Cardinale VW - As many of you know buying a new vehicle is no walk in the park and the quicker and easier the deal is the better the experience I alway put my hours in looking and haggling with several dealerships and submit offers over the internet to the locations I don't want to drive to. Anyway, all I can say is once you know what the bottom line is give Leslie Slaybaugh from Cardinale VW a call and tell him what you want and what your bottom line is. This kid will make the effort to get you the car you want for the price you want and have the paperwork filled out and the car detailed and ready to GO, I kid you not, I was in-n-out in about an hour and could not be happier. This is car number two from the same dealership and I'll surely recommend them to all my friends and family, in fact I have already referred two people both who bought from Cardinale and thanked me for the referral, one of them came all the way from Carlsbad. After receiving the treatment everyone dreads from a couple Volkswagen dealers in the Los Angeles area, I was fortunate enough to find Chris Kelly via the CarWoo app on my iPhone. Despite being told there were only 3 cars of the make and color I wanted (2013 VW GLI Autobahn) left in the NATION by the previously mentioned dealers, Chris made me an offer already $300 lower than any offer I'd received previously. He acknowledged right away that he did not have the car on his lot, but with a simple dealer exchange he could have the car for me the very next day. Chris and his partners in sales waited for me to make the hour long drive down to Corona, stayed open late for me to finalize the sale and paperwork, and had us on our way with relatively no delay. I work in television production, and therefore have very few hours of free time during the week. I bought the car late on Sunday night, and so I wouldn't have to wait until the next weekend to pick up my brand new car, Chris offered to drive it up to me in Los Angeles the next day. All said and done--easiest, most friendly car purchase I've ever experienced. Chris and Cardinale Way VW went above and beyond the call of duty to make it all happen.

I called a another dealership and was told the car I wanted would not be released for another month. When I reached Chris at CardinaleWay and told him what I was looking for he found it in another state. He called and inquired about the car and found that the dealership that had it was willing to let him have it. He put a little extra effort in and found the exact car I want. If everyone else at the CardinaleWay put this kind of effort in for their customers then I would say this dealership is worth taking a trip too!

When I first leased my VW Jetta 2011 in July of that year I was greeted by Mr. Kelly and he seamed very friendly and professional. As our lease was nearing the end we received an email from Mr. Kelly about getting into a New 2014 Jetta for little or no money down. As we exchanged email conversations in regards to the car we were interested in he helped us to find the best deal for our family's situation. When I got down to the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Kelly again with the same friendly approach we took a test drive where he pointed out all of the upgrades that this Jetta came with. When we returned to the lot I walked away with the car of our choice and it took very little time to fill out all paperwork, get through finance and with no hassle at all I was given the keys and was happily on my way. Chris Kelly is the BEST salesperson out there! He truly takes the pressure off when leasing/buying a car. Two years ago I leased my first car through Cardinale VW with Chris' help. The staff was wonderful. I would have liked a better selection of car colors but I understand it is the end of the 2013 season. We also picked a very busy day so ended up there much longer than I planned. I dread buying new cars but overall it was a pleasant experience. My husband and I went to this dealership looking to buy a later model, used Jetta in a particular color, for a particular price. We had certain things we really wanted in the car and we had been hunting for the perfect one for quite awhile with no luck until we came to Cardinale Way Volkswagen. They had a good selection of newer used cars and several colors to choose from in our price range, so we feel like we really got to pick and choose what car we wanted, instead of just taking what was merely available. For those of you who have gone shopping for a used car, you know it can be incredibly difficult to find everything you want. I'm a really picky person, too, especially when I know I'm going to be spending thousands of dollars. So it had to be exactly what I wanted or it wouldn't be worth it. Our salesman Leslie S. was great. He came out as soon as we pulled up and asked us what we wanted, then really helped us find the car that fit us. Before this I went to another dealership and it felt like they were just dragging me from car to car to see what would stick without listening to what I actually wanted. But Leslie was very knowledgeable about the cars themselves and answered all our questions, and he was always patient with our (my) pickiness. I didn't feel any pressure at all, and I really appreciated that. I rated everything about this experience as great except for the price, even though what we paid for our 2010 Jetta SE was very fair, I just think it would be nice to pay less. I told you, I'm picky. So just to conclude, I feel like we got exactly what we wanted at this dealership. There was no pressure, no messing around, and the salesmen were normal people (!). They worked with us to get the payments down to what we wanted, and we even got a warranty for a good price. My husband and I are happy with our purchase here and we would recommend this dealership to anybody.

