Was looking to sell a car that I still was financing and saw Carmoney...gave it a whirl. This was a simple and quick process (don't forget to bring your banks loan write-off). First of all, everyone is looking for a good price. CarMoney gave me the price exactly what I am looking for and beat every dealers I contact. They let me know how they decide the price, all the processes are transparent. The most important is: The owner of this company, Tommy, is an awesome guy! he's polite, professional and trustful. He gave me the money even without trying my car. Because I am busy during weekday so I want to take care of my car on Sunday, Tommy even brought me to his house to finish the final transaction. Hassle Free-Stress Free-No pressure! My son who is a senior in high school got his drivers license this past June, which meant I was walking to the train station starting in September. What senior takes the bus? I was forced to find another car for myself. I looked all over for some time and every car that ultimately looked too good to be true - ended up being just that. I was looking to sell my 2007 Maxima and did not want the hassle of selling it online or driving it around with that embarrassing "For Sale" sign. I wanted to be done with it quick. I must share with you the awful experience the second I stepped on their tarmats. It didn't matter that I threw up my hands yelling "I'm just looking!" Still, about 20 salesmen foaming at the mouth, each armed with their own business card in hand ready to pounce. My car shopping experience here was extremely pleasant! My husband and I went just to look at what cars were available and not expecting buy right away. We had nothing in mind but knew we needed a car for a fair price. Unlike most other dealerships we were not pressured into buying right away. We shown a variety of types of cars and once Tommy realized what suited our needs, he was very helpful narrowing our selection. We have had the car for over two weeks now and it has been running great! Fortunately no unexpected surprises. Tommy and his staff were great. The staff was very professional and patience. They applied no pressure on you while you are trying to decide on your car purchase. Tommy was great!! I had an old Saturn that I had no need for anymore. I called many places to see what I can get for the car and all I got was extremely low prices for it. My girlfriend at work told me about Tommy (she used him in the winter). I gave him a call and he quoted me a price for the car much higher then any other place. We realized that it has depreciated in value far from what we purchased it at, and now it's like practically giving it away in comparison to what you paid for it. This was the second car in two years that I sold to Tommy. While Carmoney is a smaller shop, they had the exact car I was looking for at a fair price. Negotiation and entire process was smooth and pain-free. Upfront with carfax, and car was as described. Have the car two weeks now and pleased with purchase.

I was in a hurry fo sell my 2003 dodge neon and Tommy helped me a lot. He looked at the car to checked if everything is ok and then gave me a fair price for it. I had a great experience!!! I worked with Tommy Rattin. He was very professional and flexible with my schedule. I got a VERY FAIR PRICE for my car!! I must share that my friends as well as me, were all pleasantly surprised that I got a fair price and I was not taken advantage of. Being a woman, I was skeptical as we always get taken advantage of in the automobile industry. I must also add that Tommy made the entire process very easy for me. I needed to sell my 2nd car since I really needed the money to pay for a very expensive repair to my roof. Thank you Tommy Rattin and your team for making this happen for me. I contacted CarMoney to sell my car. From the first emails and subsequent phone calls, Tommy answered all my questions. He offered to come to the house to see the car but I instead brought it to him. Tommy was upfront on the condition and the value of my car. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable about the price that was offered. Of course we all want more money but his price was fair. I would definitely do business with them again. I would also recommend CarMoney to family and friends.

Bought 2006 Chevy Equinox. Got great service, Allan took care of all the paper work including the transferring. Minor issue with car after couple weeks, texted Allan, calls me back in 2 mins and makes appointment for me the next day at repair shop. Mechanic starts to work on car 8:00AM! Before I came here I saw about 15 cars and these guys had the best deal and TOP of the line customer service. These guys are the most friendly people you can meet and as a business owner myself I know this is a difficult thing to maintain. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a 1998 Ford Explorer Aug 29th. Allan, and Winston were very helpful, pleasant, and easy to deal with. The vehicle was clean, and as advertised. A few quirks, but nothing serious, as it's a 98. Tommy told me to bring it in for a check. Most dealers wouldn't do this. I would recommend anyone to take a look at Car money for their used car needs..

