Just purchased a vehicle from these guys and would like to give them praise. From the start, Jose was my point of contact as I am in San Diego and found the vehicle of interest online. Jose was super helpful and worked quick to get the approval for financing! Upon arrival to the dealership, Adam greeted me and swiftly got the transaction process moving. Tony hopped in the car with me to take it for a spin and all was well! In short, this was the smoothest car purchase I’ve had as far as I can remember and I’d highly recommend them to anyone else who may be looking to purchase a new vehicle! Just bought my first car ever! And though the experience was stressful (on my behalf) the staff made sure I wasn't putting too much stress on myself with the payments and just as I was about to walk out they managed to bring me back and sign! I took up a lot of their time but they were still so friendly! Would recommend to any friends who are looking for cars

I came to Ontario to see a concert with my girl and Jose made sure I left with a truck. I hate shopping for cars. Jose worked the deal exactly how I wanted him to in that I just wanted to come to the dealership, test drive and sign. He did an excellent job communicating every step of the way. My likelihood to recommend this place is high!

The workers are extremely rude and don’t do anything to help you.when I bought my car, there was no oil in it and it had to have all tires replaced. I bought a Honda from them just to find out there’s so much wrong with it. They told me plates and registration were included in the price of the car but it was a lie. I had to pay for everything if I wanted to be able to use my car. Don’t waste your time here. Especially if first time buyer. They’ll take advantage of you. Especially Jose and his secretary.

Shout out to Jose who went above and beyond with our trade in process! Process was smooth and easy with no headaches involved, Jose made sure to communicate all information to us and give us all available options. Definitely recommend & will be coming back for any future car needs.
