Arnulfo Garcia was really great while our truck was getting serviced. We ran into a few issues during that time, but Arnulfo was really great about communicating with us. He actually answered the phone every time we called. You don’t get that anywhere anymore, it seems. Just great service and we really appreciated that! Thanks again, Arnie!

Less than thrilled. I custom ordered a 2021 Gladiator Rubicon from this dealership. When I picked it up, it had a dent in the door. Everything was documented at the time and I was assured a mobile dent removal specialist would be scheduled to come to Reno (where I live) to remove the dent. Well, six months later and I still have the dent. The salesman who promised to set up the dent removal has stopped responding to emails.

I love this place they always take care of us , I purchased my car there in 2017 and any time I need an oil change I go there, there has been only a few times that I needed any other type of service, so when I did , I took my car there, they have great customer service, especially Jessica, she's amazing, I definitely recommend this place 😊
