Friendly, very professional and was willing to work with me. Initially, the sales person that helped me was eventually passed over to Gilbert because of my "unreasonable" negotiation with the APR and terms of the loan but thanks to Gilbert we were able to work things out that the both of us can live with. Also Corey was of some help.

Despite the registration issues, everything and everybody was great! Loved the small and personable car buying experience. prompt return phone calls from all at the dealership employees. I feel at any time I can call and get friendly, knowledgable service. My concerns were addressed very promptly and as best could be. Thank You.

We originally went to Reno Hyundai and they did NOT seem to care about selling us a vehicle, so we went to you. Dealt with a Heidi over the phone first and when we got to you met Bill Brown. Very professional and caring, met all our needs and got the car we wanted at our price. He was more of a friend than a sales person. And guess what: sales tax is lower in Carson City, saved several hundred dollars. Thanks

I was stressed about shopping for a new vehicle and I really didn't know what I was looking for. I heard an ad about Carson City Hyundai and decided to make the trip from Sparks to begin my search for the perfect vehicle for my needs. I was met by a very friendly staff (Bill Brown, the salesman, was especially informative and patient) and after test driving a few vehicles, I decided on one that I feel is perfect. I traded in a 2001 vehicle, so I was due for a new "ride"! I am a very happy customer.
