Over 2 hours to get an oil change at the service department. If it hadn't been free from having purchased the vehicle there I would never go there again. When I asked if this kind of time delay was normal they checked and said it would be 10 more minutes but it was another 35. Definitely would not recommend going there if you have anything else to do that day

I brought my car from Carl Black for my child's mother it's our family car. Earlier this year I needed an oil change and a couple of months after I needed another. In July I and my fiancee both contacted Steve left numerous messages they asked about mileage for some strange reason but never made any efforts to correct the error made on their behalf. After two months Bill finally returns my call to the "Manager" and in doing so stood by offering credit and stated that in him doing so he was being nice. That his staff reviewed the images and see the oil is clear and filter not dark contrary to my professional opinion and that of my manager and crew at the shop I work at. He for some reason couldn't acknowledge my frustration and attitude and disrespect shown to not only myself but my fiancee who did a majority of the calling. I informed him I have a degree in business and that they are liable for the botched job and in refunding the money he is not doing me any favors as I myself had to redo the job not done by their staff, Bill could care less, and did the "Can I speak thing." As if he needed my permission to do so. I simply informed him once he doubled down on credit that I in my right mind could not trust them to do the job and simply would like my money returned as I did the job myself, he denied the opportunity offered so in my disappointment I will not be returning to this dealership even though I brought my car there. The promise of treatment given as a customer was a lie, the way he spoke with such confidence in offering credit but denying a refund was insulting. Maybe this is a one-time incident and doesn't happen often but why is it happening. There was no sticker look at the pictures but instead of correcting these people did nothing for two months and speak as if in returning a call and offering credit a favor was done for me. My advice go to Mavis, they will call you and correct any mistakes made when made aware, I know this as a fact. I personally will not be returning to this Carl Black dealership or any other, not after the treatment given and excuses made for it.

I stopped to look at a truck and met Dominick. Dominick showed me the truck and answered all my questions except one. He walked me to the service department to get my question answered. I talked to him and Jon about the truck and they made me feel good about the product. A few days went by and I did not contact them due to work and I saw the truck was gone. Thinking that they sold it I was bummed. Come to find out that they pulled it off line and had my name on it. I was able to purchase it without any issues. Everyone I met from Tod (Smiley), Jon, Dominick, Matt, Steve and Bill have been patient, friendly and easy to work with. I like this dealership, I would recommend.

After a few weeks of searching I finally found a truck with the exact options I wanted. After calling the dealership to confirm pricing and availability, I decided to travel 2 hours the next day to meet in person to purchase the truck. Once I got there and sat down to purchase the truck they added an additional $7,000 to the price of the vehicle. After they realized that I acknowledged the tactic they were trying to scam me with, they took away the paper document stating the pricing of the vehicle and refused to show me the document again. I have screen shots and proof of the online price and the in person price increase. I will be reporting you to the Georgia Independent Auto Dealer Association.

I had a great first experience at Carl Black with service advisor Tommy. He was very fast and efficient with taking my SUV in for service, as well has arranging courtesy transportation to wait an extra couple of minutes while I checked my car in. The entire process was seemless. From scheduling the appointment on short notice (2 days in advance) with Pam, to having it ready for pick up within an hour of drop off. I will definitely only be using Carl Black for future services. Thank you for just an outstanding experience.

Frank Madona was welcoming, friendly, answered all of our questions. He showed a genuine interest. He is a great salesman. He took time to build rapport and get to know us.He was knowledgeable about the product. We were making a decision between two SUV's. We check consumer reports and while the Buick Enclave was not rated quite as high as the MDX. Frank reminded me with the MDX we could not use regular gas. Knowing your competition was a winner. I purchased a truck in December due to the end year incentives. It was not the truck of my choice, but excepted because it was what was available with 20% off sale. I have had problems that are not being fixed and have met with the manager twice now to try and come to a resolution and Have not done so yet.

