I would love to share my experience about the Car Factory with everybody. I purchased a 2004 Cadillac Deville from Joe and Janice Carson. I'm sad to say that they were hard to deal with right from the start. I should have trusted my gut feeling and not trusted theese people. We have had several problems with the vehicle and contacted them well within the thirty day warentee and they will not help me. The vehicle has bad rear air shocks and a bad front strut plate. I called them and tried to talk with them and they will not repiar the vehicle. When I questioned Janice about the shocks she said that her mechanic told her they were leaking before I picked up the vehicle. The Car Factory proceeded to sell me the vehicle knowing that it had safety issues with out disclosing them to me.Now it is going to coast me over a thousand dollars to repair the vehicle.. PEOPLE BEWARE THEESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE IF YOU LET THEM!!! PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!

I came across an ad on cars.com for a 2004 Honda Accord, I contacted the dealer and spoke with a woman named Janice. I explained to her I was an hour away and didn't want to waste my time driving out to look at the car if it didn't look like the pictures in person. I asked about the rust, she said it had some on the rear wheel well but it wasn't rotting through. She said the car was really clean especially for the year. So I decided it was worth the drive to take a look. When I got there within one glance at the car I could see it had SEVERE hail damage, I'm telling you this car has over 100 dents in it. And as for that rust it wasn't rotting through because there were pieces of metal gone from the rot. I told her I wasn't interested in a car with hail damage, I tell you no lie she acted like she didn't notice it, her response "what do you want for your low budget". I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was. She sells low quality vehicles!! I wouldn't take a car from her if it was free. I ended up getting a super clean vehicle under my "low budget" so don't think you have to buy something low quality because you have a small budget."
