I went to them because I found the car I wanted online. Dennis was very laid back and honest. He hadn't personally driven the car and told me so. I did have a check engine light problem that occurred the day after I bought the car but he stuck to his word and after a few trips to get it fixed, they did take care of it. Probably 5 stars if we had gotten it fixed in one trip but I do really appreciate him sticking to his word in the end.

I looked at the car I saw online Sunday. I told the staff at CarFellas how I wanted to finance it Monday. I called my lender, got approved, went by and got the check after providing all the necessities and proceeded to CarFellas to pickup my car on Thursday. If your tech savvy, CarFellas can make the purchase smooth, fast and easy. The hardest part for me was taking a day off work. Thanks CarFellas.

Very wonderful people! We came through with one car and we ended up leaving with two. Very wonderful people! I highly recommend them if you're trying to get yourself a better car than what you already have.

Jamey and Phil were both great! You may hear horror stories of shopping for cars at dealerships, these “fellas” are some of the nicest people I have worked with. They didn’t pressure my wife and I but made sure all our questions were answered and we were receiving the best service.

I came by the dealership to check out a car I found online and was interested in. I told the sales rep Phil I wanted to come by the next day and pick it up to have it checked by a mechanic. He went ahead and copied my license and had the car ready when I showed up to get it the next day. He said I could keep it as long as I needed that day. The vehicle checked out with the mechanic and my husband met me there after work for him to test drive it. We were able to come to an agreement with the manager about the cost. They were willing to let us go ahead and take the car home and didn’t give us any trouble about waiting 5 days until our financing came through so they could cash the check we gave them. Jamey promised not to deposit the check until he got the go ahead from us and he held true to that promise. They even stayed past closing time while we negotiated and signed the paperwork. Great experience! We are very pleased with our purchase and the deal we got. Would definitely use them again when shopping for a vehicle. Thanks guys!
