Sold us a car they said there was nothing wrong with and I asked them numerous times about the transmission, oil Etc. My son had the car for 2 months and it needed almost $3,000 worth of work. Just stopped dead. They are still refusing to take responsibility or at least help with part of the cost of the repairs. Had I not asked them numerous times, went under the hood, looked under the floor mats, made them back up the car to be sure nothing was leaking, that would be a different story. We spent a lot of time going over that car and asking questions. Inexcusable. I can't recommend this place in good conscience

Wouldn't lower price on the 1996 Saturn S-Series 4 Dr SL2 Sedan when I asked if they would lower the price a little more towards what it's worth. I have bought these before and researched values as well so I know what would be reasonable. Now after the insurance company was gonna stop paying for my rental and I was forced to get a loan for another used car they decided to lower the price down to just over $900 that I would have gladly paid along with tax/registration fees. So for refusing to sell at a reasonable price before and getting me stuck with a car loan through another dealership you get 1 star although I would personally give you no stars.

Highly recommend. They listened to our unique needs, worked with us to find the right vehicle for the right price. They were totally transparent on the work that was done on the car to get it ready to sell to us and made sure we were informed and comfortable with the purchase. We left happy knowing we made the right choice.
