Not the smoothest experience, as the dealership had lost the keys to the vehicle after I drove 3 hours to pick it up, but they made up for it by delivering it to me when they secured a key. Zach was very apologetic and kept good communication throughout the process and they made up for the initial frustration with good customer service. Overall I would recommend this honest dealership.

My experience was the easiest purchasing experience from a dealership I have ever been through. From the initial call to the dealership (thank you Nikita) to the salesmanship (thank you Zach!) I can't recall a point where I didn't feel like I was treated with exceptional care and respect. Zach was approachable, knowledgeable about the vehicle, easy to work with, and most of all HONEST about every question or concern I had. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Due to the actions of the finance department I was able to secure the vehicle at a fair rate while also getting, in my opinion, a wonderful vehicle for a wonderful price. I will recommend this dealership for future purchases and even though we live an hour and a half away, I will return for my truck whenever I decide to go that route.

I was really disappointed with the lack of communication I have received from the salesmen at Cardinal Chevrolet. I have called for a month and had made two different offers on trucks. However, I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at Cardinal, only once when I called and let them know how disappointed I was in how I was being treated. I was also informed that the last offer I made them on that Saturday had to wait because they had a guy from Pikeville coming to look at the same vehicle and eventually sold it to that guy. I was promised a call back this week and have yet to receive that call back once again. I will never do business with this company for the lack of disrespect they shown me!!!

I question this company's honor and integrity...After searching online, found the perfect truck for our small business at Cardinal Automotive. Only potential issue was we are in Birmingham, AL they are in Hazard, KY. Working with Bill Deaton, our sales person, they seemed eager to make the deal work and agreed to drive to Birmingham for us for an extra fee.On Friday, August 5, 2016, we agreed to purchase the truck site-unseen and were going to pay their asking price! Emailed Brian back and he accepted the offer. All we had left to do was arrange the delivery and payment. On Saturday morning, spoke to Brian again just to clarify a few things for him and he again agreed everything was good. We were very happy so far and looking forward to getting the new vehicle (we have been looking for a while now!)Then, Brian called to let me know that they were selling the truck to someone else. Could not give me an explanation, but said it was "out of his" hands. I asked to speak to his manager. After putting me on hold, he told me the manager was too busy to talk.I am very disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend them to others based off of this experience.

Its been a long journey on trading in my 2015 GMC Canyon. I finally made the leap after test driving 6+ vehicles. Mr. Banks was very helpful in my selection of vehicles. During the test drive, he gave me many useful tips about the truck. He also gave me a great deal, obviously one I couldn't refuse, seeing as how I made my first Cardinal Chevrolet purchase. The Cardinal Chevrolet Team worked very hard to earn our business. I was pleased with the sales people and quick response. Craig Mullins, my salesperson was extra friendly and quick to respond. Today, my mother and I had been looking for a new truck for my dad. His old 99 Chevy is on it's final run. When we arrived we were greeted by Junior Banks who made this process easy and pain free.
