I Purchased my new F150 from Carolina Ford last week and could not be happier with my experience everyone across the entire dealership was very helpful, I felt no pressure at all, just an outstanding group of people working here all the way around. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, Oh and did I mention a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! I drove up from Atlanta and must say it was well worth the drive.I will without a doubt be returning to Carolina Ford for all of my future vehicle purchases and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Service was excellent. I drive a Chevrolet but Carolina Ford serviced my automobile with now problem. They care about their customers and I felt like one of the family. This is a place I will recommend to my friends and family.

Went by Carolina Ford on a Saturday morning to check on an Impala I had previously noticed. I had no intentions of buying , was just looking and was going to check a couple of other places. Service was great from the time I arrived on the lot. Was met promptly and offered chance to test drive. Was impressed with the car and salesperson. Went into office and was made to feel comfortable. Was given figures but thought they were a little high. Was asked what it would take to get me in the car. They met my request and I ended up purchasing a 2014 Impala. Was even made to feel comfortable in the finance part of the process. Thank you Carolina Ford for an excellent shopping experience.

I took the Toyota Land Cruiser in for an oil change. A safety/mechanical inspection was completed and it was determined the brakes needed replacing and the brake fluid showed burn and was black. These were completed at the time on a timely basis. A flushing of the injector system was recommended to prevent possible future damage and improved performance; this had never been done on the Land Cruiser so it was opted to be completed. The service was excellent, the people were friendly, the price seemed reasonable and Bill Smith did an excellent job in assisting me.Gene Judd

We went to multiple dealerships before finding Carolina Ford. They really treated us like family and the entire experience was very fun and friendly. Honea Path is well worth the drive to get the customer service we got.

i brought my 2005 ford freestyle in because of some problems I was haveing. While I did not get the answer I wanted to hear which would have been it would be a cheap easy fix. With it being a cvt transmission it has to be replaced at a outrageous price of $7000.00 I know is not your fault that those are so high. I thank you for being an honest dealership. I would recommend that you not sell cars with that type of transmission while I know you can't avoid that at least let the buyer know how expensive They are and if a problem should arise they would have to replace the transmission it is not repairable like other transmissions.

These people are not worth wasting your gas, time, or energy over. They con you thru false advertisements, prizes, so forth. They trip over their tongue with deceit and lies when you arrive to claim your so called prize! Whatever you do, please don't waste your precious time, energy, or money here. Small town reputations...well...you only get one chance to do it right. Carolina Ford, you FAILED! Stop wasting people's time and energy! And ps, it's disrespectful to poke fun at a potential customer, laughing with your coworker in their face, as you pursue you crooked work. You have no clue what my intentions were today. But you definitely lost all means of dignity and respect from this local.