We bought a 2014 Passat TDI on a Friday, a week later we bought a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. I've had previous experience with other car dealers, typically they can be categorized as "pushy" and I like to call them "sharks". This is NOT my experience with Cardinale VW. Our Passat purchase was through Maria, because this was her first sale she was having 2 associates (Thomas and Leslie) walk her through the process. They were being very professional to her, and they was explaining the process very politely and it didn't seem like they were trying to greedily "get in" on her sale. From my perspective they were genuinely trying to help her, I think that this reflects extremely well on the business. We were extremely happy to be Maria's first sale, she has contacted us a couple of times to follow up on our purchase to make sure that we didn't have any questions about the car. Maria did an awesome job! We feel that we got a good deal on the car, the whole process was totally painless, every step of the process was well explained, never did I feel like I was being forced, tricked, or misled. We were so happy with our Passat purchase that we decided to test drive a Jetta SportWagen TDI. My previous car was quite a gas guzzler! I really enjoyed how the JSW drove, it has great cargo room, great gas mileage, etc. I will preface this by saying that I don't normally like going into the showroom to negotiate price. This is typically a stressful and awful process. Based on my previous experience when buying the Passat I knew that this was not how Cardinale VW operates, so I had no problem going in to the showroom to see how much the "out the door" price would be. I feel that they really bent over backwards to make the deal happen and I drove away with our 2nd new VW of the month. Leslie was a great representation of what a car salesman should be, I have his personal cell # in my phonebook and I know that he would bend over backwards to help us out if we ever had any questions or had any special requests. Went in with the wife and kid looking for a couple of used cars I saw online. Upon arriving I was quickly greeted by Leslie who who showed me to one of the cars and informed me the one I was looking for was sold the night before. He showed me a very similar model that was almost 4k more. We went on a surprisingly lengthy test drive through various roads. I liked the car but informed Leslie it was out of my budget. He worked with us for a few hours till he was abe to drop the price by 3k and lower my payments. Took my trade-in too. The kid was fine the whole time playing in the kids corner. After driving the car a couple of days I noticed the a/c did not blow cold air, the front blinker bulb was out, and the breaks squeeked. I called them back a week later to schedule an appointment for the following week. They were very helpful on the phone. When I took the car in the service department was great. They listened to all my concerns and adressed all my concerns without any hassle. Very satisfied with my experience. My only minor gripe is they didn't give me a full tank of gas but it's no biggie.

I went through a bad purchase experience and the used car started smoking after 48 hours. I came back to the dealership and spent 8 hours trying to get assistance. I was trapped and was asked to take the car I bought home or pick another vehicle on the lot and requalify. It was a hassle. I called for the general manager and left 4 messages in a week concerning my experience and never received a call back. I was so angry over the experience that I never went back to this dealership and told everyone about my experience. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go through their buying process. The finance guy starts a couple hours after the dealership opens so you have to wait to do paperwork.

I called the dealer and ensured availability of a car I saw online. However when I drove 2 hours there to see the car, they told me the car was sold 45 minutes ago. Instead, they suggested me to buy an older car with a different color than I expected. They could have called me and let me know the car was sold. It is a 4-hour waste of time! I would definitely not recommend anyone go there to see cars because this dealer cannot be trusted.

