I'm so happy with my new Lincoln nautilus and thank you to Casa Lincoln for making this transition so easy. I Want to give a big shout out to Travis York who made the experience so great. I want to say that my wife and I were very skeptical at first since we had less than helpful service with other car companies in the local area. We were surprised at how quickly Dominic our sales representative and the finance team worked to get us the deal we wanted with the terms that were within our budget. The customer service was second to none and our buying experience was the best we’ve ever had. We would definitely recommend Casa Ford to anyone wanting an easy car buying experience. A very special thanks to Dominic for his outstanding customer service and the rest of the Casa Ford team. We will be returning customers!!!!! Update After some deliberation we found ourselves back at Casa Ford and let me tell you these folks are top notch. The process was hassle free and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Got our new truck and at a great price. My salesman was outstanding. Kept helping me in regards to my “demands” or questions. See Miguel and he will do you right. The finance section tried to finesse the warranty on me without my consent. When I noticed it....well you can imagine....All in all, I’m happy with the overall service. The vehicle detail job was done last and it was not that great to be honest. Mainly just a wash and a vacuum, but still noticed food and crumbs all over the vehicle Update: They did not like the four star review, offered me three free tanks of gas to make up for it. “Call me anytime to get it” the manager said. Well they never fulfilled their part of the deal and was super shady

Craig is Absolutely all about customer service. I'll continue to be a loyal customer to Casa Ford. 2-13-21 Bought myself a sweet expedition from Casa just this weekend. Pete did a great job of finding what I wanted and Paco was fabulous in getting me financed in my favor. Can't beat Casa Ford. Purchase your next one from them and mention my name. As an out of state buyer I don't recommend buying a car from Casa if you are out of state. Judging from other reviews your shopping experience might be different from mine if you're local. Yes they have a enormous variety of vehicles in stock and some of the best prices that I found around but you might learn why as I did. I bought a 5.0 mustang from them and it took forever for them to get me the spare key. They also didn't tell me the car had mild hail damage (very light didn't notice it till about a week later) and it also wasn't on the Car fax. They also took over 3 months to get me my permanent plates(I had to repeatedly send them VIN inspections) and had to drive around with expired temporary paper plates. I love Ford, just not Casa Ford ;( Good luck!
