My husband and I were completely exhausted when we arrived at the dealership. We had spent hours at other dealerships, only to find, we couldn't come to agreement between the price they wanted for their car and our trade in. Our salesman, David Levy, was the best. After we found a beautiful 2016 Kia Optima, we went inside, he filled out the necessary paperwork, we took the car for a test drive, and he had the paperwork ready for signing when we returned. He made trading cars such an easy task. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be spared the stress of being hassled. I love this car!

I actually dreaded going to a dealership to get a new car because of previous experiences with other dealers. It was so refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect. The salesman was easy to deal with and not pushy. The finance person also explained the process thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I will definitely return to Cartown Kia!

JP was our salesperson. We were ready to give up on getting a car we could afford when we decided to try Car Town. He got us into a great car, even with our not so great credit, with a better interest rate than we'd been paying. Jay in financing was great to work with as well. They were even patient with my impatience due to lack of sleep (I work 3rd). They have the best customer service I've ever had at a car lot. I'll never go anywhere else for a car again.

Theyre not just trying to force a car on you like most salesman sharks out there, they actually want to find you a car within your budget and work with you with what you can afford. Our sales associate, Adam Holmes, was truly wonderful with helping us pick out a car. We will definitely be asking for him in the future when purchasing another vehicle. Jay Canizal, our finance manager, went above and beyond to help us get the best rate possible. He did all of this while his wife was in the middle of having a baby but he never left our side until the process was completed. We bought our vehicle on a Saturday and the banks were closed but on Monday when they reopened he found us the best deal and even sent a man to my workplace in London for me to sign new paperwork. Wow, what an exceptional place! My friend from work, Sally Scalf Moore, was the one who recommended me to go to KIA because she used the Somerset location for her last two car purchases and told me she would never go anywhere else. Now, that is what I am telling people. I love you guys!!!!

David Levy was our salesman, he's just great! I like the ease of getting approval. We have brought our daughter to purchase a car. One of our others will be going in the first of the year. The only thing is that once we completed the selection process, waiting for the paperwork took 4 1/2 hours. We arrived at 10 am, I expected to be out by noon, as I had to leave to go out of town for work. We didn't get done until 4:30. Is there anyway this process could have been done quicker, I don't know, but it's worth finding out, right?

They were quick to greet me as I drove into the service area. They went over everything clearly with me and recommended a couple of replacements and a tire rotation that I was due for. They take the time to know your car's history. They also manage to recommend but not pressure with optional services, and I appreciate that.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Car Town Kia! I especially liked being able to pick out the car online and having the ability to preauthorize credit. This saves a lot of time once you arrive at the dealership. I would like to say that Chelsy in internet sales was AWESOME! We also worked with Adam once we arrived, and he was great too. I would definitely recommend Car Town Kia to anyone looking to buy a new car! They will make your car buying experience the best you've ever had.

The experience was great. The salesmen that helped us (Chris, Sal), and the sales manager (Adam), were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the salesman, Phil Newman, he was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. He was able to get me a very good deal on a used Sorento and I love it! Adam in finance was excellent as well, He took the time to make sure that I understood what was going to take place with the payments and he was able to secure the loan with the Financial institution that I bank with. Spent half of my day at Cartown Kia looking to buy 2 cars in one day. Saleman was very helpful and personable. Left to thinl and check some prices. Called back an hour later to have him get my interest and that if it was close to 6.9, I would take both car. He called me back to say he had one company back at 7.4 and he was for two other banks to get back with him. He called back to say 7.4 was the best rate. I told him we would take them be out there in aboit an hour. When I arrived, the saleman told me they had sold one of the car that I was planning to purchase. I asked what my options were and he said to stop listening to my husband. He offered me no other offers and lost out on selling 2 cars and making more than $32000. He didn't even shake my hand when I left. His whole personality changed once he knew he wasn't selling me a car. Very disappoined.

Cartown kia Nicholasville, ky. My family has purchased 3 cars from there in the last 9 months, Chris Mackey, our sales man, was awesome and financial managers Patrick Dunham and Adam Rickey are the best.