Bought a new Malibu Limited and after I got it home I learned about auto stop technology. This is a terrible feature, that I should be able to turn off. I also should have been informed about this feature. When I went back the next day, I was told too bad you can trade it in but lose thousands, now that's a good dealership for you.

Rolled in on an emergency repair with a overheating car. Kimberly Hethcox scheduled me in. got me a rental and got my car back to me before close of business that same day. What more could I ask. Kim is proficient, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Kim owned the space between me her and the service center. My point of contact for the life of my chevy.

They never seems to be willing to change the engine oil on my van. Last time I request a diagnose for an engine noise and they just said that I need to buy a new engine because to fix a 'lifter noise', would be to expensive, according to them. Very desapointed. The car itself after 9 years of driving,engine and transmission are presenting serious problems. Its this just a survey or its something really helpfull to customers like me?

I got a maintenance agreement when I purchase my vehicle. I only got to use one of the oil changes and when I called this last time I was told, by whomever answer the phone, that I still had the warranty. I took my car in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. After waiting for almost 40 minutes to talk to one of the reps, I get told that I did not have a warranty anymore and would be around $80.00 to have everything done. I could have all of that done right next to my house for only $25.00. So I didn't need to drive all the way to the dealership and waste all that time waiting to be seen for nothing. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have bought a few vehicles from that dealership but this has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. That I will not go back there when is time for me to look for another vehicle.

Terrell Courie and Matt Gil are the BEST! My experience with Terrell during the sell was really good! He was very patient with me! Unfortunately I had to bring my car back right away for a flat tire and he and Matt helped me out with a free tire as well! 2 great employee's and I ask for them specifically each time I return!

Brandon was our salesman and we really enjoyed working with because we felt that he was knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. The dealership and Sales Manager offered us a KSU Alumnus and Cobb County Educator discount on our vehicle. We appreciated this. They also worked with us on our trade in and found us just the right car. We were able to take advantage of the end-of-the-year employee pricing 100,000 mile warranty and we were grateful for this seeing that we were getting out of our old car (VW) due to high maintenance costs. We now have peace of mind and feel satisfied with our new purchase.

2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL Well, I can't say it enough. I'm a very satisfied customer. Every time I visit Carl Black Buick/GMC in Roswell, I'm treated very well. They change the oil, filter and check fluids. Yes, everyone does this, Right? But, what gets missed is when you have a very specific problem and they actually listen to you. There's where the separation occurs. Did you really get fixed what you went there for or did some guy give a lame excuse or canned explanation? Go there and experience it for yourself. I can only tell you what I've experienced. But, when you walk away pleased with the results. Give them the credit they deserve and fill out this survey. Thanks again, Doug! Great job!

I admit when I came into the dealership (which I almost didn't until the Internet rep called me and convinced me to come in), I was a little skeptical about being able to get exactly what I wanted. I was referred to the dealership by a co-worker and I'm so grateful. The staff worked extremely hard to get me in the truck of my dreams. I'm very thankful and I absolutely love the truck. 2015 GMC Canyon. Balky transmission. Balky Ipod interface. The guys in service were great. In and out easily. Comped me a rental. Can't say enough good things about them. Unfortunately, the recommended reprogramming didn't solve the problem with the transmission nor is there a fix for the Ipod problem. Both of which appear to be long standing issues with GM products that Gm doesn't appear to want to address.

have been taking my car a 2007 Tahoe to Carl Black in Kennesaw since I moved here in 2009, Matt the service is manager has been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful.I now take my new 2015 Tahoe, to Carl Black.I always deal with Matt ,but on the times I've come in and Matt was off, I was treated with the same friendly manner. Nerver have I had a problem, nor do I think I ever would. Matt runs that service dept at a 100% in customer service as well as repairs and car service.

