I purchased a 2017 F-150 lariat on 9/23. This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Zach was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from here!!

Bought a truck from them beginning of September, 2018 Lariat LB. The truck looks nice everything I ever wanted in it. To make a long story short and trust me its along story. I payed full asking price in traded my old truck and gave them a check for remainder. When I picked up the truck I quickly realized this truck has never seen a minute of inspection. In my fist week of owning it I spend over $700 in repairs (breaks, wiper motor, wiper arms...) I'm saying that it was never inspected cause on the test drive I noticed pulsation on the brake pedal I told them and they turned the front rotors and didn't check the rears and rears were shot! When I asked about second key to the truck, Zach said it didn't come with it and advised me to buy through one of the guy they use. On the way home I popped the glove compartment and there was the spare key in plain sight. They also don't do oil changes when they get their cars, I'm glad I did. My second week of ownership battery went out, replaced that and a few days later alternator ($800 just in parts). Now, I know some things are unforeseen, but when car is inspected properly things like battery will show its running low on juice. Its been 14 days since they said they will reimburse me the $700.. Needless to say I get compliments on the truck, but I tell guys to stay away from Car Heroes. At the moment I'm chasing some rattling issues that I notice in the first week of ownership, but decide to take care of the more important stuff. I think I'll get extended warranty in the near future. If this was some 20k truck I wouldn't care, but for a 42k truck I expected more. Never again buying from them or recommending them to my friends. I work hard for my money!

Rob really worked hard to get us into our new truck and a with great deal. He succeeded where other dealerships just couldn't. Definitely a good experience!

Very friendly staff and definitely hassle free service. Would highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase. I also sold my truck a year later for $5000 more than what I paid for it. Overall very pleased with my buying experience at Car Heroes