Chris Kelly is the BEST salesperson out there! He truly takes the pressure off when leasing/buying a car. Two years ago I leased my first car through Cardinale VW with Chris' help. I told him what I was looking for over the phone; I didn't even need to drive to the dealer until it was time to sign paperwork. Yesterday, I purchased my second vehicle with Chris' help. I had the same exact experience. Booker was extremely professional and helpful in my search for a used car. We contacted the dealership through the online finance application. Mark contacted us the following day inquiring about the specific car we were interested in and what our guidelines for purchasing were. When I first leased my VW Jetta 2011 in July of that year I was greeted by Mr. Kelly and he seamed very friendly and professional. As our lease was nearing the end we received an email from Mr. Kelly about getting into a New 2014 Jetta for little or no money down. As we exchanged email conversations in regards to the car we were interested in he helped us to find the best deal for our family's situation.When I got down to the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Kelly again with the same friendly approach we took a test drive where he pointed out all of the upgrades that this Jetta came with. My wife and I first went to Hyundai of Riverside looking to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe. Our experience with their staff was undesirable and we felt like we were not welcomed. they were unwilling to work with us, we left disappointed and shocked that they would treat potential customers that way. We then went to Cardinale Way. What a difference !!! Staff was very friendly, helpful and eager to work out a deal. The experience at Cardinale Volkswagen was great from the moment I walked in the door. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customer needs. I called a another dealership and was told the car I wanted would not be released for another month. When I reached Chris at CardinaleWay and told him what I was looking for he found it in another state. He called and inquired about the car and found that the dealership that had it was willing to let him have it. He put a little extra effort in and found the exact car I want. I do not hesitate to phone Cardinale Way Volkswagen Dealership after the sale because I know I would get the answers accordingly, courteously in a timely fashion. Among other things, I forgot how to use certain function on the vehicle, and mind you that the vehicle I purchased from the Dealership was a Passat SEL model with all the gadgets like many other luxury expensive cars, I dialed Cardinale Way and got the satisfactory answers almost right away. Just like the same experience I had when I came and purchased my Volkswagen Passat last month, the staff from the front desk, sale host, finance adviser to the director seemed to their business a little differently; they listen to my questions attentively and patiently as if I was their next car buying customer. I certainly would invite my friends who will be looking for a car check out Cardinale Way first.

My husband and I went to this dealership looking to buy a later model, used Jetta in a particular color, for a particular price. We had certain things we really wanted in the car and we had been hunting for the perfect one for quite awhile with no luck until we came to Cardinale Way Volkswagen. They had a good selection of newer used cars and several colors to choose from in our price range, so we feel like we really got to pick and choose what car we wanted, instead of just taking what was merely available. For those of you who have gone shopping for a used car, you know it can be incredibly difficult to find everything you want. I'm a really picky person, too, especially when I know I'm going to be spending thousands of dollars. So it had to be exactly what I wanted or it wouldn't be worth it. Our salesman Leslie S. was great. He came out as soon as we pulled up and asked us what we wanted, then really helped us find the car that fit us. Before this I went to another dealership and it felt like they were just dragging me from car to car to see what would stick without listening to what I actually wanted. But Leslie was very knowledgeable about the cars themselves and answered all our questions, and he was always patient with our (my) pickiness. I didn't feel any pressure at all, and I really appreciated that.I rated everything about this experience as great except for the price, even though what we paid for our 2010 Jetta SE was very fair, I just think it would be nice to pay less. I told you, I'm picky.So just to conclude, I feel like we got exactly what we wanted at this dealership. There was no pressure, no messing around, and the salesmen were normal people (!). They worked with us to get the payments down to what we wanted, and we even got a warranty for a good price. My husband and I are happy with our purchase here and we would recommend this dealership to anybody.

Went to the dealer looking for a 2013 Jetta SE. Was greeted by Leslie and I told him what I wanted, he quickly showed me the model and color I had in mind and didnt try to sell me or show me something I didnt want. Leslie took me for a long test drive through the freeway and a long empty street to really test the car which is what I really wanted to do. Most dealers I went to only let me go around the block, and didnt really get to test drive the car. Mitch was amazing he really helped me out when no one else would especially with the financing, having new and very little credit history, I really didnt think I would get this car but hes the man. Leslie then showed me all the features and everything the car could do and we worked on a deal I was comfortable with so I decided to go ahead and take the car. Within a few hours I was out the dealer driving my very first car. Thank you Leslie and Mitch.

