Well this is Patrick I went to car expo in despite of all the bad reviews I read and I went looking for a Ducati that had been sold but when I got there the salesmen Richard was very helpful and told me the whole story about how it got sold and then he presented me to his managers/crew John and Jose and well they also told me how it was gone but if I was intrested they could help me with anything else (car) and well I said what the hell lets give it a try. So even though I had very bad credit they helped me and what do you know, now I'm driving a Mercedez Benz clk 500 All I have to say now is thank you carexpo and your crew for being so generous and helpful I don't care what your old reviews say but you guys are the best!! Sincerely Patrick, Thank you once again hope you guys the best!

I went with my sister to go look at cars at Car Expo and she wasn't trying to buy a car but she fell in love with a jeep so she bought it. She's very happy with it. The service there is really great, the salesman Richard was very nice , polite, and understandable! I would recommend this place to everyone because the cars are cheap, nice , and they have great service!

My husband and I live over an hour and a half from Downey. Before making the long drive out there my husband called and asked if they took trade in and the guy said yes. My husband told the guy over the phone that we were interested in the Cayenne and that we could at least put $2000 down. They guy assured us that it was fine. My husband confirmed that we were driving a long way and didnt want to waste our time. We got down there and the battery was dead on the car so the salesman (that my husband spoke to over the phone) gave it a jump. I was concerned that the car was shaking a little bit when the engine ran and the guy kept saying its because it has been sitting and my husband asked if we could do a test drive. He took us in to his manager who was sitting behind a computer and obviously did not want to help us. First he tells my husband that 2000 down is not enough and my husband said I called and asked. Then my husband asked if they took trade ins and his response was that they did not take trade ins because they sold cars at a low price. My husband said you two (referring to manager and salesman) are on two totally different pages. Then the salesman says I thought we took trade ins. The manager then proceeds to say we do take trade ins based on your credit. He was rude, didnt care to help us. I told him that first he says they did not take trades but now they do based on credit!! We just left it didn't feel right !!! Very sketchy. We drive about a mile down the street and find another Cayenne with only 68,000 miles that ran much better at ALux and they had excellent customer service. We ended up finding a much better car so maybe they did us a favor!!!!

this place is a sham I should have known from the moment I stepped on the premesis. Now 90 days later I call to find out why I haven't received any registration that they where to processe something that should have been done we well before the 90 day mark which is when the end of the temporary registration they gave me while on the phone with Jose I ask why they have not done anything in the past 90 days then he gets defensive and starts cursing and yelling at me what kind of a business are they running.

I recently purchased a 2008 BMW at Car Expo in Downey. The staff was nice, friendly and overall informative. I really wanted to get a BMW, however, I was open to see the different selection they had. They had lots of good cars and I noticed the prices are lower than other places I visit. The buying process was fast and easy. It was a really hot day, things got better when I went in the office because they had their AC on and also offered me water. My overall experience was excellent and I am completely satisfied. The car is in good conditions I didn need any repairs. I will definitely refer a friend.

i went into car expo yesterday and bought a Mustang. I love the Car but loved the price even more they worked with me even though my credit wasnt too good. they have a great inventory, i spoke with John.

Today i went into Car Expo and purchased a Jeep not only Was it a great price they also had great customer service, and ice cold water recomend for any type of vehicle your looking for at a low price .

After having a horrible accident and totaling my car we went to Car Expo on 4/29 to look at a car after viewing it online. We arrived and a young salesman was helping another family. When he was done with them, he went back into the office. We walked inside the office and two men were inside, one being the manager who didn't want to help us at all. He didn't want to be interrupted from being on the computer. It wasn't until we told him we were prepared to pay cash for a vehicle that he got up. At that point, we just said "no thank you!" As we were leaving, the bald headed latino man (yes, I can say that...I am latin) started cursing at us. This was horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place at all!!

I heard of car expo through my uncle that bought his ford mustang at this place. he told me they were very helpful even with his low credit.When i called they were very helpful through the phone they answered all my questions.When i went to show up on my appointment the salesperson Gustavo was helpful he showed me the car in and out. I went inside and the managers were very polite they were helpful and did everything they could to help me get my cadillac dhs even with bad credit .. it was a good experience you guys are very nice thank you!!! :]

I was driving on Firestone blvd when i got caught by a red light. I looked around and saw they have low prices on their cars so i made a u-turn and decided to stop by. when i stepped into their office i was greeted and treated nicely. they were determined to help me get into a car even though i had not to good credit. At the end of the day i ended up with convertible BMW and left my old Honda civic.

I drove over to this dealership to see a car post here on cars.com. I pulled up to there small lot. Was outside for about 15min looking at the cars. I didn't see a salesmen anywhere. Went into the office to see a man on the computer. He gave me the keys and stayed in the office the whole time. When asking how much other vehicles cost he got frustrated and said they all cost the same. I throw back his business card and left the lot. DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE. Nice cars but terrible SALESMEN!!!!!

Made an apointment drove for abouth one hour and this guy name Jose was'nt even there and there is this Kid who did'nt know anything abouth cars what a waste o time then he call this guy Jose and he said he was busy for me! and besides they have to run your credict for driving cars, very unproffecional.

Very deceptive dealer. They do not expose hidden fees. They trap you into buying if you don't know about hidden fees. They do not let you test drive unless you are approved by them, and then they have a $500 cancelation fee if you don't buy after you give them a down payment. They want $45 cash for a copy of your credit report. I found a hood without the original stickers, which got them mad, so they yelled at me, and told me to go somewhere else. They lied to me that the navigation DVD I bought from them was the latest. When I used the navigation, there wree several roads that were not digitized. They insulted me by saying that I can't make decisions, and they will no longer talk to me, and instead, only talk to my wife (even though it was my wife's car), and they put a lot of pressure on me to buy the car after I gave them a down payment. Never buy from this dealer. I didn't want to buy the car from them, but losing $500 would make me even more angry, so I bought the car. I hope this helps someone else.

My dream car has always been a BMW, but I just never thought I could afford it. That was until I decided to go to Car Expo. I was actually just being curious and I was just going to o look I was received with a warm welcome by gentle men by the name of Jose. He gave me space to look around and time to myself. The moment I seen a white BMW 330I with Black leather interior I knew it was a sign, but I didn want to get my hopes up. I started to ask Jose questions and he was very helpful, he introduce me to John. I was having doubt regarding my qualification but John answered all my questions. John made me feel comfortable because he was very polite and professional and he honored the price and rate I wanted. My car is working fine and I haven had any problems. I will definitely recommend Car Expo to my friends and family.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I WENT TO CALIFORNIA TO GET ESCALADE THAT WAS AT A GREAT PRICE AT CAR EXPO THE SALES MAN WAS VERY GREAT AND HELPED ME IN MANY WAYS THAT I FELT BLESSED TO FIND SUCH A GREAT DEALER. I LIVE IN VIRGINIA AND THEY HELPED ME WITH GETTING THE CAR TO VIRGINIA AND SETTING UP THE TRANSPORTATION. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO BUY A CAR 5 STARS.