I had a terrible problem for a new truck...water leaking in and soaking the carpet in the front. Was at the dealership nearly 5 hours and that is never pleasant BUT!! Cameron really took an interest in making sure that they understood the problem and then they solved it. He kept me informed the entire time as to what was happening. Look, he made a bad situation very tolerable and I am grateful to have someone like that as my Service Advisor. Will continue to be loyal to this dealership as they still believe in solid customer service!!

On 11/6/15 I had an appointment for my 2007 Chevy Silverado in the service center. Upon waiting for my ride I was walking the lot looking to buy in December. I was startled by a wonderful man, Troy who asked me if I needed any help. I told him why I was there and was just looking. I explained to him my budget and what I was interested in. He asked if I minded taking a walk with him and he would show me what was on the lot. We never made it back as he had a "brain storm". We went back into the sales office center and he looked at papers hanging on the wall. He said he would be back in a moment and had me sit in his office area. He came back and said, "I have one I think you might like...would you like me to pull it up front for you to take a look?" I of course said yes. I stepped out and in a moment he brought the beauty before my eyes...a 2015 GMC Sierra! I could not contain my happiness when he asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. I bought it! I must say the financial adviser I worked with was extremely intelligent and helpful. I walked out the door with an extended warranty, GAP insurance, a tow package, upgraded floor mats and an a few other "extras" all for LESS than I was looking to pay walking in the door. One happy lady here! I was only upset about one thing...........which I hope upon this being seen, I will be compensated. My first baby, my Silverado....in the shop, remember? Well, at 9:30 am when I took it in was told it would be done by end of day and I would get a courtesy call to pick up. At 530 pm I had to call shop, it was not ready...not even looked at. The service team was told I used it for a TRADE IN...I was totally livid. I will pick it up tomorrow, Monday the 9th. With kindest regards, Holly R. Colella

Had some issues with the dealer getting my car cleaned up and the scratches out of it. This whole process took about 3 to 4 weeks and several trips from waleska to kennesaw. Also somehow a dent was put in my car while it was at the dealership. Spoke with the sales manager and all was eventually worked out

I bought the Cobalt from Carl Black, great experience, 3 years later I gave it to my teenage daughter and bought a new Buick from Carl Black, we have all of our service done right there as well. Andre has been great (he is my usual contact) however this time we worked with Brett. They were so understanding and helpful as I asked lots of questions. 2012 Buick Regal Warranty I brought my car in last week because I could hear a squeaking sound. They fixed my power steer pump and exchanged my battery when they noticed that it was extremely corroded after I gave them permission to. I had a courtesy vehicle for a few days while they were fixing my car. Later on in the week during the weekend I heard the squeaking still so I came back on Wednesday September 9, 2015 and they fixed my car and returned it to me by lunch time. I haven't heard any squeaking so far.

Provided full explanation of services being performed and an estimate on the time needed to complete the repairs to avoid unrealistic expectations. I came here because my job sponsored this dealership so they gave us all free oil changes. Little did I know they would be the reason my car continues to mess up to this day. I brought my car in with no problems, just needed a basic oil change. Instead of changing my oil they drained my transmission fluid. Once I was leaving I noticed my car jumping almost everytime I accelerated. For the next 3 weeks I came by trying to speak with a manager so they could look at my car. The first 3 times I came by I was told there wasn't a manager around and they were "on break", so I would speak with the nearest employee to see if they would take a look at it because I knew my transmission fluid was gone. They literally told me there's no way they could've gotten that mixed up and shined me on. The 4th time (after a few weeks of having to drive it messed up) I finally got to speak with a manager. Keep in mind I'm a young girl so it's hard to be taken seriously in this industry as it is but I did my research and literally had to convince them they did something wrong. Well once they finally looked at it, they confirmed their "mechanic" got it mixed up with the oil and drained the wrong tube. So they put the transmission fluid back and did the oil change. Once they were done they seriously had the balls to try to sell me an engine mount because by then it had been broken! Which only happened because my car had no fluid which made my engine slam into it the weeks I had been trying to get their attention to fix it! Not only did they try to sell me that but they literally quoted me $550 for this when at a normal rate it costs about $250. Regardless it should've been fixed for free since they messed it up! They did not make things right at all, only began the never ending cycle of always having something wrong with my car to this day. Things have escalated so fast after that one incident and they never gave me a receipt so I don't even have proof of going there. Words can't describe how irate and powerless I feel and can't believe this place is still in business with the shady service they give. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. I'm sure they assumed I was a free loader since I had a coupon and I'm young; but that is just over the top messed up to intentionally screw up someone's car and never make it right. I wish there was more that I could do, but the least I can do is help prevent others from experiencing this over rated company with under educated mechanics.