The staff was wonderful. I would have liked a better selection of car colors but I understand it is the end of the 2013 season. We also picked a very busy day so ended up there much longer than I planned. I dread buying new cars but overall it was a pleasant experience. Our salesman, Leslie, was very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable.

Sale host(s) did listen to what kind of vehicle I needed and what price range I was looking for, and without wasting time offerred the best possible price that everyone walked out of the Dealership happy, after the deal was made. The sale host(s) took time and explained in details about the vehicle before and after the sale. They promised to have the right vehicle and they delivered, even it had not been available at the Dealership at the time. It was worth the trip to Cardinale. Furthermore, the Volkswagen Passat TDI-SEL that I purchased performed better than I expected in terms of acceleration, handling, comfort, and especially diesel fuel mileage.

This was my first time buying a car. This girl was skeptical. But once Chase told me to give him 1% of trust, and he will earn the other 99%.... He exceeded my expectations. I talked to salesman about a Hyundai Sonata they had advertised. I had looked at the ad for a few days, and decided to call. He said he still had the car so I went all the way to Corona only to be told the Sonata had just been sold (of course) so they tried to sell me something more expensive than what I was looking for. I came in today for my complimentary 30 visit on my new 2013 Passat. Mattew Personett, my Service Adviser and Jordan Guinn, my Cashier treated me like I was an old friend. I have owned BMW and Mercedes so I know customer service when I see it at a dealership. I also stopped by the Sale side of the House to visit Leslie, my Salesman and Chase, my sales Manager. These guys have teamed up to sell me and my wife both new cars. This is MY dealership and thats the way they all treat me. Good job Cardinale Way! After receiving the treatment everyone dreads from a couple Volkswagen dealers in the Los Angeles area, I was fortunate enough to find Chris Kelly via the CarWoo app on my iPhone. Despite being told there were only 3 cars of the make and color I wanted (2013 VW GLI Autobahn) left in the NATION by the previously mentioned dealers, Chris made me an offer already $300 lower than any offer I'd received previously. He acknowledged right away that he did not have the car on his lot, but with a simple dealer exchange he could have the car for me the very next day. Chris and his partners in sales waited for me to make the hour long drive down to Corona, stayed open late for me to finalize the sale and paperwork, and had us on our way with relatively no delay. I work in television production, and therefore have very few hours of free time during the week. I bought the car late on Sunday night, and so I wouldn't have to wait until the next weekend to pick up my brand new car, Chris offered to drive it up to me in Los Angeles the next day. All said and done--easiest, most friendly car purchase I've ever experienced. Chris and Cardinale Way VW went above and beyond the call of duty to make it all happen.

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Tiguan, and I had a very fun experience at the CardinaleWay VW Dealership. The day that I bought my car, I went in with the sole intent of driving the Tiguan again because I couldn't get it out of my mind. Earlier in the week, I had test driven the Tiguan at another VW dealership and two other compact SUVs at other dealerships. I was approached by Booker T. Washington Cole, Jr. who gave me such a wonderful and thorough test drive. The length of the test drive was longer than that of the ones I received at other dealerships. It really gave me a better feel for the car and a greater understanding of the luxe features the Tiguan offered. After the drive, Booker and I discussed what trim I was interested in when he realized I was already in their system (I had expressed interest in the Tiguan online and had received emails from their Internet Manager). It was then that I was introduced to Omar Moreno, who helped me with numbers. Both Booker and Omar worked together to help me get a good deal for my car. Omar was very pleasant and easy to work with, especially since this was my first time buying a car (and on my own, too!). He was honest, respectful, and kind. I actually ended up buying that day because I felt that - in addition to the above - their prices were fair. Regina, the Finance Manage, helped me seal the deal! Since my new Tiguan wasn't on the lot that day, I went to pick it up the following day. Omar, who actually had the day off, came in anyway to hand me my keys and introduce me to "Tiggy." It was a fabulous and pleasant experience. 5/5 stars, easy.

