Carco and all of the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. I had just moved back from Japan, had spent a ton of money on the move, and I didn't have a lot of cash to work with. But Marco really helped me out, set me up with a great loan, and got me a car that I didn't think I would be able to get. They even arranged to pick me up when I returned the rental car that I had. Overall, I felt very comfortable during the whole process, did not feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend Carco to any others who are looking for a car, and definitely would want to come back in the future.

This Audi is the first car I have ever bought for myself. It as pretty exciting, the workers had great attitudes and worked with me every step of the way. The car was clean and it caught my attention from the moment I laid eyes on it. When it was time to get the insurance it was kind of tough because it was another big bill id have to take care off, but at the end it was the owner of the company help me and to lower it. I liked working with them and if any of my friends would want to get new car I would recommend this place.

The dealership has a good selection of cars that appear to be well maintained. I did a test drive of a car that they had just recently gotten in and it was very meticulously cleaned. The facility is clean and layout is pretty open, however they have a large inventory on a small lot. The in house financing company was straight forward and hassle free. The rate was high, but my credit is sub par. All in all they did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted.

Our experience at Carco sales and Finance. My wife and I searched high and low, The Mile of Cars in National City, very credible dealerships had nothing of what we were looking for. I was looking for a used car and I needed to buy quickly - I don't have the best credit and I am self-employed, so my choices are somewhat limited. I found what I wanted quickly - a used Volvo. I called the office and Mike in Sales had me fill out an easy online application; he got back to me with the terms of my deal, downpayment, trade in, financing info - within the half hour. Worst place ever. Description of condition and vehicle benefits do not match description. Lousy salesmen MARCO showing a car fax from a dealer that wasn't them. Lied to us in person while fellow sales clerk made the issue worse by showing us he didn't have any knowledge on the vehicles they are trying to sell us . Not worth financing there despite credit issues because they cover up issues with vehicles. Don't waste your time and check this place out despite what the looks of a picture may show. Who tries to sell a car with partial working ac and then insult us and tell us to get it fixed ourselves. Wow this one bad review won't hurt whatever sales... But those of you who take the time to read these, I wish I would have read all reviews first before going here.

My experience with CARCO is excellent they picked me up from my job brought me in explained everything to me before test driving the truck since i have less than perfect credit i was treated very respectfully and they were able to get me financed it was tough for them to make my numbers work because of my credit history everything worked out. I am a Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy and I am used to getting the job done and Mike and Marco are both hard chargers and really took care of business and did with respect.... Upon arrival my wife and I were not sure we would make a purchase. We came for one vehicle a, VW Eurovan, and left with two, including a Chevy Tahoe. These guys are a legitimacy company. I drove all around town looking for the right truck and these guys had it.
