I love this dealership!! Always amazing service when coming in to purchase a new vehicle or to have my current vehicle serviced. GREAT SERVICE! Always greeted cheerfully and Tyler Carroll is such a wonderful salesman. Very thorough and personable which makes for an AWESOME experience when buying a car. I never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle after my first time here. If anyone I know is looking to purchase a vehicle, I always direct them here.

What a fantastic business! It is clean, inviting, and everyone is so friendly! The entire staff was welcoming, but Joc made everything exceptional. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, understanding, and just a lot of fun. He made a high-stress time much less terrifying. You can't go wrong with Carlisle Cadillac GMC, and although I am sure all of the staff are great, Joc was so helpful and kind that I cannot say enough.

Excellent value and great customer experience! After contacting and visiting several dealerships searching for a new GMC Acadia, we contacted Carlisle Buick GMC about a vehicle we saw online. Scott Clayton was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions prior to visiting the dealership. There was no high pressure and Scott was extremely helpful through the whole buying process. Since taking delivery, Scott has followed up twice within the first week, making sure we are happy and to see if we have any questions about the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson Scott Clayton!

They did a recall for a block heater on my Diesel. The tech was too lazy to rout the chord where it could be accessible from outside the vehicle. They ran the harness the easiest way possible, and you have to open the hood to plug in the block heater. Another 15 minutes of work and they could have made it accessable from the grill or wheel well.