Cardinale VW - As many of you know buying a new vehicle is no walk in the park and the quicker and easier the deal is the better the experience I alway put my hours in looking and haggling with several dealerships and submit offers over the internet to the locations I don't want to drive to. Anyway, all I can say is once you know what the bottom line is give Leslie Slaybaugh from Cardinale VW a call and tell him what you want and what your bottom line is. This kid will make the effort to get you the car you want for the price you want and have the paperwork filled out and the car detailed and ready to GO, I kid you not, I was in-n-out in about an hour and could not be happier. This is car number two from the same dealership and I'll surely recommend them to all my friends and family, in fact I have already referred two people both who bought from Cardinale and thanked me for the referral, one of them came all the way from Carlsbad. Anyway when you know what you want and your ready to pull the triger I can guarantee that you will leave Cardinale Volkswagen with the vehicle you love at a price you know you could not have beat at any other dealership in So Cal. I have never been happier to sign my purchase agreement! These 2 guys, and Volkswagen Corona made my car buying experience great! I'd go back in a heart beat, but i dont need to because I LOVE my car =]

Cardinale Hyundai of Corona is a complete joke! They are shady and dishonest and they completely wasted my time. I went there on November 27 looking for a Hyundai Veloster. The sales person that helped me was Franklin and he seemed like a really nice person and I was happy to do business with him. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. I made it very clear that my payment had to be $350 or less. After negotiating with Franklin and the sales manager, we finally came to an agreement on the price. My payment was to be $339 and I was happy. However, the Veloster is very limited and hard to come by and they didn't have one in stock. I was told they would hopefully have the car by Thursday and they would keep in touch with me. I left a $300 deposit to hold the car and left. Franklin was very good at keeping me posted, but it took a lot longer than expected. Finally, on December 8 he called me to tell me he was about to leave to get my car (it was at a dealership 3 hours away) but that his manager told him to call me first because the payment structure had changed and they wanted to make sure I still wanted the car before they made the long drive. My monthly payment was now going to be $370 a month and was I okay with that?! I said no, I'm not okay with that. I told him $350 was my max and he knew that. I told him I was really angry that they were doing this and that I felt they were being dishonest and ripping me off. He said that the reason the payment went up is because a rebate that was offered in November was no longer being offered in December so they couldn't give it to me (even though we made the verbal agreement in November). I told Franklin I was livid so he put the sales manager on the phone. I explained to him how unfair and wrong this situation was so he said the best he could do was $359/month. If he could do $359, why was he trying to get me to agree to $370 to start? (another example of the way they cheat their customers). I said no and told them they needed to honor the $339/month we previously agreed on and the sales manager said $359 was the best he could do. I said no and told Franklin I would come in to collect my deposit. Deal over! Franklin had the nerve to call me back and say to me, and I quote, "You're really gonna blow this deal over $9.00? I put a lot of work into this deal texting you and your just going to walk away from it over $9.00?!" Clearly he was mad but not nearly as mad as me. I told him he wasn't going to guilt me into purchasing the car because he put "a lot of work into it." Isn't that his JOB? And besides, his dealership was blowing the deal, not me. I told him they are shady and dishonest and that they've know for over a week that the incentive ended and my payment would increase so why did they wait until the last possible second to tell me this news. These cars are hard to get so I could have spent that extra week trying to get it from somewhere else. I know the answer to why they told me at the last second: After waiting 2 weeks for my dream car, they figured I'd be so excited to get it I'd be willing to pay the extra money. Well, I just might be, but not from them and that's a fact. I straight told Franklin I'd rather give the commission to a different dealership who doesn't try to rip off their customers and that's exactly what I'm in the process of doing. Cardinale Hyundai is RIDICULOUS!!! They will say anything to get you in the door and then they will slam it on you when you least expect it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not give them your business. Go somewhere else; go ANYWHERE else! And if you still choose to do business with them, get everything in writing! Horrible experience! :o(

