My dad noticed I needed service and brought my car here for brakes and an oil change. I paid, price was fine but my tires were installed incorrectly after the brakes were done which I didn’t notice until I was on the highway going home and my car started shaking violently. Really unsafe. I did take my car back and they fixed the issue, but now less than 4 months later my back brakes rattle every time I press on them. Definitely not going there to get it fixed.

My wife and I purchased a used Ford flex Limited from this car dealer. It came with a Powertrain 1000 mile warranty. The salesman, Jeff , was courteous and thorough and a month after the purchase we are still very satisfied with the car and the entire experience.

For months I searched online for a vehicle for my gardening business. My budget demanded I buy used, but every used-care dealership I researched always had some disturbing negative reviews. I saw a Ram Promaster City Van advertised online at CarTech Plus, and when I checked the reviews for the dealership, the worst reviews were four stars; everyone seemed happy with their experience. I made an appointment to see the vehicle, and Jeff was very helpful. The van was immaculate, drove like a dream, and I was sold. I subsequently discovered that the rear-view mirror in the van did not have the hands-free mic for phone calls (this wouldn't have been apparent). Jeff offered to have a new one installed at no cost if I purchased the correct mirror. I opted to take care of it myself, as I don't live nearby, but I didn't feel like I stopped being a customer just because I drove off the lot. The vehicle is beautiful. I got a great van for a fair price, and I couldn't be happier.

The salesman we dealt with, Jeff, was extremely rude. Only interested in shoving the car down my throat, didn't care about anything else.

Oil change replace tire inspections, these guys did it all. All very nice and polite! recommend highly! Holly from Atkinson.
