend them to my friends and return for my next vehicle purchase!

Upon pulling onto the dealer lot I was ignored by all salesmen. I had to go inside and request help. I then learned that they wouldn't tell me the price of any vehicle. They would only tell me how much of a down payment I needed. I test drove a car. The turning signals did not work. The engine had an awful burning smell. I popped the hood open and saw oil everywhere. They even had the nerve to offer an extended warranty that their in house mechanic would work on the car. This place is a joke. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in a tough jam in my life starting a new job recent car just broke down. So I needed a new car but did not have much money to put down. Sales manager Zach offered me the tax refund program which excited me to get a decent car. First thing they took down the portion of my refund that needed to be put down, but when i got the rest of my tax refund back they also just thought it was ok to take the first payment out also "nice thank you jerks" without saying anything. Well the car i got i had to replace multiple things with a 4500.00 cost in repairs. The car was worth 3,000.00 I paid 9,995.00 due to my situation I took the bullet. So in the end I own a 14k piece of crap. What a lesson learned folks never buy in house or deal with these people. There finance office is horrible to at sharking you early on payments or mistakenly taking extra payments out of your account. Famous for calling you 50 times a day if your late also and being rude on the phone. Especially that girl Danisha or Tanisha telling me you three days late that's not exceptionable call your friends and family to borrow money. Who the xxxx do you think you are seriously get a real job.

I have horrible credit and could not get a car anywhere. I was a little hesitant about buying from a buy here pay here place. I used the tax refund program in 2013 to put the down payment on my car, which was great. I worked with Jonathan, whom tried not to be pushy, but got frustrated a little when I brought my friend to test drive the car after I had already driven it. Other than that the service was great. I ended up getting a 2004 Honda Accord. After getting it, while driving it on the highway I noticed that the rotors were bad. I took it back, and new rotors were put on free of charge, after speaking with Chris Maher (owner)! Then my check engine light, came on, and it was also reset free of charge. The price on the vehicle was more than the value of the car, but I understand as it is kind of a risk for the company to loan to a person with bad credit. Most of the people they deal with are people whom have already proven that they don't always pay (hence bad credit), and many can at any time file Bankruptcy and get out of paying them too. I only had to provide my pay stubs, bills, social and W-2's. I negotiated with Lisa on pricing, and she was very helpful with all questions relating to extended warranty, and pricing. After about 1 yr. my car has about 180,000 and runs great :) I am very happy with the purchase, and if I need another used car will be coming back here to purchase.

I went to the dealership and had an outstanding experience. My sales person Doc had very good salesmanship. I brought a 2006 S430 benz. I came there all the eay from harford co md, and it was worth every mile. Yhe sales manager Jack worked hard with me getting it done so i could get the car i wanted. Ive been to dealerships in yhe past and thry always try and talk you in to getting something they want you to get. Not at falls church motors i got just what i picked out. And my credit is terrible . When they say your job is your credit they mean it. Thanks falls church motors fir making this a good experience for me. I would recommend anyone and everyone to yall . The entire experience took a long time and was overwhelming. After departing, I found that they added additional fees and expenses to my bill and did not take responsibility for any warranty. Months later, I did not receive payment book or information but demands for instant payment without even an account number! The workers were unprofessional and after the purchase were not cooperative. It's not a good place to conduct business.

I admit I was apprehensive to purchase a car from a buy here pay here dealer but after suffering in this rough economy I really didn't have a choice. My credit was shot and no one wanted to give me a car loan. I admit I was pleasantly surprised by how professional it's run. Darrell (they call him Doc) was my salesman and he was not a pushy salesman which made me feel at ease. I hate pushy sales people. They even offer warranties with the cars. I bought a 2003 Toyota Sequioa and I'm a happy customer. Definitely recommend them.

Mr. Bradshaw is an awesome sales guy. He got me into the truck (Mercedes SUV) of my dreams. A month later I encountered some problems but Ms. Lisa stepped in and worked with me from December 2012 until February 2013. She is very professional and always kept a positive attitude that would keep the most difficult customer happy. She is a great asset to Falls Church and the true definition of great customer service. Just recently, I had a issue with registration and Ms. Lisa, as always, took my worries away. Buy your next vehicle at Falls Church. I had to drive about an hour to get there coming from baltimore but I had a great experience at falls church. They have a tax return program and i got to use my refund the same day for the downpaymebt. The mercedes I bought has good miles and drives great! I will be reccomending this place to friends.