Took my car in for the 40,000 service. Call ahead to make sure the price and that the transmission service was included. They stated that it was. Just picked up my car and after I paid I reviewed the bill and it said checked fluid. I asked if they changed the fluid and filter and they said no. That it was not required but recommended. I went to the service manual in my car and showed them it was listed under the 40,000 service. They said that it would be an additional $380. I will never take my car back there and I suggest that you do not take your car there. Bait and switch.

The people here are a fantastic team to work with, I purchased a brand new Sonata at an amazing price. They even offered me free service and oil change. I also got some other goodies too. What I liked best about this place was that I never felt rushed and they werent throwing regular salesman pitches or lame jokes at me. They were all about business, which made things go by much faster, but while being friendly at the same time. Id highly recommend anyone in Corona who are searching for a Hyundai and expect professional and outstanding service.

Stay away from these guys!!! Run don't walk! First off they started out by telling us they had not sold a car all day and now I know why. Never have I encountered such a rude sales manager, made a reasonable offer and was prepared to negotiate but the sales manager came out with a HUGE attitude. To bad, had a loan approved and really liked the first guy that helped us as well as a car on the lot. Will gladly pay a few $100 more somewhere else.

Pl check the service prices with other VW dealers before you visit Cardinale VW(2603 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882). These people charge premiere prices. Customer service is very bad. They tend to initially have to agree to a price by saying they would give you 10% discount and later on, go back on this. Had very very bad experience today, especially Ryan (So called Service Dept Manager). I would never visit this place again. I was charged 120 USD more compared to other dealers. They literally denied to issue my car keys unless i agreed to the final price. Worst experience, worst customer service.

I have never felt it important to send in a review of a company I have done business with but I think with the service I received from Cardinaleway has caused me to come and make it known how satisfied I am. Having just finished with a lease with Vw and not really credit worthy to get another lease through Vw Javier assured me that they would do everything possible to get another lease because that was the only way I could afford a new car. I reviewed my credit with Daniel the sales manager and learned I had been late several times throughout my previous lease. I informed him of the reasons and he went to work with Vw credit to get me approved again. What ended up happening was beyond suprising. These guys took my previous lease on trade instead of just giving it back to Volkswagen credit. Then they used equity I had no Idea about to make my payment more affordable then the car I just traded in. The negotiation process was simple and they made me feel as though I was a valuable customer. I will recommend anyone who wants a car to go tothis dealer and deal with these two guys. For those few people who have had bad experiences dealing with Cardinaleway,shame on you. I dont think it was the dealer who got it wrong, it was you.

I purchased a CPO 09 Jetta wagon from Cardindalway VW, Corona, CA. It was delivered to me in SD with the following problems;missing keyTires with approx 5K miles left and two different manufacturers - CPO cars must have 50% of the life left of wear item such as tiresmissing antennainterior was filthy, had the seats prof cleaned & water was black sales contract was incorrect, it was $500+ what was agreed upon on the phone, it was revised but its been 20 days & I still don't have a copy, it was a cash sale!I requested the CPO Insp checklist (you know where they insp 112 items), to see what they found/fixed and the service records (performed by a nearby VW dealer) and have never received them, nor told why i couldn't get them...they just ignore my request I have had to make several calls to the used car mgr and sales person and sent a dozen emails, all to no avail. It's been 20 days since I bought it and the above issues are still unresolved. I now have to get with VW USA Customer service. Stay away, these people are crooks!!!! Very unscrupulous business practices, and poor Customer service, especially from the Mgr., he got his money and could care less about anything else. Promised to call me back on 2 occasions, never did, no response to emails. I have purchased 25+ cars in my life and this transaction is up there in the top 3 worst, ever. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!