My mother purchased a 1998 Ford Explorer Aug 29th, 2014. I wanted to wait until I took the vehicle on a road trip before writing a review, but this won't be for awhile, so here I am, her son. The owner was on vacation, so we dealt with his brother, Allan, and Winston, who were very pleasant, and outgoing. ( I did speak with the owner, Tommy several times via telephone) The vehicle was clean inside, and out, minus a few dings, which is to be expected for a 1998. Rides great, and except for the check engine light coming on a couple of days ago, I really have no complaints. I don't think it's anything major, but will know in a day or so. To be continued..

I was looking to purchase a car for my son Joseph we found a 2002 wrangler online at cars.com. I sent an email and received a quick response from Tommy at carmoney. Tommy told us to come down and look at the car and we should see his brother Allan. The car was in great shape it needed a couple of minor fixes they painted the hood and front brakes were done. Allan was an exceptional salesman and he gave us a great deal. It only took a few days to get the car ready and they did an amazing job. Absolutely smooth transaction. After a few days of driving the car we noticed a leak on the power steering I got in touch with Tommy and Allan and no questions asked they told us to bring it to their mechanic and have it repaired these guys are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. My brother found a Chevy cavalier 2002 on the carmoney auto sales website. I called to inquiry on a Sunday I spoke to really nice gentleman named tommy. Me and my dad met Johnny at the dealership and he took us over to examine the car. From the moment I called and met Johnny and tommy there after me and my dad were extremely impressed with the level of service. Not only are these gentleman honest about the vehicles they have for sale, but they make you feel right at home no matter where your from. Me and my dad drove from Brooklyn in search of my first car and I couldn't have been happier it was truly a Blessing and a pleasure meeting tommy and Johnny. The transition was smooth and very well organized it was a wonderful first time experience for me. If you live in the NY NJ or Conn. area and are looking for a quality used car, you have to visit Tommy and his family at Carmoney in Baldwin. They went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle that I was interested in was in tip top shape before I drove off the lot. To add icing to the cake, Johnny (a fantastic sale associate he is) noticed as I was leaving a bulb in the headlight looked a bit dim, he went to pep boys on the otherside of the highway twice so that his uncle could change the a dimming bulb. These guys are outstanding, I only purchase used or pre owned vehicles and I have found my new dealer. Trust me you will be more than satisfied I know I love my Stratus but more so than anything I found a trustworthy dealer which is so hard to find. Great Job Guys!!!

I began the process of selling my car recently as I will be living in Manhattan relatively soon. I wanted to avoid used car dealers at all cost, as I was under the impression I would not get a fair deal. I was definitely wrong. When I went here, I met with Tommy, who was a fine salesman and a genuinely nice person. He offered a very fair deal for the car. You can tell he really knows cars. He was a pleasure to be around. All of the personnel at the location were nice and accommodating. It definitely had a family feel, and I am glad that I went.

I brought my car in to sell. Tommy was great he was fair and honest and made me a great offer. Beat having to wait for people who do not show or put up adds. I highly recommend someone to consider calling and seeing them before trying to sell it yourself. Remember they have to make money too. be reasonable with your expectations and they will treat you fairly.

I have brought my share of used vehicles and I never liked the dealers. BUT Tommy and his crew are amazing they treat you like family. These guys will make you understand the process and make you laugh at the same time. We all know purchasing a car is stressful so if you can laugh , great. I needed a car and I needed it fast I went to a few dealerships and just didn't trust the salespeople at all. I tried a few smaller locar car lots and all of them were really trying to push me into buying something for more money than I had. when I met Tommy Johnny and alan at carmoney they were very helpful they weren't pushy they simply showed me the cars told me the prices and made sure that the one I picked was ready when I needed it inspected and running great. I would recommend these guys to anybody buying a car they are fair funny and have affordable and reliable cars.when I need my next car or a family member needs one I know where ill be going from now on Thank you guys Desiree

After looking at a number of Saab 9-3s I ventured out to Baldwin to view a dark blue metallic Linear with stone interior. A clean car with low mileage and little in the way of blemishes priced very fairly. There were two issues with the car (driver's window regulator and radio not working). We agreed on the price , the repairs were made and I picked up the car on the next visit. They were very helpful with the paperwork and after driving the car a few days I am very pleased. In the light of this experience I would recommended this dealer and services. Well done.