In early July 2015, I expressed my interest in a 2015 camaro on the Chevrolet website. The Carl Black dealership attracted me due to the particular responsiveness and warmth of my initial contact = Jillian. She(Jillian) persistently left me voice mails inquiring about my interest. Jillian's overwhelmingly excellent response to my internet expressed interest brought me to Carl Black Chevrolet. Then, I was introduced to my salesperson-Eric Willis. I had asked for an informed salesperson who would not apply ridiculous pressure to my decision. Thankfully, I was introduced to this particularly wonderful young man -Eric Willis. Immediately, I felt comfortable with this fellow Southerner and all of his knowledge, sincerity, manners and all around charm. From the test drive to the delivery, Eric was polite and professional! This young man is a huge asset to your dealership!! Eric Willis sealed my decision to purchase a silver 2015 camaro from particularly him and thereby Carl Black Chevrolet. I never dreamed I would purchase a Chevy or a truck for that matter. I came to the Carl Black Kennesaw dealership to see Kipp Moore before the Shaky Boots festival in Kennesaw, and would most likely never walk in a Chevy dealership. I had been thinking about getting a new SUV and needed a larger one than my current Honda CRV so we could pull our boat. I was not excited about any of the large SUVs out there. I talked to your salesperson and asked him why they did not make trucks to appeal to women, and he showed me the Colorado. It was somewhat of a challenge to get a 6 cylinder Z71, however I found one your website and called the sales manager, put down a deposit, and about 6 weeks later got it! I love it and it was worth the wait.

I bought my 2007 Sierra 2500 HD diesel truck at Carl Black in 2007. I have had all my servicing done there. I feel like my service advisor, Tommy Webb is like a trusted family friend. He always looks out for me and my truck. I have had other people try to convince me to have my truck serviced elsewhere saying I could have it service somewhere else cheaper. First of all, I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my truck and second of all, you get what you pay for. I get great service at Carl Black and I trust my service advisor 100%. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC in Kennesaw, GA since 2007 due to the extraordinary staff. I have worked with Randy Erwin, Darren Fichter, Jeff Fuller, Brian Honea and of course T. Scott Jordan. On March 2015 I was sent a competitors advertisement stating a buy back program. My wife and I drove over to Duluth, GA to that GMC dealership as I was looking to upgrade my 2013 GMC Sierra. The sales people there were not professional and would not listen to what I wanted. I left there feeling frustrated. My wife said to go back to Carl Black since that is where my loyalty was, on the way back from Duluth we stopped and talked with Darren Fichter at Carl Black and discussed upgrading my truck. Within 4 hours of my visit I received a call from Mr. Fichter requesting I come to the dealership the next day and look at a truck he thought I would like. I went the next day and looked at a 2014 GMC Sierra, I drove the pickup and really liked it. It only had one down fall, it did not have power passenger seats. My wife drove it and really liked it but due to her medical problems, she has to have power seats. I told Mr. Erwin and Mr. Fichter if they could find me a truck within my budget, in the color I wanted and had the power passenger seats we may have a deal. Later that same day March 16, 2015 I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado Double Door in Deep Ruby Metallic with power passenger seats. Once I saw the truck, the interior and all the extras. I am very happy with my decision to purchase the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, thanks to the hard work of the people at Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC, and have made me a loyal customer for life.

