My wife and I bought a 2010 BMW 750LI from this company. The vehicle description was accurate and contained not only photos but walk-around video of the vehicle. We had an excellent idea of what we were buying from 1000 miles away. David worked with us to arrange delivery out of state, meeting us at the airport. The vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition, requiring nothing and absolutely no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with A Buyer's Choice again. I have been looking for a new car that can fit my 5 kids that was safe and stylish so I fell in love with the Mercedes Benz GL450 on the lot. I showed up late because of busy schedule and they were able to accommodate me. My credit had a few flaws but I was surprisingly happy to get a great rate. Went in to look around and David quickly showed us the vehicles that i wanted. He properly explained all details and was so patient and nice. He had a nice sense of humor which is not easily found nowadays in today's car-salesman. He was not fake and was true to his word on everything. I just purchased a work truck from car search usa. The truck was well kept and it was a 1 owner. The moment i test drove the truck i knew it was the one for me. We made a deal and i signed the paper work, which took some time but it was all worth the wait. The salesman Justin was good and he knew what to do he had me out of there quick. If you are going to buy a vehicle from car search usa, ask for Justin.

Reach out to find out more on a dodge pick up. Needless to say never got a call back from this horrible dealership. Looking at the reviews I can tell they have been on here inflating there rating. Save yourself the time and headache go somewhere else

I'd been shopping around for an SLK for some time and located one at Car Search USA. The first time I visited the lot, David acted like he was too busy to show me the car, mind you, I was the only person on the lot. When he finally grabbed the keys to the vehicle, he had to jump start the car as it wouldn't start. Then I learn he wasn't authorized to do test drives...really, you're the only one working and can't take a customer out for a test drive?!! As I'm sitting in the car, I realize there is no way to adjust the driver seat. David suggested it was a fuse and he'd have it replaced the next day so I could take it out for a drive. I call the next day, Monday and David said he'd have the mechanic take a look and call me back that afternoon to schedule a time to drive it. David never called. I called again Tuesday to learn David never had the car delivered to the mechanic. He tells me he'll have the mechanic look at it and call me back. A week goes by, no call, nothing. I call a week later and speak to Tony. Tony tells me the same thing, he'll get the seat fixed so I can test drive, I never heard back from anyone at Car Search USA. Needless to say, I bought a beautiful SLK from an amazing dealer down the street and I'm very happy. THANK YOU CAR SEARCH USA FOR "NOT" TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

This place is HUGE filled with many cars ! It only took me 40 mints to find the car I liked. its a 2008 BMW 650I . They got me financed in 20minutes and they're even sending my car to BMW Dealer for service and oil change. I can't wait to come back and get my new car. I went car shopping there on Thanksgiving weekend, couldn't buy a car due to my credit situation. I was treated with respect even though my credit was ugly. When I get enough money together for the down payment I will definitely go back and see David for the Audi A4 I wanted. Thank you for trying.

When I arrived on the lot I was looking for a couple of different cars, BMW and Mercedes Benz specifically, I had seen a few on the website that I liked. Unfortunately one of the cars a C230 was on their other lot, they took me up there and I looked at the car. I didn't end up with that car and I didn't mind going to their other lot to see it. I did get a Toyota Camry and I love it. My experience was positive at CAR Search USA. Thank you Matt and David for helping me.

I called late in the morning to check if a certain car was available for me to see that afternoon. The salesman said yes it was. I told him I would be there about 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. that day and would he be there, and he said yes. I specifically asked if the CAR would be on the lot at that time, and he said "Oh yes, it will be there". I drove thru Hollywood lunchtime traffic and arrived at 1:40 p.m., and, Voila ! the car was not there. "The porter had moved it to another lot". I waited 20-25 minutes and they finally brought the car for me to see. By this time I had lost interest, and not only that, the car was advertised as "white" color. which was what I was really looking for, but it turned out to be beige, not white. These people are not very professional in my opinion, at best, and possibly con artists at worst. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I appreciated the fact that this place work with me and helped me with my finance, the interest rate they got me was lower than what I had from my own bank. In addition, thanks also to Matt whose automotive knowledge and help made it all possible for me to make a decision what type of car to buy. Do not go to this dealer. I'm not sure why all the good reviews show up on here first and all the bad reviews are hidden. But there are plenty of bad reviews and they are all true. I almost got scammed and ripped off but I got out of there before I made that mistake. Matt tried selling me a used car way over the blue book price, and on top of that tried getting me to pay even more for "fees" that didn't exist. He loves to talk and will try to be sly and scam you out of money. Also, the customer service really was terrible, especially Matt.

I bought a 2009 Nissan Altima last year from Matt and I got a great deal on it. When I got the car it had 25k miles on it and about a year later now I have 45k miles on it. I haven't had any problems with the car. Overall i had a great experience with this purchase, I told them what I was looking for and they had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend this dealership.