This place is horrible and there money sharks especially if you finance with them. Only go there if its your last resort. "Seriously" Ive did research on these people and you can tell all the reviews are written by them. Thats how crappy this place is. They really rip the community off and its like playing with fire. They have what you call math cars and base that off your budget and down payment.

I bought my car and it ran well so was not too unhappy. It failed MD inspection because they missed glaring issues. Bad brakes, bad struts, check engine light started coming on,........an endless $2300 worth of work list! I was UPSET! Went to them and they offered to fix it for half of the price. I asked why I would trust a shop that missed glaring errors to fix them after another mechanic pointed it out. No real answer. The finance people are extremely rude, refuse to answer legitimate questions, and kept saying they don't put anything in writing. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

They Ruin your present, save your future. I went to buy a 2004 Cadillac Escalade on 11/3/2011, WHAT A JOKE! The truck was filthy, had major body damage and the salesman (Thomas Jordan) said it will be a few more minutes they are fixing the brakes!!! I said to my wife, FIXING THE BRAKES" OMG!!! That would mean that the brakes were unsafe. This is what we walked into upon arriving from a 2 hour trip from Baltimore to Virginia. The sales manager (Tim) said there was nothing he could do. I ignored the internet reviews and lived to write one of my own, Listen to your GUT!!! If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Took vehicle back for repair service on September 7, 2011 and did not recieve the car back until September 30, 2011. They indicate the vehicle was "flooded". This place endorsed an insurance check made payable to the both of us and cashed it without my signature. They indicated they would reimburse me for car rental, that never happended and the repairs they did were incomplete and shoddy.

I just had my car reposessed from the bank because i got behind on my car note when I change jobs. I thought nobody would help me. But Mr. Owens assured me they dont even check my credit. FIRST OF ALL WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO A KIND CAB DRIVER WHO WARNED US NOT TO BUY FROM FALLS CHURCH MOTORS LTD, ON LEE HIGHWAY. HOWEVER WE BOUGHT THE CAR. THE PRICE WENT UP FROM 5000 TO 10000 DOLLARS AFTER ADDING UP WHAT ONLY THEY CAN UNDERSTAND. THEN 5 DAYS AFTER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON- 10 DAYS AFTER THE CAR STOPPED ON TEH ROAD, 14DAYS OF PURCHASE THE CAR COULD NTO DRIVE ANY MORE. THEY THREATENED US THAT WE CAN DO NOTHING BECAUSE IT WILL GO ON OUR CREDIT AND THEY WILL KEEP THE CAR.THE OWNER INSULTED ME AND MY DAUGHTER. KELLER WHO WAS THE GUY THAT WAS MANAGER ON DUTY ON THE DAY OF THE SALES REFUSED TO EVEN SAY HELLO TO US.THE OWNER REFUSED TO TALK TO US AND SENT HIS TEEN SON TO HANDLE OUR SITUATION.THEY ARE VERY VERY RUDE-HAVE NO FEAR OF GOD. THEY RIP OFF AND WE ARE PURSUING THE MATTER. SOMEOBDY PLEASE PLEASE STOP THEM BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE ON THE ROAD WITH BAD CARS.LISTEN IF I SAY DONT GO THERE DONT GO. EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOW I HAVE A LONG PATIENCE.

If you buy a car here, be sure you see the paperwork before you give them any money.I purchased a vehicle from Falls Church Motors this week. The sign on the car said it came with a 30-day warranty and the salesman also said it came with a warranty. After they charged my credit card, the salesman again said that the car came with a warranty. But when it came time to sign the papers, the sale was designated "As is" with no warranty, and the sales manager refused to include the warranty. Since they'd already charged my card, my options were limited--take the car or try to get a refund.They also agreed to make a repair to the door trim, and started working on it, but stopped while papers were being signed and did not complete it. After the papers were signed, it took almost 40 minutes to get the 30-day tags the car.They were also unable to provide a title for the car, and required me to come back in a week to pick it up.I've rated the pricing very bad because the price we agreed to was based on the dealer's deception about the warranty.Be very careful if you deal with these people.

I bought a 2002 Toyota Camry last week and I love it. Falls Church Motors approved me and i drove the car home the same day in a matter of hours!