My check engine light on my Buick enclave came on and I got my mechanic to look at it. He gave me the diagnostic and let me what he could actually repair and what he couldn't. My Acadia hit 100,000 miles and so it needed some maintenance work. I was able to use a courtesy vehicle while the work was done and that was very helpful, even though it didn't have heated seats on some very frigid days :). They also had to do some work on the transmission which was still under warranty and so they took care of that as well. Nick Rose was very helpful and courteous as always. Thank you!

My 14 year old Alero had some trouble and I figured it was time to buy, it turns out it was a minor repair but she's still got 290,000 miles on her so she could go any day. I decided to stop by Carl Black just to start the research. I had a great experience, I felt extremely comfortable with my sales guy, Antwon Moore and the rest of the team who I had contact with. I never felt pressured to buy and felt like he wanted me to get the best deal! I came in looking for an Equinox but he introduced me to the GMC Terrain and I fell In love! I visited your dealership approximately a week before returning and at that time I met Mr. James Orsby. He started out by helping me find a parking spot due to there were many people visiting that day. I say this because while one of my daughters remained in the car another salesman came over to the car and she stated he told her my car could not be parked there and he did not have a pleasant tone when he spoke to her. Mr. Orsby assured me that my car was fine and he continued with the tour. If it was not for Mr. Orsby, I would have left and not come back to ultimately purchase my 2012 Buick LaCross. My overall experience was great. I appreciate the back office work to help with some challenging issues I had with my credit and was "not" made to feel less of a person because of it. I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda. After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class. I was surprised to find this deal. We were treated well by both the salesman and the rest of the team. I found the deal to be solid and for the first time in my life left a car dealership without feeling like I had been skinned. We bought a two year old car and feel like we left with a new one. The car itself is better than we had hoped for, the price met all my expectations, and the warranty we left with was superior to what I envisioned. Other that the dealership being an active construction site, we could not have wanted a better experience.

I arrived without an appointment, but you made me feel welcome and had room for me. You did this without making me feel like an interruption. I love your waiting room area. It is very customer friendly, great place to do some computer work or just hang out. The area makes the customer feel central to your business rather than a kind of necessary after thought. Another factor is the politeness of your people. My service technician noticed a white rub spot on the fender my black car and said he would get it off for me, even though I was just there for an oil issue. He got it off. I have never been disappointed with the service I've received at Carl Black's dealership. In addition to regularly scheduled oil changes and maintenance, I've purchased tires and had other, more complicated work done on my Hummer H3. I have 75,000 miles on it now; it looks and runs great. I purchased a 2013 Denali. The salespeople and staff were extremely helpful. Carl Black is cost competitive with any other Chevy/GMC dealer and they have a first rate service department. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from them and the experience continues to be first rate.

Facilities under construction, finally. they need more room for service. You will not find better people at any dealership. Will Washington, Ira, Brian Honea, Jim, and the parts dept guys all are great people. I have bought 5 cars there in the last 3 years. I wont go anywhere else.

We told him what we were looking for and he found us a beautiful Chevy Cruze. He and the finance team worked with us to get a good deal on it and even threw in a few extras. Jo Smith helped me find a loan and helped to calm my fears as I was very nervous. Both Cliff and Jo were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, & very professional. They really listened to what we wanted and they delivered on all of their promises. We would recommend Carl Black to our friends and family. I recently purchased a 2013 Suburban at another local dealer. My wife fell in love with my truck so we decided to get her one as well. We returned to the original dealer and were not satisfied with the customer service or sales process and stopped at Carl Black where we met Eric McClendon. Eric was enthusiastic and while the car we were looking for wasn't in stock, Eric and the team worked hard to find just the right Suburban. My wife is now enjoying her 2014 Suburban with four wheel drive and a Z71 package as we travel north a lot. Her truck is loaded and now I'm a bit jealous.