I sent email, they called me next day. When I returned phone call individual I spoke with was the same who initially called me back. We start going over the price of the vehicle and starts haggling about how much more I needed to put down to get car. I had told him my bottom line was $3000 down, but he's saying he needs more. I told him that was as far as I'm willing to go and said that should be enough and to let him get with his people to work out a deal. I waited 2 days because I hadn't heard from him before I called him back because I had been approved through 2 others dealers elsewhere but I really liked this car. I got him on the phone on the third day after leaving voicemails and he said they were still trying to work out the details. I went with another dealer and to this day I've never heard from him again. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

Sent an email of interest regarding the vehicle and waited a week. No contact from dealer... I called them to check on the status of the car... I was informed that two days earlier they sold the car. Very disappointed about the lack of service upon first contact .

Tires bald on front would not could not pass safety DVD monitors do not work got there right before closing had already obtained financing through USAA paperwork a snap misrepresented in ad to be 4wheel drive it was not that no big deal lifted looks like. I really don't think they checked this vehicle out

I recently bought a used BMW 650 from them. They answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. They gave me great advice and arranged the financing for me (my credit is not good). I will recommend them to my friends / relatives and would not hesitate to go back to them if I need another car.

Everybody was so nice and did not make me feel pressured at all. I dealt with the Sales Manager Mark and David in Finance. I wish I could remember the names of the other employees there because they were all so friendly and accommodating. They gave me a great price on a 750LI. I highly recommend this place to purchase your next car.

The owner, who is actually a sales person at the same time, was really nice by phone, but car turned out to be not in a condition that was claimed. On a top of that, all the time I spent in dealership that guy was behaving like he was giving me a favor. Overall, pretty negative experience. I would recommend everybody to avoid this dealership indeed.

I got bmw 2004 from them, was able to negotiate price a bit, car had couple of minor and one major problem which took me around 2-3 month to find+fix and +20% of the car's price in additional repairs. however i may try them again :) test drive and inspect a car carefully (!) had no probs with obtaining registration + plates.

I found a car online and when I got there I was looking for it no one came out I went inside to the office the guy inside was rude he said the salesman is outside so there I go outside he was on a call he saw me didn't care I was waiting very unprofessional I asked him for the car I saw then he said yes he brought the Keyes from a different car I said no its not this one another customer showed up he walked away from me and went to help him rude very rude don't recommend it at all you have to be comfortable and trust no way not there

None of the cars which were advertised online were at the lot. I asked what price a car was and 5 minutes later I asked again, the guy obviously forgot I'd asked and gave me a different price. To top things off I asked if any cars came with a warranty, he proceeded to tell me that in California (I am from out of town) that it's illegal for a used car here to have any warranty. What a joke! AVOID.

These guys have to be the most unprofessional people in the world. Just give them a call and you'll find out. They are rude, they know nothing about their cars for sale, and their main purpose is to get you to stop by the dealership, only to sell you a different car. Don't believe their listings; they might not even have those particular cars for sale.

This seemed like just about every other used car lot I have been to looking at cars. No better but no worse. I did end up buying an 05 BMW and at first was pleasantly surprised when I told the guy I wanted to look at that specific car, because the salesman told me that they "had someone on their way in to look at it from out of town". That person was me, I had called the day before, but just showed up a little early. It was nice to see that they were willing to honor my appointment. The price was fair, I had my own financing so that wasn't an issue. Don't be afraid of these guys, they were pretty straight up with me, and I use to sell cars myself back in the day. No big alarms went off.

I bought my vehicle there because they paint a nice picture. I really liked my Audi A6 that I purchased. The salesman promised me they would take care of any pre-existing conditions. I took it back for the repairs and it took almost 3 weeks for them to complete the repairs. No courtesy calls or follow ups. To top it off they drove my vehicle for 500 miles yes 500 miles that they couldnt explain, the engine light came on and the power steering went out. The manifold cover was loose on the engine and caused the serpentine band to damage more parts. This type of dealership should be SHUT DOWN AND PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. IM VERY UPSET AND SAD THAT THEY TAKE ADAVANTAGE OF HONEST GOOD WORKING AMERICANS.

Adam was our sales person he was very helpful. The dealership was willing to negotiate on price. As we were coming from out of town to pick up a vehicle they held the dealership open late for us. The pictures were of the actual vehicle we purchased and were not misleading. I was very pleased when I saw the vehicle. We were told up front that the cars were sold AS IS. We were able to take the vehicle on a reasonable test drive. The vehicle we purchased had repairs that needed to be done, being an AS IS dealership we were expecting this. The dealership told us we could take it to a mechanic to check it over before making the purchase. They lost points due to the delay in obtaining the title, causing us a delay in registering our vehicle out of state. They lost some credibility when another sales person contacted me via email and then via phone in response to a query I had sent 4 days earlier, telling me the vehicle I had purchased 3 days prior was available.
