Austin and team are awesome to work with. Great trade price on my car. Slight blip in new car not noticeable to them or myself for a few days, called and no questions asked. Just bring it in and we will take care of it. And that they did. Over and above what they needed to do. Also hooked me up with another great window tinting company. A++ customer service

These guys are the real deal! Within 2 hours Jason helped me pick out an affordable used SUV in good condition, threw in a set of snow tires, AND got a me a fantastic interest rate on a loan even after the credit union closed ! I did have to bring it in two days later to fix a lingering brake issue but the service was prompt. Everyone who works here is courteous and obviously cares about doing right by their customers, what more could you ask for?

The staff from sales to finance, to the service center have all been amazing! I bought my car there, used “as is” and they made sure to take care of any issue free of charge right after I bought it without any obligation to do so. They even gave me a vehicle to use while mine was being worked on. Austin, the salesman, showed me little tricks of the trade, like how to use a matchstick to touch up little spots on your cars paint job. They’ve gone above and beyond to keep me safe and happy. I recommend them to anyone I speak to about my car or anyone looking to purchase one! Just good, wholesome people!

Last year we bought my wife's car from Carter's. We were so impressed that we went to them for a vehicle for my son about a month ago. Well I decided I was ready for a change, and once again they delivered. Everyone from the sales staff to the shop staff is friendly and accommodating.
