Fantastic out of state buying experience. I recently purchased a used Audi from CarsIndex. I was a bit nervous buying a car out of state (and never once seeing it in person or test driving it) but the process went smoothly and I will certainly do it again in the future. My contact, Jessie, stayed in constant contact with me regarding the paperwork (which they completely took care of for me, registration, title transfer, the works, I did not have to lift a finger) she sent me pictures and videos upon request so I could see every angle of the car. She even did a smell test to make sure the car smelled like new as advertised (thank you jessie!!). Her great services is likely the reason I felt comfortable buying the car remotely. The car was delivered within 3 days of purchasing and was in perfect condition upon arrival. This team does an amazing job and I recommend them highly. Thanks!!

Greg and Brendan were extremely helpful in assisting and working with me. I looked all over the country for this make and model and from a price point car index was lowest. The car was cleaned detailed in excellent condition and I feel they got me the best deal possible on a beautiful high end automobile.

I’ve sold cars myself and the staff here are really professional and pleasant. The vehicle was spotless upon delivery and the process was simple and quick! They we’re also very flexible we had to do most of the process online because of traveling complications and they were very helpful! Jessie was my main contact and she was wonderful! I drove two hours and would drive it again!

I recently bought a 2007 Toyota Camry from this establishment and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their efforts. Thanks to their diligent staff I was able to have the car in my possession in less than a week, despite me living in Virginia. Management is professional, down to earth, and beyond fair in his dealings. If you are looking for a car, be it in the area or from a distance I highly recommend this dealership.