The sales guy Kamal was very friendly and knowledgeable but once it came to finance with scott, this guy tried to scam me. I signed the contract then came back in to sign another contract because he said he was giving me a service contract for free. YEAH RIGHT!! nothing in life is free. He got me a lower interest rate and instead charged me $1300 dollars for a service contract. Luckily I saw what he was trying to do. Watch out. Then he had me come back in to sign another contract for financing for 72 months when I originally wanted 60. I was fed up and gave back the car. Very rude and unprofessional once I said I wanted to give back car.

I did not feel I was pressured at all into buying and was satisfied and very happy with my purchase. I bought my bug on the same day!!! When i went to this dealer I was a bit apprehensive as I would be going to any dealer, but I had no reason to be. The sales professional, and let me emphasize professionals treated me with the nothing but respect. They were not pushy, made me comfortable as soon as i walked in. This was truly my first non threatening, worry, haggle free car dealer environment I had ever been too. I would most certainly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

I was referred to Cardinale Hyundai by a friend of mine. The last couple of years have been real trying and my credit looked like swiss cheese. The salesman and finance department were caring and considerate to my credit issues. I didn't expect much or to even be able to get financing. Adam, along with the finance manager shopped my car loan at several places. The rate they came back with was very high. I told them there was no way I would be able to afford the payments. The part that blew my mind, was that Adam actually told me to get some dinner and come back in a couple of hours, while he shopped around for a better deal. I guess I'm more of a credit criminal than I thought, is what I was thinking as I left. I had never been to a car dealership, that didn't try to put the screws to me. Sure enough, Adam called back after two and a half hours. I wen't back to the dealership and was financed with a payment I could afford. The car met my needs and budget. I'm rebuilding my credit and I would tell anyone in my situation to give Adam at Cardinale a call!

My experience within the dealership was outstanding. Shopping for a new car was something that was planned within the next 30 days. Walking onto the dealerships lot changed my mind real quick. Being a female and being approched by a females salesperson was inportant to me. I felt comfortable and she understood just what was Important for me and my family. I have 3 boys and putting us into the right vehicle to fit our needs was something that was important to her. When in the market to purchase a vehicle for my teenage son, Cardinale Way will be my first and only stop. I will give them the highest rating on customer service, 100% and nothing less is what we got.

I went in because Im looking to purchase a new car with good gas mileage. A good friend of mine had purchased a car from them a couple of years ago and recommneded that I stop by. I'm glad I took his advice. The sales people were great. They took time to answer all my questions and were not pushy. They helped me compare their cars to other cars. Since I'm a first time buyer I had lots of questions and they walked me thru the whole process.They had lots of new and used cars for me to look at and after test driving a jetta, beetle and a GTI I told them I would have to think about it for a few days. I did my own research and finally went back and bought a new jetta! I'm extremely happy with my Jetta it has awesome gas mileage and the whole process was painless :)

I have purchased a few cars over the years and have never experienced anything quite like Cardinale. If it wasn't that they had the car we wanted, we would definitely gone someplace else. Not quite sure they needed the business. At least that is the feeling we had when they could have cared less if we bought a car or not. Then when we actually agreed on the deal, not everything was explained concerning the Pre-Loved status of the car. So we drove away thinking it was Pre-loved only to find out we had to purchase that option. Then 3 days after signing the paperwork they called to let us know the deal was NOW done and we have to go back and sign the agreement AGAIN!!! And the general manager Joe Owens acts as if we are making his life difficult by not coming down right now to take care of it. I will never go back there and definitely not refer anyone there. And if I can ever find the name of an owner or president and an address I will write a letter to let them know how I feel.

Horrible experience. Went to trade in my 2001 Celica for another Celica, 5 spd. After the inital friendly people, they sent me their "Sales Manager" (forgot his name) who tried to pull the hard sell on me. Didn't think I could do math. Boys...60 times the payment you wanted basically got me a $13,000 car for $30,000. No thanks. For that money, I upgraded to a Honda S2000 over at Honda World. Go see them instead!
