Had a great experience buying my first new vehicle. The entire process went smooth and straight forward. Greg Dota was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I was able to order exactly what I wanted with their guidance. No hidden fees or gimmicks. I felt they were very transparent and informative. Couldn’t be happier with the end result and entire process with Caraway. Car buying made simple and the way it should be! Can't express enough how awesome this experience was. I came in with a 20+ year old truck, and left with an awesome newer truck that was able to get me all the way to California for my first duty station. Brett was such a big help, and even stayed late to make sure my application got approved and I was able to sign for my vehicle. I cannot recommend this place enough. Kudos all around.

I was driving by, the huge shiny truck winked at me, so I pulled into the parking lot to say hi. Greg could see that I was interested in her, so he introduced us. It was love at first sight! I took her for a short drive, then proposed. She accepted, Greg handled the ceremony so I didn't have to worry about anything. The finance staff was there to help make sure that everything was being taken care. My new F350 and I are still learning about each other, but I think this is going to be a great partnership! Caraway Ford will also be there to ensure the maintenance is done in a timely manner, and done right. Thanks Caraway Ford!

Greg made this the smoothest vehicle purchase to date. Very upfront and responsive. I drove 2 hours to get top notch service offered by Caraway Ford. They stayed after hours to wrap up deal!! Great dealership!!

The service department at Caraway Ford Gonzales is top notch. The last time that I had my F-350 in for service there was a bit of communication on both are parts. All businesses and people are not free from error but it is how things get resolved when situations happen that make the difference. The Caraway Ford Gonzales went above board to handle the miscommunication. Thanks for all you do!
